Located in Seville, this lovely house for R 2,761 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Historical house with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a small terrace. It is centrally located on Calle Lepanto, near Plaza de la Encarnación, and just 10 minutes walk from the Cathedral. Suitable for 4+2 guests. There are many traditional architectural features, such as vaulted ceilings, beams, wrought ironwork and ceramic tile floor. The house has been refurbished to maintain its traditional character, while still remaining a comfortable family home. It is arranged over four levels. On the ground floor there is a double bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom. On the first floor is the second double bedroom, also with an en-suite bathroom. One floor up you will find the living area. It is furnished with a sofa-bed, armchair, coffee table and a desk. TV and free WIFI internet connection. Each room of the house is provided with heating and air-conditioning (except the ground floor bedroom which has only heating since the room is already cool by itself). Apart from the 2 full bathrooms, there is an additional toilet on the second floor. Spiral stairs lead up to the third floor, where we find the kitchen, dining area and terrace. The kitchen is equipped with all main utensils and modern appliances, including: washing-machine, stove, microwave-oven and fridge. Sliding doors open out onto the terrace with views over the roof-tops of the neighbourhood. It is equipped with a canopy to give shade and furnished with a small table with 2 chairs. HOUSE WITH 4 FLOORS The Lepanto town house can be a fun place for families with children. Only take into consideration its stairs, and judge yourself if it is convenient for your family by looking at the photos. Obviously, we do not recommend for babies and people with reduced mobility. LATE CHECK-IN Arrivals from 9pm: 20 EUR (to be paid in cash, upon arrival) PUBLIC PARKING We recommend the Saba Plaza Concordia public car park, located 450m from the apartment.

We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed exploring Seville from this central location. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms were nicely updated and the kitchen had everything we needed. The unit is spread across 4 floors, with the kitchen being on the 4th floor. Getting a morning coffee from the kitchen meant you got some exercise first! Thank you and we hope to be back soon.

Seville was quirky a little disorganised but interesting, confortable and fun. So was this apartment. There's plenty to see and do and I can see myself returning.

Funky, lovely apt with a room on each of 4 levels and cute balcony off the kitchen. Great location and easy to walk everywhere. Our only problem was our car was too big for the insanely small parking space but that’s life!

This is such a cute apartment in a great location! Damien checked us in and took time explaining everything to us. He was great!! The street is quiet but very close to a large plaza with many restaurants and lots of activity. Coffee and a market nearby. We are a couple in our 50s and 60s with no kids. We used all 4 floors. You get some exercise with the stairs but it was fine. It was 106 every day so too hot to use the terrace. We never cooked in but loved the kitchen area. The only thing we would have liked is fluffier towels. If we we return to Sevilla (which we loved!) we would stay here again.

This was a highlight for us - a unique apartment with four floors and a lovely deck on the uppermost floor. This place had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and it was fully equipped. A great location to walk to Sevilla highlights and also in a local neighborhood. I would stay here again without question.

Very well kept townhouse with all good amenities inside and in a great location just in Macarena district close to the centre. Great small supermarkets close by that were open when we needed. Street is pedestrian only so no traffic noises. Nice to have the balcony. Would go again.

Comfortable rowhome with central location

My husband and I enjoyed our multiweek stay in this rowhome on four levels. Its decor is quirky and interesting, and it has a delightful small terrace (with awning) off the kitchen. It was smaller than I expected but had room for everything and provided the small things we needed to be comfortable, from an umbrella in the entryway to lamps on every end table. Generally, everything worked, with two exceptions, and the management was responsive when the hot water heater did not function and also replaced the rotor when the internet wasn't functioning. We appreciated their prompt attention. The location is terrific - a 15-minute walk to the major sights, a 20-minute walk to the Triana market, a 25-minute walk to Plaza de Espana. Important to us was that it is in an authentic-feeling, ordinary location that is quiet at night but that is two minutes from Metropol Parasol with its many restaurants, cafes, bars, shops, A Carrefour Express is a 3-minute walk, an Aldi's and a Cortes Ingles grocery ares 5 to 10 minutes away. Because of its many steep staircases, it is not suitable for small children, older people, or people with physical impairment. This property was a great choice for us.

If you are looking to explore the sights and sounds of Sevilla, this is the perfect place. Narrow roads, corner cafes, easy walks to everything. We would stay there again in a second.

Si comme moi, vous aimez les lieux de vie originaux, cet appartement est pour vous! Un petit logement sur 4 niveaux avec un escalier circulaire qui vous amène au dernier étage, une cuisine ouverte sur les toits. Franchement mignon. Mais... si vous êtes de format bouddha, oubliez la douche du second étage, très étroite (autant d’ailleurs, que l’escalier est étroit !). Si vous êtes 2 couples, vous devez être assez proches puisqu’il faut passer par la chambre du second pour parvenir au salon et à la cuisine. Petits pépins techniques lors de notre séjour mais équipe aimable et disponible, surtout Sarah qui a eu la gentillesse de nous aider à trouver un parking dans le centre historique et qui nous a référé le meilleur - encore petit - bar de flamenco pour danser comme des pros et entendre les gens chanter entre deux verres de vin cerise!
