I've left a full review on the Vacasa site - they are the managers of the property. Not sure how you can access it. Basically it is a fabulous location in NW Portland, Slabtown. Right off 21st and all its restaurants and two blocks from 23rd and its shops and food and fun. SO walkable. Only a mile to downtown. Great grocery store and distillery :-) across the street. The condo is small and a bit industrial; has all the basics and we managed well enough. Our biggest issue came when one of us needed to sleep on the couch (the other in the bedroom) and there was no bedding for it. Not a blanket anywhere in the condo. So I slept in my jacket with a bath towel over my legs. There was a set of sheets and two pillows but no blanket; trying to find things after midnight. A blanket would also have been helpful for around shoulders when reading at night. The concrete floor probably feels great in the summer, but pretty chilly in the winter. Kitchen set-up was fine; no cloth towels, though, only paper towels for everything. Coffee but no tea bags so bring a few. We'd stay again - there's no reason not to since the location is so grand. But I'll bring a blanket! There really is no parking; walking and Uber were great. Vacasa was super easy to work with administratively; good info in advance, how to check in, get key, all the codes, how to check out, etc. That was much appreciated. And it was very very quiet, midweek in November.

This place is exactly what I was looking for. Very clean and comfortable and everything I needed for my short stay.

The Q21 building was perfect for our vacation to Oregon. Perfectly located in Portland and made everything accessible while in town and then an easy area to travel all around the state to and from. Great coffee house in the 1st floor and tons of good food nearby. Definitely recommend! Apt was clean, spacious and checked every box for us!

Great place to stay for Portland visit! i Super cool building with great common space. Convenient to fantastic restaurants and shops. Easy grocery store access. Perfectly clean and safe! Only drawback was construction across the street, Which has changed the window views! We also received outstanding guest service. We needed to stay an extra night, and our request was easily accommodated with such kindness!

Night 1, our car was broken in to the first night we stayed. Even though I was assured street parking was safe. Your car will not be safe and you are not permitted parking in the garage. Washer didn't work and left your clothes sopping wet after spin cycle. Neighborhood was cute and bedroom was very comfy.

Came to Portland for work and used this rental instead of a hotel. Enjoyed the stay and proximity to a nearby market and coffee shop.

Location was optimal and we were satisfied overall. Wish there was easier parking but we did figure it out using the ParkingKitty app. If you need it to be consistent you may consider another place. I have a lot of compliments for this stay as well as a list of suggestions for a better stay. We would stay again I think.

This is a lovely and lively neighborhood. Would recommend it to individual and family visitors.

this property seems to be operated by a rental company, the suite was clean, the courtyard requires maintenance, the location is near groceries and pubs.

Small but modern and well-organized apartment in a nice building in a safe and mostly quiet neighborhood (aside from the construction across the street).
I didn’t receive any instructions for check-in until day of (bad), and upon entering the apartment, my partner and I immediately noticed the thin sheen of dust and dirt on the floor and dust in the air. We both have asthma and could tell the air quality was poor. This cleared up hours later after I vacuumed the entire apartment, turned on the A/C, and let the air settle. One issue is the construction directly across the street, currently digging a building foundation and there are massive piles of dirt and crushed stone that quickly blow across and onto the terrace, the terrace furniture, and onto the windows. We didn’t use the terrace at all due to this, which also has a garden of weeds growing between the cracks in the outdoor flooring.
Furthermore, there was virtually zero communication with Vacasa about our stay aside from clearly automated text messages. It took me an hour to find the garbage drop off because no one responded to my texts sent days earlier. The building has a gym, but there are no instructions as to where to find it (hint: second floor). There is also parking directly connected to the building but the stay does not provide any instructions regarding this, so I had to pay to park in a nearby garage.
The internet ranges between 30Mbps to 100Mbps, and with two people taking meetings and using the internet, we both frequently had issues with lag and audio cutting out. There were many times where we had to go to the second floor community lounge to use a much faster internet.
This could have easily been a great stay if not for some of these issues. The city has an abundance of high quality apartments for visitors to rent, many of which I have stayed in, and have always had good communication with the owners/rental company/building manager, always arrived to a clean unit, etc etc. This one is just not it.

Amazing stay
I stayed here on business and really loved the location of this place. It was especially nice to be able to walk to my meetings in the Pearl District.

Great location, cute place!!
I enjoyed my stay in this condo unit. The decor is very tasteful and aesthetically pleasing. The building is very posh and has a nice coffee shop in the lobby. There is a New Seasons Market across the street which I learned is a Portland staple. It was easy to find street parking in front of the complex, but you do have to pay to park during the daytime. I would recommend this condo!

I am a medical provider and stayed in this studio for the location and proximity to the hospitals. I know the area well and this area of NW Portland is absolutely fantastic for good restaurants in walking distance, (relative safety) and overall a great neighborhood feeling. I was, however, bothered by loud talking in the hallways and a dog that would bark for long periods of time. No direct way to communicate concerns to the actual building manager. If you’re someone looking for a place to stay for work travel and need it to be quiet, I’d look elsewhere. And research your parking options ahead of time. Be prepared to walk multiple blocks from where you park. Otherwise the place is great and you won’t be disappointed with everything nearby!

What you see is what you get
What you see is what you get with this property. Everything was well-maintained and clean and functioning order.
Couple things we struggled with:
1. Address is 2112 not 2106 (at least that’s what main door on building says)
2. Parking either need to put money in street parking or park at city centre lot ($16/day)
3. When you check out - put the keys back in the lock box (that’s not part of checkout instructions
Otherwise all else was great. Will be back next time we are in town.

Great place for a weekend in Portland
My friend and I came to Portland for a weekend away. This is the perfect place! I spent most of my time on porch. Great place for friends who don’t mind being close together.

We were in town for Thanksgiving to visit our daughter. The apartment and building was very nice! In a great walkable area of Portland with shops and restaurants very nearby. Also a great market right across the street. There is an excellent little coffee shop in the downstairs lobby called Queue, good bagels and coffee. The apartment was very well equipped, lots of towels and the kitchen was great, nice to have a washer and dryer. The bed was very comfortable! Big balcony that was awesome for sightseeing and people watching below us. There was seating outside but it was chilly. A few negatives…the wash machine may need to be cleaned, it had a musty smell, also leftover food in the fridge and freezer. There were cigarette butts on the patio with a clear non smoking sign, a pan in the dishwasher that was caked in old, rotten, smelly food that we cleaned. We would go back tho…because we loved the area and the few housekeeping items we addressed.

Great location. Apartment was clean except for balcony. Communication with Vacasa was good. Timely service on stuck garbage disposal. Vacasa said there was no gym but there actually is. Not sure why they didn’t know that. Apartment is small but balcony is large. King size bed was comfortable but it does takes up the entire bedroom. Overall a great stay.

The place was really nice. New building in a nice neighbourhood. Coffee shop in the same building, grocery store in the next complex. Street parking was available. Great common area with pool table and ping pong table.

We enjoyed the neighborhood and amenities very much. Access to a fine supermarket, New Seasons, was a plus. However, Light in bathroom was dark. Terrace was filthy; it should be included in the cleaning. We asked for a rubber mat for bathtub from cleaner but no Mat was ever brought up.

We could quibble on a few points, but we'd definitely stay here again.
Pros: Great location with nearby stores and restaurants. Bed was very comfy, washer/dryer is a bonus, and a huge private deck. Coffee shop downstairs was really good. Support staff were fabulous and responded very quickly by text.
Cons: King sized bed was far too big for the space - stubbed my toe first night. Deck furniture was very dusty from nearby construction and had weeds. Check-in was confusing !

I rented the place for 2days, location and ease of access was good. I stayed with my 8 year old, all night the apartment was filled with smoke, vape, cigarette smoke. People wear loud swearing, using bad language. With health concerns for my kid I moved out stayed only one night. I had mentioned in my booking that I will stay with my kid if there is anything I need to I know. However there was no response had I known I would have booked some other place. We had to stay on the road.
