We got there and the place smelled like weed. No one was at the front desk, loud music. BLOOD ON YHE HALLWAY WALL. There was a number to call and the clerk said we had 15 minutes to look at the room and see if we want to stay or leave and get our money back., we did not stay, we signed papers of not staying and never got a refund so I called and they said I had to call bookit.com for a refund and I just counted it as a loss…

The location that’s about it.
The whole place has mold, dirty, and the front desk person was rude. We only stayed for about 10 minutes. We had to wait over an hour just to check in. If I could rate it a -10 a would.

Had to wait 30 minutes to check in cashier was sleep. Booking.com called in to office no response. Once she did wake up I was refused a discount and given a horrible room
The booking agent couldn't help and the cashier was rude, late and no apology or discount was given. I will use other services
