The apartments are modern and well appointed. Mary (Manager) is a classy operator, always available but phone and will help with anything you need including arranging transfers and outings etc.
Great pool area and private spa pool for every unit. The lower units also have there own swimming pool.
Bus stop for buses to Kamari or back up to Fira and onto the rest of island including Oia is only 300m away. Fira town is only 1.5km walk if you’re keen like us. Firs you will find all you need including the beautiful sunset.
There is nothing to dislike about this property.

Lovely property, only a few rooms so it was nice and quiet. Very clean, loved our private pool. The host Mary was fantastic making us feel welcome and went out of her way to organise things like a boat trip and booking transport etc.
A bit further out of town than I realised, you can walk to town in 20 minutes but that includes some roads with no sidewalk. The view from the pool is of a shell garage which is a shame as the photos suggest it’s an ocean view.

We had a beautiful stay at June Twenty. From the moment we arrived Mary was excellent & made us feel so welcome. We received a delicious breakfast every morning & a bottle of water to our room. She helped us organise ATV’s and the best dinner spots to go to. Additionally - Mary gave us a free bottle of Prosecco for us all to enjoy! I will be recommending this accom action to anyone I know who is staying in Santorini. We had a wonderful time :)
Nothing!

room was very spacious and clean, modern design, with a lovely hot tub. Pool area was also exceptional
No lights upon entering the property so can be difficult to locate if checking in late, but other than this it was an amazing stay. Mary was outstanding and extremely helpful always available when needed

We loved our stay, the room was absolutely stunning, everything was super clean and despite the fact that we only stayed for one night they cleaned the pool and the balcony area twice. The receptionist was really helpful and sweet, she arranged all of our transfers and provided everything we needed,we highly recommend this hotel,it’s beyond every expectation!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at June Twenty Suites, the room was spacious and perfectly clean; breakfast served in the room was great. Mary, the host, is very lovely and took great care of us with any request we had. The Jacuzzi on the terrace is a very nice features well complemented by the pool.
The fourth bed was a bit "light", not very confortable and could only work for a small kid.

Friendly staff, beautiful room with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was delicious.

Lovely place to stay, staff really helpful. Breakfast was lovely and delivered every morning at the time stated. Lots of space in the suite and nice to have our own pool. We got everything we needed
The location of the hotel was a little bit of a miss, right next to a busy road and transfers struggled to find the entrance. If you are here for the views this is not the hotel for you as the main view is of a petrol station.

This was my second stay at June Twenty - the suites are great for a base if you want to explore the island. Close to both the airport and the port. Mary is extremely helpful and kind - a brilliant host. One thing to alert anyone wishing to stay here is not to use a Revolut card unless you have the physical card - because we only had the virtual version we had to pay a second time for our accommodation and then get refunded our first payment, the was inconvenient as the exchange rate had changed and it cost us more when we paid the second time. We were island hopping and used Revolut for the 5 other hotels we stayed in and didn’t have this problem - June Twenty seem to think Revolut isn’t ‘real money’.
The breakfast is a little basic for the price paid for the stay, eggs / bacon etc are not included and you need to pay extra for these. I hotel more centrally in Fira would be a similar price.

We had clean and comfortable room, breakfast was very tasty ans served according to our needs. Although reception desk was not working all the time we had WhatsApp contact with Receptionist 24h ready to help with everything. Nice swimming pool - almost empty.
The only thing that spoils the perfect picture and the perfect view from the hotel is Shell gas station visible from all appartments. We managed to ignore it :) so it didn't spoil our stay.

Very spacious apartment, nice shared swimming pool outside, minibar and good breakfast. Good value for the price considering location.
Very cold water inside the private pool and very noisy area (close to the main road), also the view wasn't spectacular (the gas station opposite)

The property was beautiful and clean, rooms were large with a good sized pool. The staff were really friendly and helpful, the desk isn't manned 24/7 but the friendly receptionist gives you her mobile number to text should you have any queries. Breakfast is AMAZING and brought to your room, some things require a supplement but is very good value for money. Taxi company recommended was great and always turned up quickly and efficiently. Other people we travelled with used unreliable taxis so this was great. Cannot fault the property at all, we are used to staying in all inclusive hotels so was a bit anxious but honestly cannot fault the place at all! supermarket is 5 min walk down the road if you want to stock up on wine or use the in room cooking facilities. Thira is a 5 min taxi journey down the road. large public pool and our room had a private pool also. the only negative is the room above us had some sort or Jacuzzi on their terrace which was so loud in our room and would wake us up in the night, but could easily go back to sleep so is a minor issue. Would 100% stay again.

As I was saying Mary was a 10/10 beautiful host. The executive suite was spacious and clean. You have free internet and a smart TV to watch netflix if you have an account.
Mary was so nice that if we told her we had a problem, she would have tried to fix it for us. However she wouldnt have been able to fix this.
The location is on a busy main road yet there was no main entrance for this place only a narrow side entrance so the driver had to leave us on the main road (as he was in a transporter van, would not have made it down to this path) and we had to walk down to the suite dragging our suitcases down this badly paved path. With suitcases the path takes 5 minutes walking to get to the suite.
I was expecting with the price that you are paying for the executive and the pictures that there would have been a bit more privacy. Those who pay extra for private pools are on the first floor and those who dont are on the floor above you on their balconys with a perfect view of all of the outside of your villa.
This may be more a personal choice but I would prefer a more private and a quieter location.

personnel great attitude and kindness. there was no request that would not help with. We had amazing holidays

Definitely an amazing place to stay, very comfy.
I was a bit disappointed, because my jacuzzi did not work (no bubbles).

- apartment with pool was great - clean and really big
- WiFi works good
- apartment is fully furnished and have all useful kitchen tools
- common area and pool are also lovely

Beautiful hotel with lovely amenities. The pool area is stunning. The bedroom was very comfortable with a large bathroom and a decent kitchenette.
our room had a hot tub which was a lovely addition. The rooms with private swimming pools below us also looked beautiful.
We stayed here for one night before getting a ferry to another island. Our reason for choosing June Twenty Suites was how close it was to the airport.
The accommodation organised an airport transfer for us which resulted in us paying €33 for a 5 minute taxi drive.
I also requested for a bottle of wine to be in the room of arrival. When I asked for the cost I was never told. It turns out the bottle of white wine they decided to put in the room was the most expensive one on the list.
Finally, on departure we rang reception to see if they were able to book us a taxi to the port. We told them we needed to leave in 10 minutes. Check out was incredibly slow with various problems on the hotels behalf. More than half an hour later there was still no taxi and we were still not able to check out. Thankfully we did not miss our Ferry as it was also late to arrive.

Everyone who worked there was really friendly and happy to help. The breakfast every morning was amazing and getting it delivered to the room was the icing on the cake. The pools were great to have and always really quiet as well.
The only thing I could fault was the location not because it was too far away from anything as Thera was a short walk but it's right outside a Shell garage and having a ground floor room meant it was obstructing views of the sea which was a shame.

Mery it was so nice in all our stay, we love her, she is so kind, lovely and such a food hoster.
We loved the pool zone and the breakfast.
They clean the room everyday and this is near the center.
We paid 60€ about hosting another guest regardless the apartment is for 4 people.

Very nice property, clean, excellent central island location , quiet property, but on a main road, but you get used to it. Staff very friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast. Mary on reception very helpful and gave good recommendations.
No door on bathroom , not a fault, but way apartments built it’s suited for couples. We went as a family. Cannot speak for suite with private pool. But that doesn’t mean I wouldn’t recommend. It’s a great location with great facilities.

We liked a lot of things about the property: everything was very clean and both our private as the public pool were really nice! The suite was pretty and clean as well. We also loved the breakfast! Location is good, there are bus stops near the hotel and Fira is a 20min walk.
We booked a suite for 4 persons, with a double bed and 2 sofa beds. The sofa beds were VERY uncomfortable. This is clearly a suite for 2 persons, it shouldn’t be offered for 4 persons… The host of the hotel was friendly overall, but didn’t listen to our issues with the beds. We also had some small ‘surprises’ on the bill, as the prices communicated in advance were lower. The host told us this was because the prices she communicated were for 2 persons and that’s why the prices on the bill were higher. It’s a bit strange though because they knew we had a booking for 4 persons, so they should also communicate all prices for 4 persons and not 2…

The hotel is perfect with all comforts, clean, essential. The personal is very nice and welcoming. The only “negative” aspect is the location. There is a shell station right in front of the jacuzzi which is killing a bit the atmosphere and the view 🙈

Room was excellent and well organized.
Personnel friendly
Location is not the best on the island. View is not excited and the access to the hotel was difficult with limited signs

The staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful and made us feel so welcome. The room was always spotless and cleaned really quickly. The main pool was perfect and great for a chilled out day. We spent 10 days here and enjoyed every second. The location was perfect, can’t fault any of it.
