Die Unterkunft ist kein klassisches Hotel mit einer Rezeption und Service. Der Checkin & Checkout und die meiste Kommunikation fand mit dem Pförtner statt. Fragen und Gästewünsche konnten nur telefonisch geklärt werden. Die Ansprechpartnerin war sehr unfreundlich und ist dem Wunsch zur Unterbringung unseres Sohnes zunächst nicht nachgekommen, obwohl ausreichend Platz und Ausstattung im Zimmer vorhanden war. Im Bad und in der Dusche gibt es bereits erste Schimmelspuren. In der Unterkunft und in der näheren Nachbarschaft wird gebaut und es gab ab den frühen Morgenstunden sehr lauten Baulärm.

Grosses Zimmer mit guter Ausstattung. Bequeme Betten. Schöne Aussicht, insbesondere von der öffentliche Terrasse, dort befindet sich ebenfalls das Gym, mit hervorragendem Equipment. Der Hotelstandort; das Quartier hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Zugang (Schlüsselkarte des Hotelzimmers) zum Gym, stimmte mit den Gym-Öffnungszeiten-Angaben nicht überein. Kein Dampfabzug über dem Kochherd. Geschirrspülmittel und Abtrocknungstuch fehlten. Keine zweite Schlüsselkarte fürs Zimmer bekommen.

Really lovely stay! They cleaned your apartment every day with fresh bedding.. hosts were lovely.. the apartment was really stylish the whole building was gym was amazing.. really cool location as next door was model castings which we found really cool due to Milan fashion week which was cool! Metro is literally 2/3 blocks away not far at all and if you need a taxi they will call for one waiting no longer than 10 minutes!

Only thing I would say the pool was in repair during our stay which was disappointing but of course can’t be helped It’s a big walk from bus stop drop off from bergamot airport just get a taxi or metro but couldn’t fault it Also heard one party while we was there but again it was start of fashion week but I would come again!

The design, the pool and gym area was amazing. I would like to mention the really nice staff too. They were super flexible and helpful.

Fun pool with bubbles and stream. Lovely apartment. The bed was a bit small and the aircon didn't cool. We didn't stay long enough to figure out why the room was so hot.

Clean easy access

Very spacious and comfortable, and a great gym.

It’s a little too far from the center - it’s a short taxi ride but too far to walk.

Nice bathroom and roof pool facilities

Bed was a little hard and small for both myself and partner so didn’t sleep very well, would have liked a king size, bed we had was a little narrow. A little noisy on the Friday night, seemed to be a lot of banging doors and music base, sounded like there was a bar operating within the building or someone having a party

Very modern well equipped room. Comfortable and stylish. Pool area is great.

Location is far from centre but this is reflected in price so not an issue. Warning that shower has clear glass visible from bedroom which some may not like

The pool and the fitness Center on top were really great!

There were some discrepancies in the bathroom, other than that, it was perfect!

I really like the hotel! And I will advise this hotel to all my friends! Room was amazing!!! Very very beautiful room and I like that all was new! Perfect service! All was so fresh and clean!

I traveled a lot… and I book a room since 14.02 To …. And I told that we will arrive on 14.02 not on 14:30 when we could check in to room , but we will arrive at midnight , almost 15.02. And hotel told me I have to PAY late check in. That was disappointing… I paid for all day, just arrive later.. that was only one that disappointed us(
