Clean and spacious room but noisy and impractical stairs.

Very central location. Good air con. Clean. Spacious room.

As mentioned, you have to pay for the lift which is inconvenient given the extraordinary heat in summer + the room is on the third floor, very high up. The breakfast is not worth it, we would have rather paid less and went to a place of our choice. The rooms are big and clean but badly insulated so it's quite noisy. If somebody buzzes in the main entrance, you feel like they're in your room. The way it's done, if your partner/friend goes back to the room before you, they will have to go all the way down and then up the stairs to open the door for you when it's your turn to come back. We felt pressured to give the host an exact arrival time, although we were on holiday and it said we could check-in until 9pm. (We thought the reception desk should therefore be ready to welcome guests until then)

Ancient buiding in the heart of Naples

Good location historical center, near line Large room with wooden shutters and large windows and minimalist modern furnitures.

Way too pricey for what you get. Lift and breakfast is a joke.

The location The room was pretty looking with a tiny balcony

Aircon didn’t work and you have to pay €0,50 to use the lift every time which I have never encountered. Also, don’t bother paying for breakfast as it consisted of a croissant and a coffee and anything else you had to pay for. A complete ripoff. The cleaning staff threw away our breakfast vouchers on our first day and no refund was offered and then they wanted to charge €2 for 2 bottles of water from the fridge. I didn’t pay it. No English channels to watch or streaming options either.

Good location, nice room. Good communication with host.

I looked for a place with parking option. Parking not available at property but ca 500 m away for 30€/day. Bed very, very hard. Elevator costs 50 cents (no information about that when I booked the room) so have a coins with you. The property is on third floor.

Can't fault the facilities and the location was good for what we wanted to see and visit, breakfast was OK and the staff were very friendly.

Having paid 40 euros for a pick up from the airport, was very disappointed to then be dropped off at an adjacent street with no firm directions to the accommodation, which we finally found after 20 minutes of walking up and down the street and asking the locals.

Would recommend to anyone.

Serena is an amazing host, really friendly and helpful. Lovely rooms with high ceilings and a balcony. Breakfast is a choice of croissant, a coffee and an orange juice from a café across the road. Perfect location to see everything around Naples and a short walk to a Metro. Bed was a little firm for my liking but each to their own.

Moderately pleased by our stay.

The room was quite spacy and the bed comfortable. The rooms was totally renovated and had high ceilings and a large balcony door. The girl on the reception was very kind and helpful.

I expected from a 4 star hotel to change the towels and bed sheets everyday but this never happened. Also the bathtub was but that clean. There was an odour on the building due to moisture. The surrounded area is quite crowded and near the city centre but at least half hour on foot from the city centre. I would prefer to stay a bit more south in the historic centre, near the port or at Vomero (very nice area). At last, breakfast was served at a cafe across the street and it only included a coffee, a juice and a croissant.

Fantastic location!

Spacious rooms in the heart of Naples.

Great location - walking distance to most of the city sights. We arrived late in the night and our street was full of small restaurants to eat and drink. Very quite and safe street! To enter the accommodation there’s a big door which leads to a patio and then you take a very small elevator to the 4th floor. Our room was very spacious and we were lucky to have the city view room. Also rooms were cleaned every single day. Staff (Serena) was exceptionally helpful and friendly. We had a WhatsApp chat and helped us with all the questions we had. Lastly, breakfast is served in a cosy nearby cafe on the other side of the road. Breakfast is okay but could be better. You get a choice of different croissants a coffee and a marmalade. But you can still order eggs and pay extra. To sum up, I would definitely recommend it for people who travel for the first time in Naples.

Breakfast is a very small portion. You get a choice of different croissants a coffee and a marmalade. If you are want some eggs or other kind of breakfast you need to pay extra. Also if you are driving a car you can park your car at the courtyard/patio of the accommodation (if there is space). The only problem with that is the fact that every time you are returning in the evening or in the night you don’t have a remote control for the gate. So you are always depending on the willingness and availability of the staff to open it for you.
