Kitchen is over equipped with everything you need, however the double oven is currently having issues. The large dinning room is great for dinner parties and the sunroom is great space for dining in the summer months. Hot tub in the sunroom is great all year round. Outside the sunroom and straight onto the large deck where you can relax and BBQ in the summer months. Fire pit is just off the deck with wood provided in the front of the home. Please check for fire bans prior to having a fire. 24ft round above ground pool 4ft deep will be operational late June to late August but is not guaranteed to be operational.
