Exceptional

Walking distance to old Quebec - petite Champlain - bus terminal across the street - staff always pleasant accommodating & patient (especially when we attempted to speak French) - close to a grocery store - SAQ - highly recommend & hope to return

A beautiful, comfortable, spacious and well-designed accommodation. Perfect for our group.

Nicely equipped suite with a clean and beautiful kitchen. Was a good size for 3 people. Centrally located to the places we wanted to see. Staff was very helpful with the air conditioning settings. It was quiet. We loved it there!

Really, everything was very good. Maybe there could be an easier way to set heating and cooling in the suite.

If or when I return to Quebec certainly I will consider to stay in this place.

All was very good indeed. The location and facilities nearby, like groceries, cafeterias and restaurant were really a plus. I should emphasize that that all people in the front desk were outstanding nice people, with smiles, words of welcoming, information needed. Congratulations!

Stylish, clean and great location!

This studio apartment is very stylish, clean and in a great location. My husband and I loved staying here over the Christmas holidays. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils etc and the bed is very comfy. Even though this place is a studio the space is large and perfect for a couple.

Not a huge deal but…check in time is not until 5pm. Request for earlier check in was denied. Because our flight landed in Quebec about 11am we had all day with our luggage. I asked if there was somewhere to store our bags but I did not receive a reply. Once we checked in at 5pm we noticed there was a storage room. So if you do book here go to building early and ask to use the baggage room (that is if someone is at the front desk to let you in). Other then this I highly recommend this place to anyone.

Beware, this is not an apartment building, but an office building that appears to have converted some of the offices into apartment-like spaces. When we pulled up, both myself and the taxi driver thought it was an abandoned building. In the process of decorating the space like an apartment they did not soundproof the room (nor put in shades that would block light if you want to sleep past 5am). Even for an office it would not be sufficiently soundproofed. This so-called apartment was on the 4th floor and I could hear people talking in the street, traffic (it is on a busy road) and the bus (it is right above a bus stop) as if it was in the room with me. I asked to switch spaces as I said I would never be able to sleep (I have been working 7 days a week for the past year and this was meant to be a restful vacation, as I explained to them) and they refused. They also did not respond to repeated requests by Booking.com for a resolution over the course of the 9 days after I left the property. That sums up their customer service right there.

Great apartment just outside the Old Town

Everything inside the apartment was very well maintained. Appliances were excellent, including the washer and dryer which was crucial for longer stays. Apartment was convenient located within walking distance to the Old Town, as well as supermarkets and bakeries.

TV connection didn't work. And there was nobody at the reception much of the time.

Just what we were looking for

Located blocks away from Old Quebec City and the Plains of Abraham, we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The room is large and nicely decorated (studio apartment, not a one bedroom). The kitchen is well appointed. We appreciated the washer and dryer (no smell that others reported). Lots of towels, fantastic pillows, comfortable bed and living area.

Don't recommend for more than two people

The location was okay.

The washer reeks of mold. They should leave the door open to air it out after washing. The room is not 1 bedroom and a living room. Instead it's a bed in the living room. The fold out couch is squeaky and very uncomfortable. Checking in requires you to go upstairs to the room to get the key fob to open the garage door. The parking spot we were assigned had another car. For the money they charge it's not worth it. Better to pay a little more for something much better.

Superb

Comfortable and well-equipped modern rental apartment. Excellent location, just outside old town but next to best non-tourist street in town, rue St Jean west of Avenue Honore-Mercier: superb sandwiches at Epicerie Europeenne, handy supermarket, and live music and good beer at Le Fou-Bar!

Taciturn receptionist on arrival just handed us a printout with info rather than telling us which floor etc (others were friendlier). Instructions on heating and aircon would have been useful.
