Welcome to “The Front Porch” at the Lake! Nestled in a quiet cove at the 9 MM just off Horseshoe Bend with beautiful views of the main channel. Come relax on the large porch in the jetted hot tub or cozy patio furniture! If you’re up for grilling, use our propane grill to serve up a delicious meal. We share a community dock with access to fish or swim just steps down from the home. The concrete sidewalk around the cove leads to the dock. This 1,785 square foot home sleeps up to 12 guests! Spacious Outdoor Seating | Fully Equipped Kitchen | Propane Grill | Hot Tub | Ample Parking The master suite is located on the main level. The half bath is just off the living room. There are 2 additional bedrooms upstairs sharing a full bathroom. There are 7 beds to sleep 12 guests. One of the beds is a twin sized daybed as you enter upstairs or a sofa couch in the third bedroom. We have extra pillows and blankets in the bedroom closets. Please be respectful of our neighbors. Quiet hours are 11 PM-7 AM. Please treat our home as you would your own and notify us of any damages immediately. We have 2 kayaks on the dock and a floating mat on-site for our guests to use. There is also a community swim platform at the peak of the cove. We cannot wait to host you and wish you the best time at the beautiful Lake of the Ozarks!
