Located in Miami Beach, this charming condo for £327 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Our condo was updated and tastefully furnished. You can enjoy the view of the Atlantic Ocean and sunrise from our balcony. Bedrooms have Large windows with ocean view, 1 king-size and 2 queen-size beds, flat screen HD T.V.s with DVDs. Private bathrooms with beautiful porcelain tile, Jacuzzi tub, large rain shower fixtures and double sinks. The Alexander All Suite Oceanfront Resort is conveniently situated in the heart of Miami Beach, minutes away from world class dining and entertainment. The property is just South of Bal-Harbour and minutes north of South Beach, Lincoln Road, and the Miami Beach Convention Center. The Alexander is located a few miles from Wynwood, Mid-town, the Art Districts, Downtown Miami and Brickell. This spacious apartment, Suite 505 features a comfortable living and dining room area and includes the following amenities: Two bedroom suite – sleeps 6 (1 King and 2 queen size beds) A private balcony Living room Dining Room Two bathrooms Flat screen TV with premium channels, DVD player Complimentary Wi-fi access Kitchen-Fully equipped all stainless steel appliances. First bedroom - Large window with ocean views, and one king size bed, flat screen TV with DVD. A beautiful private bathroom with porcelain tile and around Second bedroom - Large window with ocean views, and two queen size beds and flat screen TV with DVD. A beautiful private bathroom with porcelain tile all around and double sinks. Living room-Large window with access to the balcony and ocean view. A leather sofa-sectional with ample seating space. Large flat screen HD TV with DVD. Dining room-seating for 6. Lower level swimming pool with two Jacuzzis, Tiki Bar, Towel service, and direct access to the beach is open the second upper deck swimming pool is for adults only. The property also features a food and bar service provided by the Top of The Falls poolside bar and grill and a full service restaurant on the upper deck. Guests also have access to on-site beauty salon, fitness center, poolside lounge chairs and towels. Parking: Valet Parking Only for an additional fee. Subject to change – No self parking is available 10 MINUTES DROP OFF - DELIVERY OR PICK UP COMPLIMENTARY There is a City of Miami Beach public parking lot to the North of our building. You can pay via an app during the hours of 8:00am and 6:00pm. Parking in that lot is free after 6:00pm until 8:00am. Terms and fees may change without notice. Check in time is at 4 PM and check out time is at 11 AM. We ask that you observe this strictly as it gives us only a few hours to get the suite ready for our next guest. Please contact owner for early check-in or late check-out requests (upon availability) for an additional fee. There is a $199.00 exit cleaning fee paid directly to the hotel at check in.

We just returned from a long girls weekend in Miami and we stayed in this unit on the north end of Miami Beach. The unit was as described. It was very clean and comfortable. Here is a pro/con breakdown.....
Pros
very clean, good pools and bar service with food/drinks next to the pool was awesome, bar service also available on the beach which was even more awesome, location was just what we wanted, a little quieter than South Beach, more family friendly, perfect beach area, pool/beach towel service was nice, staff at The Alexander were very nice,
Cons
While we liked the location for the quietness - we were not close any restaurants - nothing in walking distance,
they did not patrol the "adults" only pool, there were always kids in it, we were on an adult weekend and would have preferred the kids be in the kid friendly area, they do have one restaurant onsite - but not only was it very expensive - it had very "different" food - which is fine, but not the kind of food your regular mid western gal eats, and my last con was the amount of "starter" supplies that were in the condo. When we arrived there was not ONE roll of toilet paper in the condo - not one. After a long day of travel you need to use the restroom. So I would suggest stopping and buying your items on the way to the condo and not later.
But overall, it was a nice weekend and we enjoyed our stay.

Our stay at the Alexander was outstanding. the apartment was exactly what we were looking for, clean and many amenities. The washer and dryer was a PLUS!! The pool area was excellent (2 pools-adult and family pools). The staff at the Alexander were very helpful and always making sure you had all you needed. Easy beach access too. The host was excellent as well. Nothing is ever perfect so when we needed assistance she answered the call immediately and helped us out. I highly recommend staying HERE!

This was the best trip I have had, and I am over 50 years old. My first trip to Miami and I was able to stay on a property that was so beautiful, spacious, really exactly as advertise. The owner was wonderful one of a kind and quick at responding. All the furniture and appliances were top of the line. I absolutely loved my stay and which I could have stayed longer. I will definitely rebook when I am back in Miami. If you are trying to decide, book you will not be disappointed.

The property was spacious and clean! We loved the location. North Beach is a bit quieter. The pools were lovely and we enjoyed direct access to the beach. The only snafu we had was we were not informed that there was an extra nightly fee for parking and a daily fee to use the beach. Other than that our stay was pretty perfect!

The Owners were extremely responsive. This was my first time using VRBO so I had lots of questions. I texted the owner many times with questions and she responded very promptly and was very helpful. We requested more blankets and the owner drove an hour just to drop off a couple of blankets. Excellent customer service. The location of the property is right on the beach!!! The property is exactly as it looks in photos. Very nice!!!

Great long weekend stay. Condo was very clean and exactly like the pictures. The balcony was excellent to sit and relax on. There were originally 6 of us going but ended up only being 4 women which was the perfect number. 6 adults is doable but there weren’t enough towels or toilet paper. The overall hotel property is nice, elevator stopped working on Sat afternoon but was fixed within a couple hours. The pool and beach were fabulous, plenty of chairs.

Nice property in a great location. Generally clean, but Regrouting the shower in the larger bathroom is a must and a nonstick pan would be nice too.
The recommendation for Publix instacart was great! There is a citibike location right accross the street and once you get the app it is very easy to use and make sure you go for a ride on the Boardwalk.
There is not much to walk to as far as food which makes the location and beach very quiet compared to other parts of Miami Beach. The staff at the Alexander were great and check in and check out was simple.

The unit is clean, convenient and comfortable. The hotel Alexander has nice amenities (when open), the front desk staff could work on friendliness. The units patio furniture is a must as not all units have this, beach chairs (maybe add 2 more) were essential, comfortable beds and good space for 4 adults at a gorgeous beach. Owners are available at all times and very friendly! Good balance between fun and comfort, would return.

Quick access from room to the pristine beach. Quiet area and perfect for families. The condo is exactly as described. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. The valet parking is worth the price. No waiting. Only a couple of issues….. the dishwasher was broken, and the pipes make a high pitched sound when the shower is being used. Also both showers only have the “rainfall” shower head, so it makes it very difficult if you don’t want to get your hair wet. Adding a hand-held would be helpful. With as nice as the condo is, management should make a better effort to stock better quality toilet paper and paper towels.

Place was nice and the beach was awesome but one pool was closed. There are some restaurants you can walk to in nearby hotels but there’s not a lot within walking distance. There is a free trolley but it fills up fast. The nice thing is south beach is only 3 miles away. Could have had more toilet paper, paper towels and coffee filters. But overall it was a good place to stay.

Terrible Building Management
The unit we rented was top notch but the building management and rules were not friendly at all. We were not allowed to bring food and drinks to or thru the pool area on our way to the beach. They wanted you to buy their overpriced consumables from their service. Example: regular size ice cream sandwich $9. They made us take our cooler for the beach around the building as they did not allow it any where near the pool area. Unless you want to buy food and drink strictly from the building I would stay clear renting from here.

I will say that prior to leaving for our vacation I was a little nervous about The Alexander given the reviews on google. The reviews for the VRBO were great but the hotel reviews on google were not. I will say that from the moment we checked in and throughout our stay, I was very impressed. The staff treated us fantastically and we never had any issues. And yes, while the hotel is undergoing some renovations, they did not bother us at all. You do have to have some patience because the elevators are slow but I had family staying at other hotels on the beach who were experiencing the same thing. It's just because the hotels are busy right now. But I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place. Thank you Maydelin for a great stay!

The owner of the condo was great. The hotel is terrible. Elevators don’t work, too much construction, dirty, unit not equipped with necessities, ie bedding , towels, trash bags, etc. The unit itself had dead batteries in the remote, broken chairs, dirty door frames with workers fingerprints, lightbulbs out, broken chair in living room, soap dispensers not filled and much more. I will be contacting the property owner with suggestions before new renters check in. The hotel itself treats VRBO guests like they have the plague. Valley parking was a great service and all vallets were extremely nice. Towel guy for pool was never at his station. Elevators were not working on check out day. Air conditioner was out for a day. I would never recommend the Alexander All Suited on Miami Beach.
