they did not accommodate me with my stay I had to come out of pocket

The young lady was fairly nice at front desk and she accommodated me with a room close to door to let my pet out.

The hotel was not clean at all. The bathroom was horrific door was Broken as if kicked , tub was highly stained , sheets lots of burn holes and perm spots etc .

I liked the seclusion of the property. And also the housekeeper was very nice and informative!

I didn't like the smell nor the fact that the room was not the room I seen in the advertisement,nor did they have a microwave like they said even after they changed my room to a better smelling one!

Access to a variety of restaurant's and shopping malls.

The dead bugs in the light coverings in the bathroom and sink area

I got a learning lesson and now anytime I go to a hotel/motel im going to ask to be shown to my room BEFORE paying.

The room was destroyed. Looked like mold in th bathroom, the floor was torn up, stains on the sheets, the amenities I paid for were NOT in the room, the room I got looked nothing like the picture. Was supposed to have a non-smoking king room and got a basic room instead. Talked with the front desk and they told me basically what I payed for didnt exist…

Nothing

I was given a room that hadn’t been cleaned and then was told there were no more available. I had advanced reservations.
