About this condo rental
Spacious and elegant 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath apartment on the second floor of our beautiful historic home. It has lots of natural light and a balcony that you can sit out on in the morning and enjoy your coffee. Located on a quiet tree lined block in the historic neighborhood of Treme, just two blocks from the French Quarter and the Rampart Streetcar. Plenty of free on-street parking on our block. It's just a short walk to Bourbon St, The Marigny, Frenchmen St and Louis Armstrong Park. This property will allow you to enjoy all that New Orleans has to offer. Each room is beautifully decorated with its own unique style & decor. It has an incredible layout, featuring bedrooms with walk in closets and private bathrooms in each. The roomy 1400+ Sq Ft apartment features high ceilings, pocket doors, private balcony, and hardwood floors. We have a pull out sofa bed in the living room that can sleep 2 (to be used only by 6 guests who are paying the extra guests fee), and the pocket doors can be closed for privacy. Amenities include High-Speed Wi-Fi, Cable TV with HBO and Netflix, complementary coffee and tea, extra pillows and linens. Ironing board and iron, garment steamer, and blackout curtains in the bedrooms. **Not suitable for parties or loud gatherings as we have very nice neighbors downstairs.** Reviews matter! We are very proud of the consistent 5-Star reviews we receive from our wonderful guests - many of them repeats. We strive for a unique home-away-from-home experience (it is our actual home) and our guests tell us they love the thoughtful details.

This house was amazing for our 2 week stay. Its 15 minutes walk from everywhere we wanted to go in the french quarter. Friendly neighbors and great amenities. Everything we could ask for and more. Thanks

It’s not that often when a property exceeds its description. This tastefully decorated apartment is light, spacious and comfortable. Anyone would be proud to call it home. It’s amazingly situated just a hop-skip-and-a-jump from the French Quarter in edgy Tremé, which means it is walkable to pretty much anywhere.
Snap it up when you can!

The townhouse was in a perfect location- walking distance to all of the French Quarter's sights and experiences. The home was a perfect space to rest and relax between excursions. Would recommend this to friends and family!

This home was perfect! We felt perfectly safe in the location and no issues with street parking.
We LOVED the property, it’s clear Charlie spent a lot of time to make sure it was comfortable. The amount of amenities (cooking utensils, spices, towels, ect) was everything we ever could have asked for. Everything we needed to be comfortable was there!
Only thing was one of the bathrooms is a tub with shower head handle - if there was a way to enclose this with a hanging shower curtain so both bathrooms could be easy to use for showers that would be brilliant!

We loved our stay! Easy communication, beautiful apartment, downstairs neighbors were lovely as well. Short walk to the quarter. Gas station on the corner has great corndogs as a bonus!

Well designed and well equipped and comfortable accommodations There were three of us on a simple vacation to NOLA. We had a great time and enjoyed beautiful weather and it was nice to come home each day to this comfortable home.

We absolutely loved our stay. The location was quiet and safe but a quick walk to the French Quarter and Trolly. The apartment was perfect for 2 couples, and gorgeously decorated and immaculate. We will return!!!

This property has everything that a person could ever want. It's situated close enough to the French Quarter to get in the action, yet far enough away that its quiet and tranquil. The home is clean, incredibly decorated, and there's plenty of parking. Book with confidence because I promise once you stay, you will want to come back time and time again.

This was a really nice property and well located in the Treme. The only area for improvement is in the 2nd bathroom which only has a bathtub with a hand-held device that doesn't have much water pressure.

This property was absolutely stunning and very comfortable as well. It was located in a very safe neighborhood, and was within easy walking distance of the French Quarter. Parking was readily available. Will definitely stay here again!

This property is exactly as advertised- spacious and beautifully decorated with lots of features we didn’t expect. It does have a fairly steep staircase but we appreciated the added exercise 😀. The location was perfect for us, an easy walk from the French Quarter and Frenchman Street. We’d definitely come back!

Peaceful, light-filled, comfortable home. Downstairs permanent neighbors very friendly. Great location just two blocks from the French Quarter and Louis Armstrong Park. We stayed at the end of Mardi Gras and afterwards, and we couldn't have asked for a better location! A number of second line parades marched down our street and we got to watch from the comfort of our balcony. The view from every window was beautiful. It was peaceful. Great smoothie shop, Sprouts was down the block. Charlie was very responsive when we needed to reach him for a small issue.

Lifelong friends flew in from different parts of the country for a fabulous NOLA stay at this wonderful property. Great attention to details with lighting, hooks, umbrellas, kitchen items, etc, etc, etc. Perfect location a couple blocks from the Quarter with safe parking. Quiet, yet close to the action. Good communication with owner, who was extremely accommodating. Will book again.

The house was perfect with more than enough room for 4 people to stay out of each others way, everything was very well arranged and beds comfortable.
We did get to use the balcony for snacks and cocktails at sunset and my only wish is that we could have spent more time in the apartment, but NOLA has so much to see you will want to go out!

Absolutely loved staying at this wonderful, quiet Treme-neighborhood gem. The place was incredibly comfortable, from the beds to the living room and the space in between. Bathrooms are large and well lit!!! Woohoo!! We enjoyed coffee and tea (great selection) on the balcony in the morning as we watched and listened to the neighborhood wake up (and a few late mornings we had the lucky pleasure of hearing the line bands practice their routine from way down the street!). Well stocked kitchen, including a complete set of wine glasses and champagne glasses (which we took advantage of!). The neighbors below are really nice folks and the neighborhood cats are fun to get to know. The home was ridiculously clean. Spotless, actually. Easy walking distance to all things NOLA in the French Quarter and surrounding areas. The street car wasn't running on Rampart for some reason which forced us to put a little extra effort into getting to the Garden District but it really isn't a big deal to walk down to Canal. Also, Ubers are plentiful and have no problem getting to/from the house. Ate at wonderful restaurants nearby (highly recommend Effervescence and I-tal Garden). We didn't have a car but if you do, there is lots of available parking. Overall this place is a true gem and felt like a home away from home. Thank you so much, Charlie, for a grand vacation experience. Look forward to our return.

This is the 3rd time my husband and I have stayed here for Thanksgiving. It’s in a great location! We love it bc it’s close to the quarter but in a very quiet area of Treme. Charlie is always quick to respond when I have questions about check in/out. As an interior designer, I appreciate the attention to detail and artwork in the space. My family has made some wonderful memories here from Pasta night to coffee/Mimosas on the balcony! Highly recommend!

I HAVE STAYED IN ,QUITE NEIGHBORHOOD, ABLE TO WALK DOGS AROUND THE NEIGHBORHOOD WITH OUT ANY PROBLEMS. SHORT WALK TO THE FRENCH QUARTERS. OWNER HAD EVERY THING ONE NEEDED ,SUPER CLEAN. HOPEFULLY WHEN I COME BACK NEXT YEAR IT WILL STILL BE AVAILABLE. MY WIFE WAS WORRIED ABOUT THE NEIGHBORHOOD, SHE LOVED IT. THANKS

We loved this townhouse and the Treme neighborhood and have already recommended it to friends. The house is gorgeous and well appointed. It's only a 15 minute walk to Frenchman Street and about 10 to Bourbon Street. Check-in and -out were a breeze and the host was super responsive. Highly recommend!

Trendy Treme Tavern
This space is cozy and the amenities are vast! This two bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom apt is equipped with a beautiful kitchen with modern appliances and a breathtaking living space replete with the popping color of ‘nawlins. You are sure to be able to immerse yourself in the culture of the Treme neighborhood and feel like a local. The easy street access makes for a quick walk to The African American Museum of New Orleans as well as many local restaurants nestled throughout the neighborhood. Let’s talk about how comfortable the sleeping quarters are! You can tell that the hosts put a lot of thought into creating a space for their guests to get a wonderful night’s sleep after hitting the city’s haunts. If you’re as lucky as we were, you may even get to experience and join a second line coming right down your street in the morning! We thoroughly enjoyed our Essence Festival experience and it was amplified by being able to come home and recharge in this amazing home each night of our stay.
