The kitchen and cupboards were crawling with ants. One sofa bed was broken, inoperable and very dirty. The unit needs a makeover.

the bathroom doesn’t have ventilation therefore there is a strong smell of mold. Cleaning specially Francisca is great and very helpful but it is a design concept problem. The mold and waste water smell is there 2 days after deep cleaning. We should have a discount for our 2 week stay

Easy acces to the building and clear instructions on how to arrive to the place. Location is great and the place is modern and clean

1 min from a metro station station and a from a supermarket. We enjoyed the pool as a bonus after a hot day. The apartment is clean and simple with all you need.

I misunderstood one bedroom apartment as an apartment with a separate bedroom. But it’s all but one room! Turned out ok for us in the end…

everything was very good location you have a supermarket next door to buy stuff and the apt has it all if you need to cook or wash your cloth I would stay there again for sure thanks

The location is ok. The apartment was clean and had the normal required things.

The customer service is the worst I’ve ever had to deal with. A pretentious man, with no respect, talking down on me. We did the reservation and payment via the Booking platform. When I emailed the household asking for the instructions on accessing the premisses, a very impolite individual started sending me WhatsApp messages( which I did not give permission to) saying I had to send via email a picture of the id’s. Under the LAPD this is against the privacy protection which I tried to explain. Despite the clear legal check-in rules stated in the apartment’s description in the Booking app, this man, rudely sent replied in several messages that he would not give us access to the apartment, despite confirming and of course getting the payment in advanced. The check-in rules state that the id’s would be shown on check-in, not have to sent via email a picture of them. They don’t care about the law, have no respect for people’s time and rights, just care to take your money. Will definitely not repeat.

Clean and well managed apartments with easy access in a great location in Madrid. Check in experience is a breeze and staff (although not physically there) can answer any requests promptly via whatsapp.

Not much to dislike, although walls can be thin and you could get loud neighbours

Host was very nice and accommodating. Apartment was nice and clean. Shower was a plus also.
