A spacious outdoor courtyard is also available for our first floor Modern Loft guests, with a table and chairs. 12 foot ceilings with interior high windows allow light to permeate the space from front to back. Exposed metal round ducts and polished concrete floors, with radiant heating, add to the "industrial loft" ambiance, while also providing a cozy feel. We have designed the space for outdoor enthusiast, with a bike rack inside and generous gear storage space. Listed nightly base price is for up to 2 adult guests. You can walk most anywhere in downtown Roanoke from here. If you want to venture out further, a short Uber ride will get you there. It's only a 15 minute drive to Roanoke/Blacksburg Regional Airport. If we can accommodate requests for early check-in or late check-out we will try to do so but there will be $30.00 fee for each hour or partial hour. We require advance notice of early check in or late check out requests. Our ability to accept those depends on our bookings and housekeepers schedule. Check in is 3 pm-11pm Check out on or before 11 AM. Our housekeeper enters the property at 11 AM to start the check out clean.
