The room was better than the last time I stayed there BUT the staff was HORRIBLE

The staff was not kind. They questioned me about my guests (grown family members). On my 2nd day there, I cut my finger bad (while in my car). My son (young, Black male adult with dreadlocks) went inside to ask for a bandaid. The woman at the front desk would not give him one. Instead she questioned where he was staying and why he needed it. Not only did my son return to the car without a bandaid for me, he was angry for being profiled!! I had to go inside, bleeding very bad, and confront the worker. Her rationale for not providing the bandaid was because my son didn’t know my room number….RIDICULOUS!!! The manager heard the noise, came to apologize for the worker, and provided me a towel with ice because at this point blood was running down my finger. Although I appreciated the manager, his staff was HORRIBLE!!!!

The pillows were so small and uncomfortable but everything else was fine

It was close to several restaurants and stores.

The sheets were not cleaned all the way. The breakfast food was fake

My time was great. i felt safe in the hotel.

The breakfast was excellent, and it was very clean. The staff was very helpful and polite.

My key card was not opening my door. I had to continue coming from the 2nd floor back to the front desk. to get my card re activated. I was told to make sure no other device was close by like my cell phone in which Imade sure of.

We really enjoyed our stay at Comfort Inn. Everyone was so pleasant and there was security 24/7

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The food was very good and the kitchen assistant was very helpful and kept the area very clean and tidy. The location was very convenient and hotel was easy to find.

We had a two queen bed room for 4 adults and it was not very spacious but we made it work for the value.

Location was ok. Was around decent food about 20 mins from Chicago

Could have been cleaner. Had strong unpleasant smell in hallway and a faint smell of urine on the carpet in front of TV in the room

Andy is the best!

Andy checked us in both times we stayed. He was super sweet and super helpful. We had a problem with our room and he came to look/help within 5 minutes and quickly switched our room when he realized it wasn’t something he could fix himself. We always find parking close to the door and they have water and coffee available at all hours in the lobby which comes in handy.

I liked nothing about this location it was filthy and disgusting

The 2 roaches i had to kill the blood stain on the carpet the dirty bathtub dirty wash clothes and towels the curtains had old food on them the walls had old dried up food on them the fridge barely worked the tables was dusty i could go on

Breakfast personnel, location close to stores & business events

Did not clean my room, I did not see the sign you had to let them know. So the next day after seeing room was not clean I went to front desk to let them know and it still didn't get cleaned our entire stay. Had a broken sink faucet handle, hotel ran out of clean face towels. But kitchen staff was awesome, friendly very nice and helpful.

the bed was comfortable

I found a dead bug in the coffee maker that hasn’t been cleaned out. Even the water was dirty when I opened it. The breakfast broke so many safety regulations and nothing was clean.

Reported leaking sink to 2 different housekeeping. Never was fixed all 4 days there.constanly feet got wet on floor from leak.

The clerk was rude. The rooms were picked up but not clean. They didn't have the room we booked so they threw us in another room with one bed for a family of 4...but still charged us for the double room. Breakfast was below par, homeless people were sleeping in the lobby
