It was a very nice place and the staff was very nice specially Ms. Amber. I like the 24 hour complementary coffee and the breakfast as well, we love everything. Thank you very much. The place is convenient and safe.

I just had to asked for an extra pillow cases because the pillow cases in the pillow has hair both front and back. But the staff were very nice to accommodate my request. Really appreciate it. It was just uncomfortable to sleep during the night coz we hear every time somebody from other unit use the water like on/off in the middle of the night and the noise from other unit like banging and hard stamping of feet from the unit above us during the night(sleep time)

I thought that the establishment was well organized, clean, good value for the price! Compared this hotel to other ones that I had pay for, this ranks better in many ways!

The breakfast could’ve been more friendly.. I needed help to warm up milk , as I was traveling by myself with a baby, she didn’t seem too interested to help.

Room was spacious, bed was very comfortable, everything was clean, and complimentary coffee and cookies anytime of the day was a nice treat.

Parking lot was mostly gravel and unlevel.

We enjoyed being away from everything- but still close enough to walk to. The hotel is a prefect location to make easy access and yet still close enough to be able to walk to the strip.

The parking is horrible and our spa tub didn’t work the entire stay. The breakfast was about expedited but not great.

The entire hotel carpets need cleaning or replacing including in the elevators.

I booked a room with a spa, very comfortable, had everything we needed. Reasonable walking distance to Clifton Hill . Excellent included breakfast, they minded our bags as we had arrived by train very early

Provide better amenities for the price. Provide drinking water . Its hard to get the water from the reception whenever you need it

I highly recommend this place. Staff was amazing, room was comfortable, great view of the skywheel ( 7th-6th floor and an odd number). Walking distance to clifton hill. Close to amazing restaurants.

There is nothing about this property I didn't like. No housekeeping unless you stay more than 3 nights but if you need ANYTHING staff is super helpful.

It’s not the safe hotel to stay, they charge us 15$+tax for parking but in the morning we figure out somebody broke our rental car glass and they said it’s not our responsibility,they ruined our trip 😢and they didn’t even have camera to check who did that!

Hotel is too old, pillows are not comfortable, it is not safe place to stay,because they are not responsible for anything!

The place was clean, easy check in and friendly front desk staff. We needed extra linen and towels and had no problems getting them. The location was nice too, close to attractions about a 10 minute walk to Clifton Hills. Breakfast was nice(good food items to choose from)….the make your own waffles was the best. Would stay here again in the future.
