Carpet was wet. Smells humidity. T V cable did not work properly.

That it was close to where I needed to be.
Everything. It smelled like moth balls, it didn't have enough blankets in room, the curtains were hideous, and there were not even pictures on the walls but there were still screws where they should have been. I shouldn't had to pay almost $200 for a room here. It was maybe worrhc$100 st the most.

I like the location and the quietness of the area
The room had areas of mold as well as the freezer part of the refrigerator. And didn't have an iron.

The hotel is awful, is is dirty, old and need immediately renovation.
The sheets were dirty, I don’t think they changed it from the previous guest.
There was hair all over the bathroom , on the sink and in the shower!
Never seen something awful like that in life.

Nothing
Overwhelming chemical smell, beds were stained, floors were stained, mold in bathroom, peeling paint on bathroom tiles where they tried to cover stains. I left within five minutes of check-in.

They made me pay for holiday rates even though i tried to correct my booking within hours from when i booked it for the wrong dates. I paid close to $400 for the 9th of July. This is in a sketchy part of town and i do not believe they should have been so greedy, i travel often and would of returned if they were more fair . I had to use the booking because i would of lost the money if i didnt.

Old room, bathroom and dirty everywhere. We paid $185 for one night which is an exorbitant price for this place. I wouldn't pay more than $45 a night for this kind of comfort, obviously no breakfast included and there is a small parking lot. I do not recommend this motel.

The location was good. Close to everything and the beds were comfortable but there was a smell in the room that made it hard to breathe. It was also hard to communicate with the people who were there because they spoke very little English. She kept calling the manager on the phone any time I needed something.

AC was turned off when we came and it was very hot. There was a strong smell of chemicals used to clean.

The staff was amazing, super friendly and informative, always present. Lots of cameras in the parking lot helped feel safe. The location was amazing, 15min walk to the falls, which helped avoid so much traffic and we were able to leave our car parked there the two nights we stayed there. Area looks rather abandoned, but still felt very safe, even while walking late at night. Everything is within walking distance, which was simply amazing and convenient. When we walked into the room it smelled so clean and looked clean(a little outdated but they try to keep up with it). Bed was super comfy.
As other reviewers mentioned, you can definitely hear EVERYTHING through doors, walls and ceilings. It was definitely hard to sleep when you can hear the people walking around in the rooms upstairs. We could hear the conversations of those in the rooms next to us and right outside our door. We arrived on Friday and the parking lot was empty, only 3 other vehicles, but by Saturday night it was packed, so I'm glad we didn't have to move the car or else we wouldn't have parking. There are about 12 parking spots, but about 20 rooms (you do the math). Place was more of a motel. For the price for 2 nights I would've expected it to be more price friendly, but due to the location I can understand pricing. Room is pretty small, but stocked well with what's needed. I'd recommend turning on the ac before guests arrive, room was muggy and takes a bit to cool off.
