Great location, comfortable place, but you have to be prepared for stairs

I loved the location of the place, 5 minutes to city center but in quiet location. Bed was very comfortable, the place was clean, there was space to unpack, there is a pan, a few pots. All you need to make quick breakfast.

Apartament is on 3rd floor, but the owner kindly brought our luggage up. I guess most of apartments are a few floors up in Split.

My fiancé and I had a great stay at this quiet apartment that’s only a quick walk to Split’s old town center.

The apartment was clean and the host put two beers in the mini fridge for us when we arrived, which was super nice. The location was close to everywhere we wanted to go in Split. The AC and shower worked well.

This property was nice, there’s nothing we disliked.

Great option to stay in Split

This is a great place to stay in Split. The apartment is new. Everything is in great condition and pristinely clean. It is close to the ferry and a 10-minute walk to the city. Amazing!

Everything was great. The only thing I could think of is access to the apartment; it's on the last floor of a 4-floor building with no lift, so if you are not in conditions of going upstairs every day, then think it well :) Other than that, it's an excellent choice to stay in Split.

Comfortable, clean and convenient place to stay

excellent location, very comfortable accommodations and helpful host. the bed was comfortable and the shower had plenty of hot water.

last floor of a building, however the host meets young to help with your luggage.

Superb

fantastic accommodation! Dado was very helpful and tracked my flight to make sure he could be there on my arrival. He was also great at giving recommendations for things to do in the area

only drawback was there could have been better dish cleaning facilities. a sponge and dishrack was not provided which made it difficult when cleaning up after cooking. other than that, an exceptional accommodation in a brilliant location

Superb

The apartment was super clean and the kitchen had everything you could need on a holiday. The location was excellent - you could reach everything in about 10 minutes by foot. The host helped wherever we needed and I would recommend it to everybody who wishes to stay at an excellent, little holiday apartment.

Perfect location between Split Old Town and local sandy Beach!

The room was big and bright and the air con was fantastic - which is a big commodity on the top floor! Only a 5 minute walk to/from the bus station and ferry port, and a short walk into the heart of the Old Town center. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

Highly recommend!

The location was the best - 5 min of walking to the old city, to the city port, and to the city beach. It is on a quiet street, so there was no noise at night, while all the party and dining was right around the corner. The apartment is on the 4th floor but the property manager Dado meets you downstairs and carries your heaviest bags to the door. He is very flexible and accommodating! we were able to leave the bags the day we left, and when we came to pick them up in the evening, they were already taken downstairs for us by Dado. Dado also recommended a great city tour guide Sandra who provided an awesome private tour for our family at very short notice. The apartment is spacious, very clean, and nicely furnished, which good AC and wifi. The parking lot is right by the building if you arrive by car, and the ferry piers are very close by foot, even with the luggage you will be fine.

There is nothing we didn't like about this place, it is perfect for exploring Split or using as a hub to go around Croatia. Get one room if there are 2 of you or both rooms if you have kids or another couple.

Great stay😊

Great stay, room was very clean and bed very comfy. Air conditioning was working well which was great as nights were still hot. Good location to the main attractions and to the beach,would definitely recommend it. The owner was very kind and helpful.

Very good

Great Location, close enough to the beach and Old Town centre! The apartment was great, and was very clean and fresh. the airconditioning was amazing! Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Split. The host was very friendly, communicative with my check in and check out times.

A luxurious place in Split

The host is super nice and helpful! The apartment is of high standard, very modern and very clean. It's near the Old Town and surprisingly quiet. Highly recommend!!!
