Enjoy a recently completed total renovation of this luxury 4 bedroom/4.5 bath townhome directly on the slopes of Snowmass Mountain. From radiant heat throughout the home to an over sized fireplace, you will stay nice an warm after a day on the slopes. During the summer, air conditioning can be controlled from each room and built in heaters can be enjoyed on cool evenings. A few of the many amenities include: an outdoor hot tub; steam shower in the Master; well equipped gym with a peloton, elliptical bike, free weights and TRX; outdoor grill and gas fire pit; 2 dishwashers, wine refrigerator, gas fireplace and dedicated parking. The room set up is the master and a large guest room on 3rd Floor which both have kings, a guest room on the 1st Floor which also has a king, and the bunk room has a king with two double beds on top (all of these can be seen in the pictures). All bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, and the Master as well as lower guest room have tubs in addition to a shower. Cleaning is offered weekly or more often if you would like. For summer 2024, the house is available from May - September 15 (or perhaps longer). We strongly prefer tenants for a month or more and will adjust the rate based on your the duration of your stay.
