No outside guests allowed on property. **HOT TUB: Hot tub is only available from September 1 - April 30. Hot tub is NOT available from May 1 - August 31. Guests found tampering with the hot tub outside of its availability are subject to immediate termination of their stay AND/OR a hot tub drain and full service fee. Please note: while it is highly unlikely that there are issues with the hot tub, it is a possibility and there is no guarantee. Additionally, excessive rain/exposure to outside elements causes chemicals to be knocked off balance. Hot tubs MUST be serviced 2x per week.
