Horrible! Don’t stay here!

This was the second worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The lights didn’t work only three channels on the TV worked and one of them was in Spanish. Tub didn’t work. The drawers on the dressers kept falling open. The only thing positive I can say, is the air conditioner worked. This so-called breakfast in the morning with a sack lunch with Cheetos and a Capri Sun.

bed was comfortable, the breakfast was good, not much noise at night so got good rest.

the room had a odor to it that smacks you in face as soon as you walk into room. the rugs are very out dated, tv channels didn't work, and the toilet ran water all day and night.

The breakfast. The eggs were awful. There was no real creamer for coffee.. it was that dry powder stuff. Coffee was not fresh and not really hot.The oatmeal was good. We could here the people in the next room talking . The pool was closed.

A quiet, conveniently placed, economical accommodation. Ideal overnight between flights......restful

Large room. proto economical food places/eating places a short walking distance from the Suites. Proximity to the airport. Shuttle service the next morrning.

Shuttle was timely but dropped me at wrong gate.

No phone in room, no breakfast, just coffee, vacuum was running all night in next room.

Disappointing

Hotel was close to airport.

Service quality was below average! A wake up phone call was requested in the morning and transport arranged to get me to the airport. Neither of these happened and when I went downstairs, there was no staff at reception. I had to go to another hotel to book so I could make my flight.

the great parts was that the room was spacious, the breakfast was great, and having wifi.

the bathroom. the bathroom was filling up while taking a shower and I didn’t feel comfortable giving my toddler a bath in the tub because it looked like it was peeling.

I booked a king bed online with booking.com and was given a double queen room.

Location was great we got a hotel to be close to the airport for our flight the next morning

When we checked in our room smelled like mildew . Asked can we change rooms they said the hotel was at capacity no extra rooms. It was already 10pm so we ate that and still stayed.That was strike one... Strike 2 i asked for extra blankets cause we had a sofa bed but no covers the hotel personnel said they didnt hv extra bedding how does a hotel not hv extra bedding🙄. Strike 3. They offered breakfast but you had to go next door to their sister hotel to get the breakfast. 10 outta 10 i dont recommend. Also the bathroom tub was disgusting paint was peeling in the bottom of the tub and rusty we had to put a towel in the shower before showering so our feet wouldnt touch the bottom of the tub..

OK for one night quick in and out, but needs updating

Nice big room with plenty of room for suitcases and other things. Bed was comfortable and room was quiet.

Room definitely needs updating. Several lamps did not work. The bathroom towel rack fell off the wall. The windowsill was broken and fell through leaving a hole.

The location was pretty good and accessible, the breakfast did taste ok, and I did enjoy their hot water and its water pressure in the shower.

what wasn't wrong,Breakfast isn't located at the hotel instead its next door in their sister hotel, theirs no wifi access, the tv is outdated and glitches and also you cant see the tv no where else but in the bed when you have the king suite, the floor was wet from leaks, the closet was also wet and smelled moldy. They hardly had towels, or sheet for the pull out bed. I truly had to use my crashing over family house for the night techniques. They rushed us out for checkout because they were short on staff and took forever to have your room ready with checking in

Unorganized shuttle response, nice bed.

The bed was very comfortable, the room was nice.

I called the hotel from the airport and asked to be picked up by the complementary shuttle. The receptionist forgot to pass on my request. I waited for more than an hour.
