Location was awesome! Close to everything. This is the first hotel we've stayed at, after Covid, that had daily room service.

No breakfast but there was coffee. Great location a block from our venue with restaurants and convenience stores nearby.
OUR FIRST ROOM WAS VERY DIRTY. The sheets hadn't been changed so we slept on top of the sheets, the towels were ragged and dirty. and the floors were so dirty that the bttom of our feet turned black from walking across it. we got another room for the next night and we made sure the housekeeper actually cleaned the room before we accepted it. Other than
that the stay was fine. rooms open to inside hallways so it was very quiet.

I liked that it was located off the highway.
I liked that there were a variety of restaurants and gas stations all around the hotel.
I liked it was cheap.
I liked that it was free parking.
I did not like that there wasn't a pool.
I did not like that there was a roach on the bathroom counter.
I did not like that the there wasn't any breakfast, or coffee in the lobby.
I did not like the smell once you left the lobby area.
I did not like that the bathroom door did not have a lock, nor closed properly.

It had bed bugs.....and people partying all through the night couldnt sleep

The wifi was decent and it had really food cable tv
The room had roaches, there were dirty panties and a syringe cap under the mattress. Had to get my room switched. The floors were really sticky feeling and left the bottom of my socks black and nasty

All the ppl out by the entrance door drinking beer and being load and hitting on my wife

Way better than I expected. Very clean. Huge TV. Very friendly when checking in.
Small cosmetic things to be fixed. Sink area in bathroom needed caulk. A couple of outlets needed new covers and new wash clothes should be purchaed.

The price was the only thing good about this .
For starters the road into this place needs to be redone..tge man at the front desk. Needs his ass wioed for talking to my girlfriend the way he did..font ask for anytgibg u is a total smartazz .we askex for a spoon it was a big deal .my girl friend misplaced the card wuth the wifi passwaord toke me 5 minutes and arguing with me for him to give me tge password . If i ever stay there again it will be to soon. Better off pay a little more in my book thrn to half to deal with that hotal and staff again...room stunk to boot look for another place ppl waste of money

The room didn't have much amenities. I.e.. not enough towels, a few bugs, a/c didn't work properly, bathroom / tub not very big

Did even get to stay....they canceled my reservation I guess they gave it away....I was in Louisville on storm work hadn't slept in 36 hours just needed a place to lay my head for the night....they charged my card....so I had to wait several business days to get my money back. I ended up sleeping in my work truck!!

wasn’t allowed to leave my pet in the room to go out to eat dinner! had to sign a wavier that if I left my pet unattended in my room they would kick me out of room!! but yet it’s a pet friendly hotel??? I don’t think so!!… also seen a couple of small roaches in the room

I thought on my booking.com I had it set for handicap accessible but it was not a handicap room so my son had accidents in his pants didn't sleep good because the beds were too high

Supplied an extra blanket upon arrival. Offered a handicapped room at an extra savings. My sister has a bad knee and a walker.

We always stay here when we come to KY. We are now moving back there!! Great location, staff, and room was perfect! Check in and out was quick and easy.
The only negative comment was about the little dog in the next room, he was left alone too long and howled for his owner until late in the night.
