Situated in Myrtle Beach, this attractive condo for R 7,110 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Come visit our beautiful beach and see for yourself why we love it!! Our condo at Bluewater resort is an oceanfront unit conveniently located near area shopping, dining, entertainment, and golf. The resort amenities include outdoor pools,heated outdoor pool, hot tubs, indoor pool, indoor hot tub, sauna, lazy river (across the street@the villas) self serve laundry, an on site restaurant and bar, free WiFi. It is the Perfect family vacation spot!! Our condo is located on the 8th floor newly re-model featuring ocean front balcony with an oceanfront master bedroom with two queen bed and a private bathroom. Second bedroom has a queen size bed. Also has a sofa couch in the living room, washer/dryer in the unit, and a second bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and has all the basic cookware an diningware so you can enjoy some home cooked meals. Seating for 6 at the dining table also 4 additional barstools at the breakfast bar. Seating on the balcony as well so you can enjoy the amazing view! An with the ocean just steps away you can enjoy everything that Myrtle Beach has the offer. After a day of sun and relaxation you can venture out and find all that the area has to offer with numerous restaurants, golf courses, an shopping areas you can shop all day at our mall and Tangler outlets, Barefoot Landing is a must see with over 100 stores, live entertainment, and 25 gourmet restaurants. Next door is Alligator Adventure then unwind to live musical theater in the evening at the Carolina Opry, The palace or the Alabama theater. Visit Broadway at the beach which features IMAX theater, Jimmy Buffett Margaritaville, Ripleys aquarium, hard rock café, an numerous restaurants and shops. For those who want a little more action directly across from Broadway at the beach is NASCAR restaurant and speed park or Myrtle waves waterpark, Family kingdom amusement park, parasailing, helicopter rides, skywheel and more!! There’s something for everyone. DESPITE WHAT THE CALENDAR SAYS, WE DO HAVE A 3 NIGHT MINIMUM IN THE OFF SEASON IN THE SUMMER MONTHS (memorial wkend-labor day) OUR WEEKS RUN SAT-SAT WITH A 7 NIGHT MINIMUM. Note :You can checkin to the unit as early as 4:00pm on the day of your arrival and the check out time is 10:00am on the day of your departure. THIS UNIT IS A NON-SMOKING UNIT *including the balcony *could occur fines if caught smoking $250 per incident. Security camera at the front door facing front door only (is turned off when you arrive and turned back on morning of departure) also you must be at least 25 years old to rent PROOF OF AGE REQUIRED! and finally NO PETS! The HOA doesnt allow guest to being their pets, and the owner of this unit is severely allergic!

The stay was wonderful, the owner was very nice and prompt, but the parking situation wasn’t so good. Also, we never did get our security deposit back, and we would appreciate someone contacting us in regards to this. [email protected]

The beach and view are awesome along with the restaurant/bar on property. My family enjoyed the stay. Did not like the fact that you have to supply household items including toilet paper, hand soap, paper toweling! Those items should be included.

The location can’t be beat! Great views and super short walk to the beach. We had four people in our party and seating options were a bit limited though you can see beforehand online. Pictures are accurate. The pools and hot tubs were nice although we never made use of the lazy river across the street. We enjoyed our stay.

I'll start with, there was great communication with the property manager throughout the entire process. This made it super easy and made us feel welcome. The property is great. 5 minute drive to the boardwalk (on Kings highway, not ocean drive), 15 minutes to Broadway at the Beach. Really nice location. Walmart is super close to stock up for the week as well. Beach access is down the elevator and out the back door, maybe a 5 minute walk. The beach was busy, but not crowded. The view from the balcony was our favorite spot to start our day with coffee or unwind from a long day out and about. Inside the unit is comfortable and had plenty of space for our family of 4 to stretch out. It had everything we needed and more. The property pools were nice, we really enjoyed the one across the street as it has a lazy river and deeper pool. The onsite restaurant, Mako's, served good food (bar type food), cold drinks, kid friendly and super attentive. We ate there multiple times because the family loved it and it was right there. We had nice interaction with property security and know they really were watching the property and not just there. All were super friendly. We will stay at this property again and more specifically, this unit.

The condo was just as pictured. Very clean with a perfect ocean view! My kids also enjoyed the 3 pools and walking right down to the beach. If we were to travel to Myrtle Beach again we would definitely rent here again. Eisha was very responsive every time I reached out to her. We were very happy with our stay.

The view and beach are great. Umbrella/chair rental available with lifeguard. Room is very clean with a large balcony and decorated very nicely. Owner responds quickly to inquiries. Restaurant in the complex was very convenient with good service/food.

We enjoyed our stay. The property is right on the beach and is very convenient. It had everything we wanted and Eisha responds immediately to any queries. The property is exactly what you see in the pics and it was very convenient to have the washer dryer in the unit. The only 2 things that could be handled is - the balcony doors dont lock and would appreciate if the cleaning lady does not land there before time on the day of check out -even if it meant only 5-10 mins before. However I still rate them 5 stars for the location, amenities and for Eisha. Thanks and would highly recommend to anyone who wants to stay close to the beach.

We had the best time at this beautiful condo! (Family of 6) Being right on the beach was a huge perk for Mom! Let's not get started on the sunrises! 😍🌅 Awesome location with alot of activities and restaurants within walking distance or a few miles. Elisha was so fast to respond to my questions and so friendly. Definitely going to stay here on our next Myrtle Beach trip! ♡♡♡♡♡♡

Great location, right on the ocean...you're on the beach in 2 minutes, down the elevator, out the door and down the steps. Condo is updated and has everything our family of 5 needed. Communicating with the owner was quick, easy and friendly. If I were to visit Myrtle Beach again, this is where we'd stay!

This unit Feels like home , very cozy , clean , comfortable with stunning ocean view!! I would go back there again for sure , only thing there is no lazy river pool and only one pool is heated the rest are not heated . Location is nice and the building it’s not crowded .

Condo was fantastic, and a great location. Walking distance to plenty of things to do and just a short drive to everything else. Parking was great, just across the street. The accommodations were very clean and welcoming. Would certainly recommend this location.

This place was great, we had 4 adults and 3 kids. Very clean, great great view with a large balcony. Located in a great spot, close to the airport, restaurants and boardwalk. Owner was very accommodating and responded to emails fast. The only thing we were surprised by were the 2nd bedroom w/ 1 Queen bed was a bit smaller than we expected but still good for the price!

I give this unit 5 stars! Great place to stay with a GREAT location! My family and I stayed for 3 nights everything was in walking distance restaurants,convenience stores, miniature golf, beach stores and even Walmart! The condo was nice and clean. We enjoyed the beachfront views. The owner is so very responsive to any needs. We can’t wait for our next vacation here :-)

The condo was very clean and spacious. The view from the balcony was perfect. The indoor/outdoor pools where clean and heated just perfectly. I would do this trip again.
