Great location at the quieter end of the Embarcadero. Right across the street from the waterfront, easy access to shops and restaurants. We had a room with a partial view and a balcony. Our morning coffee was lovely watching the world go by…
Lots of noise from upstairs neighbors footsteps (not actual voices) and surrounding neighbors coming and going. Next time I would request a room on the third floor and bring noise cancelling headphones.

The room was very clean decor was beautiful, the view was amazing, as well, and we were able to walk anywhere ,, a little muffin or snack w coffee would be nice , but it wasn’t too necessary. Friendly and helpful staff!
If anything the bathtub/shower drained real slow,, I forgot to tell the main desk about it,, but we had a wonderful stay!

great location
promised and paid for view room, was a sliver view looking down a tunnel between two walls… check out time on my Booking.com receipt showed 12 AM… Which I assumed was a typo and was meant to be 12 PM… Actual hotel called me at 11 PM and then asked why I hadn’t checked out… I showed them my receipt and they said oh that’s Booking.com‘s problem not ours… And we can’t do anything about corrected that… which sounds like nonsense

Extremely Clean Room. Host was very professional . Parking is very safe and clean.
Heater in room made a clunking sound every once in awhile. After a while we got used to it...

Plenty of room to move around. Comfortable bed. Enough pillows. Special request for four towels and washcloths were there upon check in. Covered parking was great. Beautiful views.
The towels were smaller and rougher than I expected.

The room was perfectly dark at night and quiet. There was no clock light. The refrigerator and microwave were in a cabinet so no noise or light coming from there.
The most important part of any hotel/motel room is the bed. Mine was too soft and unsupportive. Wouldn’t it be great if all hotels offered a bed preference of firm or soft? Then most of the complaints would disappear because everyone had a good nights sleep.
One outlet didn’t work at all so the lamp attached to it didn’t work nor could I charge my phone. I used another in the bathroom which meant I couldn’t use it while it charged.

The Staff was very friendly and informative. They also had our room ready for an early check in so we could get ready for a wedding in the area! Also gave us recommendations for a quick lunch and a coffee! It is so convenient to shops and eateries on the waterfront! Will absolutely stay here again!

The enclosed small spa was a little weird. But for for a small hotel it was nice that they have one.
