整體來說很滿意，交通很也方便，附近就有景點可以逛跟買伴手禮，適合家庭或朋友。

1. 這次入住四人房空間很大，還有規劃一個客廳區，用餐很方便。 2. 浴室是乾濕分離很舒適，有浴缸可以泡澡，櫃台可以索取泡澡粉，服務人員還很熱情分享有不同種類。 3. 距離青森車站大概8-10分鐘，附近很多居酒屋，樓下就是LAWSON，不怕買不到宵夜。

1. 床型是四張單人床合併，不是兩張雙人床，但不影響睡覺。 2. 廁所設置在入口處，半夜上廁所比較不方便。

駅近、アーケード街にある。ビジネスホテルとして、充分な清潔な設備。お風呂が通常ホテルより大きく快適な空間。朝食レストランも良し！夕食は近くに飲食店あり

不錯的住宿體驗，但早餐品項不多易吃膩，住一晚即可

1.離青森車站路程約7~8分鐘 2.飯店對面有小型百貨公司 3.房間大、有按摩椅，且窗外可以看到海 4.衛浴乾淨 5.早餐在1樓餐廳用餐，還不錯 6.1樓有連接便利商店

浴缸高度有點太矮，旁邊淋浴容易把泡沫噴到水中

清潔でホテルも新しく気持ち良い

青森市内での夕食も好きな何処に行きやすく　立地　新設ホテルとバコスパ的にも良かったです。青森市内で宿泊するのであれば次回も利用しようと思います。ちなみに翌日は酸ヶ湯温泉へ市内から60分と日帰りでも近く温泉地に泊まらなくても　こちらのホテルに連泊させて頂き温泉地巡りも出来るので　また行かせて頂きたいと思います。

Good location and room

Location of the hotel was convenient, being close to the hotel and a few attractions like A-Factory and some fish markets. Had many options for food as it was also on the main shopping street Bathroom felt spacious and premium with the corridor wide enough for us place luggage with sufficient walking space

There wasn't too much entertainment on the TV (no YouTube, Netflix, etc ) unless you use their movie/entertainment servuce

너무 잘 지내고 갔어요. 아오모리 가신다면 무조건 이 호텔로..

위치도 좋았고 가격대비 방도 매우 넓었습니다. 욕조도 넓고 깨끗해서 잘 이용했고 최근 일본에서 이용했던 호텔 중에서는 가장 좋았던 호텔이었습니다. 직원분들도 단정하고 친절하셨고 바로 아래 편의점이 있는 것도 좋았습니다. 또 역에서 호텔까지 오는 사이에 식당이나 와인 및 위스키 마실 수 있는 곳도 많아서 좋았어요

특별히 없었습니다. 다만 코인세탁기 쪽에 동전교환기? 같은게 있었으면 더 좋았을 거 같다는 생각을 했습니다.

下次來青森還會想住這裡。

離車站走路10分鐘以內，而且大部分路程都有遮頂，不用擔心淋雨（雪🤣 飯店大廳在二樓，舒服新穎，有放置基本用品供房客自取，櫃檯員工態度親切。一樓緊鄰超商，很方便。

Short walk to everything.

Location of the hotel was close to the train station, staff at the hotel were great and there was a convenience store attached to the hotel.

We had an issue with the Laundry driers. Hopefully fixed by now.

A very comfortable stay!

The toilet. Separate toilet, separate bath tub and separate shower area. Biggest bathroom I’ve ever come across for single bedroom!

Best hotel ever

Omg we loved everything about this hotel. It's close to the station. The staff was incredibly friendly. Our room was GORGEOUS. Beds were extremely comfortable. There was a little couch in addition to our beds. There was a desk and the office chair was so comfy! And supportive. The bathroom was separated from the toilet, and god, it was so pretty. There was one of those rain shower heads, and a bathtub in addition to the regular shower. Our room looked out over the shopping street below. Every part about our stay was magical and we regret not staying longer.

We reserved to eat with the hotel restaurant, but found the food not really tasty and also rather expensive. But it was our fault for not checking the menu better/not noping out when we realised it wasn't our kind of dining.

Das Hotel in Aomori

Das Hotel liegt in einer guten Lage unweit vom Bahnhof entfernt wenn man Abend herausgehen möchte findet man auf der anderen seite die Einkaufspassage mit Diversen Restaurants und Shopping Möglichkeiten wenn man etwa 5 min in entgegengesetzter Richtung lauft kommt man and das Ufer wo man den Sonnenuntergang bewundern kann. Das Englischsprachige Personal ist sehr höflich und kompetent und berät jemanden auch wenn man von der Großen Auswahl der Restaurants überfordert ist. Das Zimmer ist modern ausgestattet mit einer super Duschkabine aus einer Dusche und einer großen Badewanne wo man sich auch mal mit 1.90m hineinlegen kann.(eine Besonderheit in Japan) Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis gut und aufgrund der Raumausstattung und der Lage gerechtfertigt.

Great business hotel in a prime location for central Aomori.

Great location, just a few blocks from Aomori station and down one of the main city avenues so you won't get lost - Also a convenience store right next to the ground floor entrance (with a secondary shared entrance too). It's also in pretty good walking distance to a number of tourist attractions such as the Nebuta Museum, the Hakkoda-maru, A-Factory, and there's also a bunch of bus stops to take you to more far-flung places such as the San'nai-Maruyama historic site. The room is very nice - size is about as expected for a Japanese business hotel (cozy), but the bathroom and shower is pretty spacious and very comfortable, with lots of amenities. The bath especially was bigger than I was expecting, and was very comfortable for a nice soak. Everything was spotless. Staff were great - check in and out (and payment if you choose to pay at property) is done mainly through some touchscreen terminals, which have a variety of language options, and the staff provided printed-out guides in English (presumably other languages available too) as well. Friendly and accommodating.

The mini-fridge was turned off when I arrived (likely to save energy, as there was a small reminder sticker to turn it on for guests) but it seemed to take a substantial time before it felt anything resembling cool. By the next morning it was fine, but something to keep in mind if you had brought something to the hotel upon check-in expecting it to be refrigerated. Also, the lobby was incredibly warm as I was checking in, I understand it was -5 outside but it seemed overly hot even for the staff in their suits/uniforms. Only a minor -1 to the review for this as it was mostly just an inconvenience.

If you are looking for a cost performance and clean stay.

The lawson is very close to the hotel and have quick entrance.

Not so close to the trains station. But close to some certain bus stop.

アクセス抜群・快適です！

バリアフリーで広々していて快適でした。ロビーでコーヒー、紅茶、色々な入浴剤等も選べたりしましたので、温泉気分も味わえました。リクエストに応えてくださり眺めの良いお部屋に泊まれて満足でした。八甲田山の山並みがとても綺麗でした。ただ、目の前の百貨店の屋上にある排気口？！の錆が視野に入って気になりますが、ホテルのせいではないのでそこはスルーで。一階にLAWSONがあり、前の通りにもずっと屋根がついているので、雨雪の際も移動が便利です。青森駅、のっけ丼の市場、ワ・ラッセなどの施設も徒歩圏内です。

部屋に加湿器兼空気清浄機がありましたが、水を入れようとしたらフィルター(水が浸かる部分の)が非常に汚れていて使用するのを止めました。クエン酸等でこまめに清掃をお願いしたいところです。

Very happy with our stay!

Hotel was beautiful and in a great location, easy to access from the train station. Front desk was very friendly and helpful and some employees speak English. However, even those who didn't speak much English (with the help of cell phones) were very helpful! Room was great and very comfortable.

Nice place. Convenience store on first floor was … well… convenient.

It was pleasant and I’ll probably stay here again. The A/C blew cool air - I was very happy about that. Too often Japanese hotels disable the cool air in the winter.

I don’t understand why I had to check-in at the counter to get the room keycard, then check in AGAIN using the kiosk machine to get my room number and parking receipt. (I also thought the parking would be included in my reservation fees.) Aside from the double check-in silliness, I was happy with the hotel.
