Completely renovated and elegantly furnished, this beautiful one bedroom apartment is located in a central position just a 2 minute walk from M1 Porta Venezia and 10 minutes walk from Duomo, Piazza San Babila and Montenapoleone street. The Porta Venezia district is full of restaurants, bars, cafés and fashion shops. The apartment is designed to meet the needs of those traveling on business, or simply for pleasure, looking for an oasis of peace in the hectic life of Milan without having to give up a central position. Located on the third floor of an "old Milan style" building (with an elevator), the apartment, which overlooks a courtyard and a quiet street, is peaceful and bright. Amazing location, short 3 minute walk to Metro, convenient central location if you just want to walk. The home is quiet and relaxing. Two a/c's cool a small place comfortably in a short time, and with 90° Milan weather, this was very welcome. Perfect little kitchenette to make our own coffee in the morning and a small fridge to fit all of our drinks and food. The owner is extremely responsive and kind. You can stay here with no worries and confidence in full support. Traveling with two grown kids, this was a great size with a separate room for the kids and privacy for the grownups. We would definitely choose it again when traveling to Milan.

The apartment is very comfortable, clean and well thought out, with interesting art and a cool, modern design. It looks just like the pictures. It's pretty much like staying in a modern suite in a boutique hotel. Check-in was very easy. There was juice and a bottle of wine there when I arrived. Internet, laundry and air conditioning all worked, and there is a huge supermarket across the street (go into the underground parking structure and take the lift up to the supermarket.) Overall, it was a great stay. I would stay there again and recommend to others.

Stylish and well designed
The apartment is very comfortable, clean and well thought out, with interesting art and a cool, modern design. It looks just like the pictures. "Met all expectations"
Lovely apartment on a quiet street set back from the Porta Venezia. Convenient to all transportation, main attractions, restaurants and easy walking distances if you prefer. Steps away from supermarkets & bakeries etc. Daniela was a gracious host and very accommodating. Would love to stay here again, everything was as advertised.

What a gem of a place right in the city yet quiet, safe and close to all the sites. The apartment has everything, I mean everything, you could possibly need. The apartment has been carefully and tastefully renovated, and has almost everything you need for a comfortable stay. The one exception, and it's a very minor one, is that it has no microwave oven. We might have used one to reheat some leftovers, but on the other hand, it's Italy, so there are plenty of good choices for fresh food instead. A/C worked very well, which was a blessing, as there was a heat wave while we were there. Daniela was very helpful with questions such as taxis, parking, etc.
One other very minor note: watch out for the small (2-3 inch) step going from the living room to the bedroom! At night, with a little wine, it's easy to miss . . . After the first night, I got in the habit of leaving something of a different color (e.g., socks) in front of the step to call my attention to it. I can recommend that practice . . .

Compact & Comfortable
We were able to book only 1 night the last day of our vacation. We were not able to do much since it was a rainy day so it worked out perfect for us to rest from our 2 weeks vacation in Italy.
The apartment is small but well equipped and everything is brand new.

It was a very nice apartment with easy train access to central Milan.
Daniela was a very nice small one bedroom apartment in a nice neighborhood just out side on central Milan. There were plenty of small bistros and cafes withing easy walking distance of the apartment. I had a car and parked it around the block at a parking garage for 25 euro/day. The apartment is near the light rail station and it only took about 20 minutes to get to central Milan. Daniela met me at the apartment and was very pleasant and helpful. She responded to my emails and phone calls promptly and even arranged to get me back into the apartment when I accidentally locked myself out on a Sunday morning.

A comfortable and convenient apartment.
I found the location to be convenient; very easy to get to major sites like the Duomo and the Pineocateca Berra.
The whole place is beautifully appointed. The kitchen is laid out very nicely and is quite functional. The shower is downright luxurious.
Daniela was fantastic and very helpful. I'll definitely look into returning to this apartment on future trips to Milan.

Modern, clean and perfect location
I stayed for two nights in the apartment in July 2016. Everything was perfect and professional. Daniela is very quick to respond to enqueries and everything was as described, actually even better! The flat is very modern, clean and clutterfree and has great airconditioning. Upon arrival there were some beverages in the fridge :) The flat is very well situated from downtown shops (high street and designer) near the Duomo and also the high street shops on av. Buenos Aires near Venezia underground station. In the apartment there is a folder with some useful information regarding shops, restaurants and sights. Daniela is a very attentive host :) I will defenitely stay here again next time I visit Milano.

We loved our stay in this beautiful apartment!. It was just perfect for our 1st stay in Milan. Daniela welcomed us after a long flight from Australia and provided us with helpful directions and information about Milan. She answered our inquiries immediately. Exceptional apartment close to the center of Milano
Beautiful, exceptionally clean and well-furnished apartment in the Porta Venezia area of Milano. Close to numerous restaurants and cafes, a grocery store, and the public gardens. Easy stroll or quick ride on the Metro to Duomo and Galleria. Daniela was welcoming and attentive to make our stay as comfortable as possible. My wife and I loved our stay and cannot wait to return. Highly recommend!
