There is a guesthouse on the ground floor that attached to the garage with totally SEPARATE entrance We are dogs friendly but please try to keep your dog (s) off the couches and beds to avoid extra cleaning for hair removal fee Just a reminder there is a 10pm noise ordinance and there are guest living next to you and under the balcony. Please be respectful and enjoy your stay. We have a very strict no partying policy. Any partying will result in immediate termination of your reservation with no refund. GARAGE/GATE REMOTE: $150 charge if LOST As the majority of the greater downtown SD area, we are on a flight path. Although it is convenient to have our airport downtown, it makes a lot of San Diego's urban areas on the flight path!
