I was robbed.

I was stuck at albuquerque sunport at 1:00 am and booked with booking.com and when I called the hotel to see if there was a shuttle, the overnight clerk told me he had no rooms available and that he couldn’t help that I’d just paid $79 for a room that wasn’t available.

Would consider as the last option

The reception was very helpful and polite. The place is in a quiet neighborhood, plenty of parking spaces. Heating works ok but noisy.

There’s no kettle, old furniture smells, old linen, old pillows, no blankets, dirty floors, somebody’s hair on beds

It's not worth it to stay overnight, what I paid for it.

It was horrible and disgusting. Staff was not cooperative or helpful. I had to go buy sheets and cleaning supplies. The maid stuck like underarms and we found drugs in our first room and when we reported it they turned a blind eye. The sheets had blood and dirty condems in bed. Disgusting! We found Suboxone strips in drawer and threw them in trash..oh ya and they moved us to a dirtier room I had to clean with pubic hairs all over. Don't ever stay at this property. Oh and bugs in bed! They are lucky I didn't get bot. I will report them to NM department of health this week for sure 👍💯

Fantastic value. Clean and quiet.

Lots of parking, a minimal breakfast was provided, and rooms had great facilities -- a stove and a fridge. The room was clean, quiet, and orderly. Waking up to the birds and walking around was beautiful. They even had a bench to sit on.

Lost a customer with this one. Stop hiding these charges in the fine print!

The room was clean, no bedbugs.

We were charged $200 "incidental charges" fee in order to stay there which tied up that amount of credit on my card for 10 days. That ruined my trip! Our room was directly next to the "lobby" (which is only another room). The door to the lobby slammed twice with everyone that came to the lobby as well as getting to hear all their conversations & smell the cigarettes that they put out in front of our door. After about 10 pm, the lobby was locked & incoming guests got to ring the doorbell - which we could hear very clearly & caused our dog to bark. This went on until 2AM. If we hadn't had an important appointment at 4pm, we would have found another hotel. I'll NEVER use this chain again.

Beds were horrible. Room smelled. Carpet is filthy. For the price we paid/it was a shame. Never again with I book at these places. No desk clerk was available for over ten minutes. Lady behind me was upset also.

People hanging out in hallways made it look/feel like low budget apartments lived in permanently.

Bed was comfortable and clean, clean towels/sheets.

Carpet was badly stained and dirty looking, furniture was cheap/old, no coffee maker in room, no paper cups to drink out of.
