Gondola Village 1 *Primary renters age must be 25+* HOME INFO: 1 Bedroom / 1 Bathroom - 450 sq. feet This comfortable townhouse has easy access ground level entry (6 stairs only) and has been fully remodelled including newly painted rooms and new carpets, a recently purchased new sofa bed, 50 inch TV, queen mattress for the master bedroom and all new linens. A superb location only 3 minute walk to the Creekside Gondola. Beautifully renovated - Master Bedroom: Queen bed, full size closet and fan available - Living Space: Sofa bed with Queen mattress, wood burning fireplace, vaulted ceilings, seating for 4. Just off main living space is a lofted platform with railings that has an additional futon style mattress (not suitable for young children) - Laundry is NOT in unit, however there is a public laundromat across the street ADDITIONAL INFO: - Village Access: Creekside village is right outside your door and to access main Whistler village it is a 6 minute drive or the bus runs just outside the complex - Lift Access: 3 minute walk to Creekside Gondola - Ski Storage & Bike Storage: Bike rack for use in parking lot or bikes can be locked right outside of unit door on your deck - Parking: Outdoor FREE parking as well as additional visitor pass for guest - Free WiFi - Front desk concierge service Check-in time is 4:00 PM local time. Check-out time is 10:00 AM local time. *Cancellation Policy. You can cancel your booking up till 30 days prior to your trip. There will be a 10% fee of deposit or $100 (whichever is greater). *If booking on AIRBNB then Strict cancellation policy applies. Overall a great experience. Minimal kitchen supplies. Unusual sleeping loft. Great easy access to Creekside gondola. Very good value.

The condo was in a reasonably good area and that is a large reason of why we booked it along with booking late for Christmas there weren’t many great choices for a reasonable price. It was easy to see why the price was cheap. The condo could use updating all around carpets did not look new like was advertised in the listing, the bench in the door was super wobbly and felt like it would collapse under anyone sitting on it, there was not a single extra blanket except for the comforter on the 2 beds which in a cold mountain town seems crazy. The fireplace flu wasn’t very effective and drafted smoke from the fire into the condo. We stopped having fires after noticing that. The trash in the condo was tiny and it was quite a walk to the condominium trash area everyday when we needed to take the trash out again. Listing mentions dishwasher but there was none. Also mentions dryer and there was not a dryer.

It was perfect for what we needed and the price was right. It was very hot inside and I fixed the bathroom cupboard door so it would close. :)

First there is a scent of humidity when we opened the door, not funny…
We had problems with the windows since there is no AC and it was too hot inside and we needed fresh air. Please change them it will worth it. The door of the cabinet in the bathroom was falling and not closing. The shower need some love. The stools of the kitchen table are at your own risk since some are very shaky. The bed was confortable and a nice area. If you are looking for something « correct » it’s your place !

Overall a good rental in a great location due to the new gondola nearby. One complaint would be that the mattress on the sleeper-couch was pretty bad. We ended up not using it after the first night.

Nice property. My son and I stayed for 4 nights. Located less than a five minute walk to Creekside Gondola.

Overall great stay. Good location. Very clean. Quite small for our group of 3 adults and a teen, but we made it work. The bed was very comfortable, however, the pull out sofa bed was not. Some care and attention to details, such as replacing burned out light bulbs would give the place 5 stars.

The property is generally good for a night or two if the look & feel is not of concern.
However, it could use some renovation or better care.
The list of issues is not that long, but considerable.
The most notable ones are the running water from the bath tap and the heating that worked at some strange times, not when the thermostat was on (triple-checked).
Two mornings were pretty cold.
Overall, the property was clean, check-in was easy and it's just 2 min walk from the lifts.
The parking can be tricky because it's first come, first served.

Absolutely the best location for accessing Whistler mountain to ski. Close to groceries.... the condo is a perfect size and has everything you need. I would definitely recommend this place.

I like the fact that the place is just a 5 min walk from the Creekside ski lift. Door keypad is easy to use and parking is available.
It's a bit noisy as the sound from upstairs comes right through. Also the bathtub faucet is continuously dripping and should be fixed. I cleaned out the hair dryer vent because it was plugged with lint and dust.

Creekside gondola was still under repairs but shuttle service to Whistler village was super convenient. Lots of restaurants around the area and walking distance to all of them. The property was small but clean and enough for us to enjoy our weekend getaway!

needs a portable a/c unit and screens for windows. during the day it was in the high 32 c we could not be in it during the day... everything worked good and the loacation is great. Also parking is excellent.

Great home base for our stay
This unit had everything we needed for our stay. One teen slept in the loft, one on the pull out. We were here during the hottest week of the year, but we’d read reviews and knew to bring fans. Everything else was comfortable and the hosts were very responsive. Will definitely stay again!

Cozy and functional, somewhat worn
Largely as advertised. Very easy check-in/out, convenient parking, and good communication. Place is somewhat 'worn' however - living room windows are partially broken and challenging to open (weather was hot), kitchen sink drains VERY slowly (maintenance was responsive and came by quickly and improved it a bit), upper loft is not super easy to access and no blinds for upper windows near it, sofa bed is not overly comfortable, only 1 partial roll of toilet paper was provided, netflix login provided didn't work (we used our own so didn't follow up on it), and multiple cups/pots/plates had been put away dirty (likely the result of a prior guest). None of these were serious concerns aside from the sink, which was addressed promptly. Comfortable for a couple; tight but workable for 1 or 2 more via sofa bed and loft mattress.

Affordable & dog friendly
This place was affordable, in a great location, and is dog friendly. It was everything we needed! Our dog loved the dog park at Alpha Lake, a short walk away.

Bed was wonderful ! Kitchen good for small meals .Loft useless .., dangerous . Hide bed great !. Towels fresh and clean . As a summer rental .., need sealing fans .. at least . Apartment NOT well maintained …patched up ! Some furniture .. dilapidated and warn … table … luggage bench !

Came to snowboard for the weekend, and it was very close to Creekside Gondola! 7-8 minute drive to Whistler village to go shopping and restaurants.

Great location
Great location for anyone who is in whistler for the winter activities. Quite neighborhood with easy access to food. Walking distance to the lift. Great stay overall!

Close and convenient
Location can’t be beat. But the place seems to have been neglected for a while. The table, coffee table, bench, and chairs were all falling apart. Every screw was loose or missing. One of the chairs actually broke while sitting on it though luckily I didn’t fall. The price pretty well reflects the quality of this place. So I’d still recommend.
The loft is dangerous for anyone under 12 years old. A mattress blocks 2/3 of the entry hole. And there are no hand holds above the ladder to pull yourself up.

Great location. Decent space.
Quick walk to the lift. The room is a bit funky, washroom could use some updating, but fun space for a couple, maybe an older kid (our family). The climb into the loft isn’t for the faint of heart. Wouldn’t work for little kids.

Weekend gateaway in February
We stayed in the unit for a couple of nights on the weekend on our skiing trip to Whistler. The location is great and very close 2 min walk to the Creekside gondola. The unit is clean and had everything we needed for the trip. Kitchen is small but very functional and was very useful for us since we prefer to cook instead of staying in the long lineups at the local restaurants. The unit has a wood burning fireplace which is very nice to sit at after the long day of skiing. Although you have to buy your own wood at the local grocery store. The unique feature of the unit is the single bed near the sealing which is an extra sleeping space. Overall it was a great stay.
