Situated in Swansboro, this charming cottage for £85 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Cute tiny cottage perfect for one or two people. New queen bed purchased May 2023, tiny fridge, keurig, full 3 piece bath. Nice deck with chairs for relaxing after a day at the beach. We are located only 3 miles from the lovely downtown Swansboro area and only 8.4 miles to the beautiful beaches of Emerald Isle. Located in a rural area on 8 acres of land with only two other tiny homes on the property. Very quiet and peaceful. Perfect getaway. Hammocks beach state park is only a few miles away also. You can take the ferry across and enjoy the beach. Lots of great restaurants and cute/quaint shops around too. Huge outdoor pavilion with Edison and twinkle lights hung throughout just for the lil sweet guest. . Fire pit, rocking chairs, hammock and so much more. Charcoal grill, flat top grill and gas grill for your preference.

It was a special visit and I would like to return. There are two other units on property as well that we would like to try. Would appreciate it if the gas tanks for the grills and fireplaces could be filled.

We enjoyed our stay. The cottage was clean and attractive. The “tin roof” is huge and a great place to eat or hang out in the evening. We can recommend this place.

Really enjoyed our stay here! It was relaxing, quiet, clean, and close to a lot including the beach. The tin roof was great especially at night with the lights on! Overall this was the perfect place for a getaway! Definitely recommend!

We fell in love with Lil` Sweet and the Tin Roof. The cottage was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. We especially enjoyed the outdoor area. There were several seating areas in the Tin Roof which were great for curling up with a book. The trees, shrubbery and flower areas were well maintained creating a serene setting. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Loved the Lil’ Sweet! Decor was beautiful. Very clean. Well stocked. We enjoyed the Tin Roof which was beautiful with all the lights. It also has a heater, fire table, and citronella candles. We would definitely stay again!

This was the perfect weekend getaway! The hosts are responsive and easy to work with. The "Little Sweet" was just enough space for a weekend fishing trip and we really enjoyed grilling out and eating dinners at the outside covered bar in the Tin Roof. Everything was clean, amazingly decorated, and quiet. Close to everything but we felt like we were out away from it all. We've already recommended to friends and family.

Lil sweet was the perfect little room for my vacation. We enjoyed the outdoor pavilion, even on the cold nights. It was the perfect location for us, being between shopping and the base. Thank you Corky and Audra for marking the space available!

My husband and I chose the Lil Sweet for a get away before the school year started. It was the perfect location! Quiet and semi-private, the cottage was clean and refreshing, and the town of Swansboro had some neat shops to checkout. Would definitely recommend!

The tiny house was so cute, and the pavilion put it over the top. It rained nearly constantly but we had so much fun listening to the rain and thunder under the tin roof, it didn't matter. Proximity to Swansboro and Emerald Isle was convenient. And Uber or Lyft would have made it even better.

This was our first time using vrbo. Corky was was wonderful host. Anything we needed was in our room. The place is located off the beaten path but close enough to get to town and the beach. It was nice not being in the middle of the busyness of Emerald Isle but so close it didn’t take long to get to the beach and back.

I was looking for an alternative to a hotel room and this was ideal! Nice, quiet, secluded area. Tastefully decorated, perfectly clean and neat. Seamless arrival (despite being two hours later than anticipated).

We had a nice, quiet two days at the tiny cottage doing a whole lotta nothing which is what we needed and wanted! We really appreciated how neat and clean the cottage was, as that is a big deal to us. Perfect for a single person or a couple to come out and relax!

The property was much more rural than we realized. The two homes nearest were not very well maintained. In all fairness that may have been due in part to the recent storms and flooding.

I highly recommend this little place, it is very nice and clean. Decorated beautifully and the bed is so comfortable. Corky is so wonderful, very accommodating. If I ever come to this area again I would book this place in a heart beat. I love it!

I am a Fema inspector and needed somewhere to stay quickly after Florence to start inspections of damage. Corky , the owner was very accommodating and the cottage was nice , clean and in a safe area. I would recommend this charming little spot.
