Roaches and Bedbugs/ Hotel won’t give refund

The breakfast consisted of waffles, eggs and sausage, and apples. The juice machine was down the entire time. There was what appeared to be blood stains on the curtains, there was mold in the bathroom, found many roaches in our bedroom, the hallways and even the actual pool while we were swimming. All of those things are disgusting but the thing that made me go talk to the front desk was waking up with a bedbug on me on the day of checkout. I immediately took a picture of it and went down to the lobby and spoke to the person at the front desk. He asked why we didn’t tell him about it during our stay (fun fact we weren’t checked out yet so it was still in fact during our stay) I informed him it had just happened so I did tell him during the stay. He said I would get a full refund but I would have to call Booking to get the refund. When I called, booking said I would have to call the hotel the next day when the manager was in. When I called and spoke to the manager he informed me that I brought the bedbug in and put it on me and said he wasn’t giving me a refund and then tried to give me a discount code to stay again. I will never stay at this facility again and (after now seeing other reviews that mentioned not only roaches but getting their legs eaten up when they are in bed) I recommended no one does and I recommend Booking to take them off of their site.

Rude, uncaring guests

Room was very nice and clean

The people in the room above me were so noisy, sounded like people stomping and jumping on the floor, and their television was so loud that they kept me up until 3am. I didn't get any rest.

should of stayed somewhere else so I could of enjoyed my stay

it was clean

the smell of pot smoke was unreal and I couldn’t even take my kids to the pool cause there was people sitting with door open smoking marijuana and it had filled the pool area full… we were in non smoking area and every night hall way was full of the smell to and it would come under our door I had to stuff a towel under our door to keep it out the best I could for my kids health… it is still illegal in ky I’m not sure why it was tolerated

got in around 6:30 PM, Room was fine, staff was excellent/ Have stayed there last year.

I would not call it a breakfast. ON a 1 to ten scale of hotel breakfastsI would give it a 2

Better options on cereal and yogurt. decent donuts

BEDBUGS!!! Did not stay and having troubles getting a refund!!!

BEDBUGS!!! as soon as we got there we checked the bed and it had bedbugs. We went to the front desk to get a refund they would not refund us saying that management had to do it the next day. The next day we went to management and they still haven’t refunded me or called back or anything like they promised. very disappointed!! 😡

The room was dirty, there was cockraoches in the room and bathroom. there was about 10 people in front of lobby having a party with alcohol dis not feel very safe.

Staff is pleasant, rooms are dirty and rundown. Charged almost double for our stay with no answers.

The hotel staff was very pleasant. Breakfast was very good, fresh every morning. Good location!

Upon arrival, a $100 hold was placed on my card, this was expected. I was told by the front desk that I would be charged half of the stay now and the rest would be charged at different points in my stay. $490.98 was charged to my card, I just assumed this was part of the hotel cost until 2 days into our 6 night stay I woke up to another $608.58 charge to my account. When I spoke to the front desk I was informed this was not a normal occurrence, and that there was "no $490 charge on our end, so there's nothing we can do on our side." The front desk staff was very helpful and apologetic about the situation and referred us to speak with the General Manger. When I called and explained the situation I was continuously interrupted and spoken to like a child. My partner took the phone because my nice approach was not doing the trick and he was told that there was nothing showing on his side and he has nothing to do with it and doesn't know what we're expecting him to do and we should speak to the front desk. He was very evasive of our questions and kept trying to brush us off. He had no answers and could not explain why we were being charged almost double for a hotel with dirty mattresses, peoples old wash cloths and masks in the floors, smelly sheets and terrible Wifi. My bank could not dispute the charges until we checked out so we were stuck on vacation for 5 more days with barley any money to do what we had planned. Thanks for nothing Quality Suites!

Excellent stay

Clean pool, friendly staff, clean, affordable, pride in their business and excellent customer service!!! WILL be staying there again!!!

Snacks were a little pricey for what they were, wish breakfast hours were just a little longer, hard to get kids out of bed early when they know school is not in session lol
