Amazing holidays ! Happy to come back again in the future...

Our stay in Lipotica Apt/Zadar really exceeded our expectations. The apartment is spacious, well-equipped and the cleanliness is something to be highlighted. It really feels like home. A nice view of the small port and historical city walls, 10 min walk to the old town, approx. 10 min to the city beach... simply great place to enjoy all what Zadar can offer. Big thanks to Luka, the apt owner - Luka, you´re a great host:o) Thanks a lot for all your support and overall care !

Sunset terrace

My parents and I really enjoyed stay at this apartment, feel like home. The terrace is nice facing old town and sunset. The owner is very helpful and friendly. We followed his advice and had a good time in Zadar and around.

Amazing host who made our stay just fabulous.

BOOK BOOK BOOK !!!The property is perfect in every way. The owners have really thought about every detail. The amount of extras for our use was just AMAZING. The apartment was spotless, the linen was fresh and perfect. We appreciated the air conditioning as it was very hot whilst we were there. The balcony was great to enjoy sitting outside having cold drinks and snacks. Luca - the owner was able to provide a transfer from airport and this was so generous and kind. He offered to take us on a walking tour of the Old Town. What can I say - it was just brilliant- we learnt so much about the history of the city and visited the major tourist places of interest. If he offers to do this please take him up on the offer it was so good. Luca also recommended a restaurant which was a traditional Croatian place - the food was plentiful and delicious and such good value. He is such a fantastic host who made our stay so much better. He was also kind enough to sort taxis out for us to the beach. Thank you - we all feel we got to know Zadar and came away feeling we had made a new friend. A fantastic stay and we cannot recommend enough.

Great apartment and host in lovely Zadar!

The apartment is really lovely and has everything that you could need for your stay and with a fantastic view across the marina to the Old Town. It is in an excellent location for the old town and the promenade/beach area. Luka was great from the time of booking and also during our stay - with lots of tips and recommendations for things to do and places to eat. He took us on a great tour of the town one evening in his own time. He also arranged for us to be collected from the airport on arrival and took us back there himself on the day we left. We loved Zadar, and we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay or a better host. Thank you Luka!

Exceptional

We had a great stay here. The apartment is in a brilliant location right I’m front of the marina and a sit walk from the town centre of zadar. The apartment is amazing, really clean, big and with everything you need. Luka is a brilliant host, he picked my brother up from the airport and was able to coordinate with his flight being late. Gave a great list of recommendations for Zadar. 10/10 Thank you!

Excellent stay!

Luka was an excellent, communicative and super helpful host. The apartment was very clean, a great size and had everything we needed and more, including some toys for our toddler. Beds were comfortable and we enjoyed breakfast on the balcony looking at the lovely view. The location is good, just a 5 minute walk to the pedestrian bridge to old town. The secure car parking provided was just a few minutes walk away. Checkout was easy.

Superb!!

Superb fully equipped and renovated apartment with a stunning view. Excellent communication with Luca the host. Secure covered parking in multi-storey a few minutes away. Highly recommend and thanks for everything in your beatiful apartment - we couldn't have asked for more.

Amazing property with super friendly host. Perfect location, house is equipped with everything you might need. We had a free tour in old town and learned about its history, thanks again! Recommended!!!

Exceptional

The property is just few steps away from the Citadell. Also, the owner recomended us a very good restaurant. The appartment is big and clean and have all the facilities we need: 1 1/2 bathrooms, fully equiped kitchen, 2 balconies, laundry machine, etc. Also, they offer free parking place. we really feeled like home! Thank you again for being such a good host!

Great Host and home.

Every thing is great, let's start;-) Location, balcony view to the harbor,the home is full equiped with everything me and my family members are picky and my kids cry to leave this house, ..imagine toothpicks,Olive oil,full cooking accessories ,ACs,chess game, puzzle,the smell of the apartment is charming,host is helpful and you could ask him for his recommendation and where to go,again think what ever in your home and you will find it last but not least near to all great attraction in the city Center.

Perfect stay, perfect host, beautiful city

Perfect host in a country full of people taking care of guests. The apartment is spacious, full of amenities with a view from terrace worth every penny (euro, dollar, renminbi - whatever you’re paying with). Location is perfect - almost in the old town, but a little on the side so it doesn’t get loud in the evenings. Would recommend and will get back.

This place is absolutely beautiful. I really felt like I was home. The hosts have thought of everything. There was even

Sitting out on the balcony overlooking a marina was one of the highlights for me. My 9 year old daughter said the best thing about the apartment for her was the feeling of the air conditioning when we walked in after being out in the heat

I can honestly say there was nothing I didn’t like.
