It was really a beautiful place to stay. Very nice home, friendly hosts and near to the sea.

We loved our stay at this house a lot. The kids were impressed, and we all would have loved to stay longer. There is a lot of space, inside and outside the house. We got to use the gas barbecue in the terrace and enjoyed dinner with a fantastic view of Sestri Levante and the surrounding olive/lemon trees. The communication with Carlo was smooth and he gave us useful tips, despite language difference. The kitchen was well supplied even to the smallest details. There was also a bottle of wine to welcome us. The beds are comfortable and the bathroom for each bedroom is ideal. Even our little dog enjoyed the place. The house is less than 10mins drive from Sestri. The last 300meters or so is a small road and you need to maneuver carefully down to the parking space from the driveway, but this is not a problem for us. Sestri itself is charming and is an easy gateway to Cinque Terre and Portofino by train.

So glad we found this gem in Sestri Levante. Carlo and Nina were superb hosts and we couldn’t thank them enough for their hospitality and thoughtfulness, including a dog cushion and bowl for our big furry one. Grazie miele Carlo e Nina! We will definitely be back.

Perfekter Aufenthalt
Die Ferienwohnung ist wunderschön gelegen und äußerst gepflegt. An praktisch alles, was man braucht, wurde gedacht. Alles ist mit Sorgfalt und Liebe für den Gast gestaltet und hergerichtet. Besonders gut ist der komplette Insektenschutz gegen Mücken. Da gab es innen keine Probleme.

Amazing apartment perched high above the sea!
Carlo, Nina and Sophie were amazing hosts! The apartment is fantastic, and the veranda is even more so. I LOVED my time at this home. I would absolutely recommend it if your travels take you to Sestri Levante or the surrounding area. I hope to return at some point and would definitely stay here again!!

Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, schön eingerichtet und sauber. Alles nötige ist vorhanden, und noch mehr!
Die grosse Terrasse hat einen wunderschönen Ausblick und ist umgeben von Rosmarin, Oliven- und Zitronenbäumen.
Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sie helfen auch bei der steilen und engen Auffahrt beim Parkplatz.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und empfehlen es von Herzen weiter!

Die Vermieter haben nicht zu viel versprochen, die Wohnung ist geräumig, sauber, mit allen Annehmlichkeiten und einer wunderbaren Aussicht.

Eine tolle Terrasse, ein schönes Haus mit allem was man braucht und eine sehr ruhige Umgebung. Ich habe sogar teilweise draussen geschlafen um den Sternenhimmel zu genießen!

wunderschöne Wohnung für einen erholsamen Urlaub
Die Wohnung liegt abseits vom Turbel in den Olivenhainen und besitzt eine traumhafte Aussicht. Sie ist liebevoll gestaltet und die Einrichtung ist durchdacht zusammengestellt. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Etwas schwierig war anfangs die steile Auffahrt zum wohnungseigenen Parkplatz, doch hat Carlo uns sehr gut eingewiesen, sodass auch das dann kein Problem mehr war. Der Urlaub war so runderherum schön und erholsam und die Wohnung ist sehr empfehlenswert. Nur wer sich an den tagsüber recht lauten Grillen stören sollte, könnte hier nicht ganz zufrieden sein.

Emplacement exceptionnel
Les propriétaires habitent à l'étage de la maison. Ils aussi discrets que gentils. Le logement est top avec 1 salle d'eau par chambre et 3wc !! Un équipement bb a été mis à notre disposition. La vue reste époustouflante avec un panorama fantastique et une très grande terrasse pour en profiter. N'hésitez pas !!!

Ein Paradies mitten im Olivenhain
Die Wohnung hat uns super gut gefallen. Besonders hat es uns die die tolle Terrasse angetan. Viel Platz, immer ein Plätzchen im Schatten, umgeben von Kräutern und Oliven und ein herrlicher Blick auf Sestri und das Meer. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Carlo und seine Frau sind immer ansprechbar und hilfreich gewesen.
Mit dem Auto ist man in wenigen Minuten in Sestri. Wir sind aber auch direkt von der Wohnung aus losgewandert.
Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Sehr schöne und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung in ruhiger Lage, die keine Wünsche übrig lässt.
Fantastische, riesige Terasse mit tollem Blick auf die Stadt und das Meer.
Nina und Carlo sind sehr freundlich, zurückhaltend und sehr dezent, hilfsbereit und großzügig.
Strände von Setstri Levante und Umgebung bieten viele Möglichkeiten. Für etwas sportliche Radfahrern bieten die Berg eine tolle Freizeitoption.
Wir waren rundum zufrieden und können die Ferienwohnung ohne Einschränkungen empfehlen.

Se cercate un posto tranquillo e accogliente la casa di Carlo è quello che fa per voi.
I proprietari sono molto gentili e disponibili, il paesaggio e la vista dalla terrazza sono mozzafiato. La casa è curata in ogni minimo dettaglio e troverete tutto quello che serve per un piacevole soggiorno. Consigliatissimo!

Sehr schönes, abgelegenes Ferienhaus mit großem Außenbereich
Wir haben unseren Urlaub in der sehr schönen und liebvoll eingerichteten Ferienwohnung sehr genossen. Es war alles vorhanden und besser als beschrieben. Carlo überraschte uns sogar mit einem kleinen Pool zu Abkühlung. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war gut, obwohl wir kein Italienisch können. So bekamen wir zahlreiche Tipps für Aktivitäten in der Umgebung. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Gentilezza, Professionalita' e Accoglienza
Siamo stati più che bene da Carlo e Nina. Una casa bellissima e graziosa arredata con buongusto anche nei minimi dettagli degli oggetti. Ha una vista magnifica e l'ambiente è super rilassante. E' vicinissimo alla bella cittadina di Sestri Levante e le spiagge.
La casa era ben fornita di tutto quello che era necessario per rendere il soggiorno facile e confortevole facendoci sentire che era un desiderio e piacere da parte loro di farci sentire ben accolto nella loro casa. Suggeriamo assolutamente di scegliere questo posto per una vacanza da sogno!

Vacanza in un'oasi di pace!
Abbiamo soggiornato nel mese di giugno 2020 per 6 giorni.
La casa è esattamente come nelle foto proposte, anzi ancora più bella!
Arredata con molto gusto e super accessoriata...non mancava proprio niente! Pulitissima e igienizzata.
L'abitazione immersa nel verde tra ulivi, piante aromatiche e fiori di ogni genere regala una vista mozzafiato sulla cittadina di Sestri Levante e sulle due baie.
I proprietari Carlo e Nina, gentilissimi e super disponibili per qualsiasi necessità (abbiamo degustato anche i frutti del loro giardino e del loro orto).
Il mare è raggiungibile in pochi minuti di auto.
Non possiamo che consigliare a tutti di soggiornarvi!!!!!
E noi speriamo di poterci ritornare al più presto.

Just had the most wonderful week in this lovely house overlooking the sea - and as stated is nestled in the olive groves in a quiet location, just a few minutes away from the great town of Sestri Levante. Carlos and his family were ideal hosts - on hand if we needed anything but kept their distance and gave us privacy. Wonderful property with an ideal location to explore
Just had the most wonderful week in this lovely house overlooking the sea - and as stated is nestled in the olive groves in a quiet location, just a few minutes away from the great town of Sestri Levante. Great house on a fantastic location
This was one of the best houses we ever rented. The interior was tastful We were with four people making the presence of two new and modern, bathrooms, a pleasant luxury.
The owners are very cordial but also very modest so our privacy was guaranteed to the maximum. Around the house is a beautiful and large garden where you can always find a shady spot. The view of Sestri Levante is fantastic. The house is about 10 minutes drive from Seatri levante, a beautiful city with beautiful beaches and a good starting point for visiting cinque terre and Portofino.
Conclusion this house is excellent and heartily recommended

Fantastisch
Traumhafte Lage oberhalb Sestri Levante zwischen Olivenbäumen und Rosmarinbüschen. Absolut ruhig gelegen. Tolle Wohnung mit viel Platz. Wir waren jeden Abend wieder zeitig zurück um auf unserer Terrasse die Abendsonne bei selbstgekochten Leckerein zu geniessen. Wir waren uns einig daß es kein Restaurant weit und breit geben kann daß uns diesen Blick und diese Ruhe bietet. Daniela und Carlo sind sehr liebenswerte, offene und freundliche Gastgeber die alles tun um den Aufenthalt so entspannt wie möglich zu gestalten. Falls nochmal Ligurien dann auf jeden Fall wieder hier. Vielen herzlichen Dank an Daniela und Carlo wir haben uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt.
