The location was so convenient to a lot of major restaurants and fast food. It was located less than a 10 minute walk to IHop and the Woodlands Hills Mall. My room was clean and comfortable and my floor was pretty quiet. I stayed 3 nights as my Mother's Day get away. Breakfast was on point with the breakfast varieties for hot meal ☺️
The first lady that attended to breakfast on my first morning wasn't too friendly with me when I asked if the omelette contained cheese. She just replied it's a Western Omelette. So I had to Google it for myself. My room was not cleaned after the first night but they cleaned it on third day when I took my own dirty towels the closest service person I found on my floor that morning.

Very clean and obviously maintained. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. I would definitely recommend this location to my friends and family staying in the area or passing through.

Clean, looked very new, bed and pillows were comfy and nice AC. Stayed in the suite which was very comfortable and had all amenities. Had a Tesla charging station which was a plus for us. Just 2 minutes away from Cheesecake Factory! Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice place to stay for the night. The pool was nice and the kids enjoyed it. I appreciated the late hours the pool was open as we got there late.

Some of the concrete outside on patio area was cracked and coming apart. Outdoor pool area in disarray and not filled yet.

The room was spacious for our needs with plenty of seating. The air conditioning units are controlled by whomever is in the room, not by the hotel.
The breakfast could be a little better, was here for 7 days, and only ate once.
Pillows were down feather, so they didn't keep their shape through the night

The Breakfast. The breakfast has plenty of options, but the hot food was not very tasty and the milk that was available for the cereal and to drink was warm.
