Heerlijke week met zon, zee en strand !

Locatie was prima. Het strand fantastisch, met strandwacht! Bewaking op de accomodatie prima ! Appartement fijne plek, begane grond, zon s'avonds in het tuintje. Mooi uitzicht boven over het strand en de zee! Mooi zwembad! Fijne douches bij het strand.

De ontvangst . Moesten een uur wachten voordat er iemand kwam om ons toe te laten. Vreemd dat de betreffende persoon amper Engels spreekt, terwijl de meeste mensen Amerikanen zijn die er komen. Restaurants en winkels zijn helaas te ver weg van de accomodatie.

Lo único medio rescatable es la ubicación, ya que está en zona hotelera, pero casi al inicio de esta por lo que está muy lejos de plazas comerciales, antros y el centro La zona de playa y alberca también excelentes

No sé si fue sólo mi depa o si todos estén en el mismo PÉSIMO estado. Instalaciones viejas, la disque vista al mar no se apreciaba ya que las ventanas estaban súper sucias, las sábanas de las camas estaban rotas y al levantarlas el colchón estaba lo que sigue de sucio (hasta nejo se veía), fue muy incómodo y desagradable tener que dormir ahí. No había ni una sola amenidad en el depa, ni siquiera una botellita de agua. Todos los herrajes están oxidados, el baño tiene hongos, encontré cabellos en la regadera, atrás del refri había cosas tiradas supongo que de algunos otros huéspedes pero eso me indicó la nula limpieza que le dan al depa entre renta y renta. El papel del sanitario PAPEL CANELA! Pésima limpieza del depa, pésimas instalaciones, le falta mucho mantenimiento, todo se ve viejo y deteriorado, incluso encontramos cucarachas en la cocina, tanto de las chiquitas de comida como de las grandes de drenaje, y para colmo, la anfitriona se portó un poco grosera al resguardar el equipaje, en fin, pésima experiencia para lo que pagas, incluso vi que puedes encontrar mejores opciones por el mismo precio. NO LO RECOMIENDO.

Comodidad y tranquilidad

Nos gustó el equipamiento del departamento. Tiene todo es llegar y utilizar. Los espacios amplios, la pieza principal excelente espacio. El Ambiente muy cómodo, no hay ruido, las personas todas muy amables y dispuestas a ayudar en caso de dudas.

Appartement dans résidence sécurisée avec vue sur mer

Grand appartement, vue sur mer. Accès plage et piscine.très facile. La personne qui nous a accueillis était très agréable

Appartement mal entretenu : lavabo tellement usé et vieux qu'il paraît sale, joints de douche à refaire. Très bruyant car la chambre donne sur le boulevard. Heureusement que nous ne restions qu'une nuit

FILTHY APARTMENT

TL;DR: Filthy and haunted apartment. Don't consider taking this if you're expecting to have a pleasant vacation, and particularly with family and kids! Nothing was good/right except the location! They are the most overrated apartment and provider in Cancun Hotel Zone.

This apartment is completely unclean and not safe, not worth for the money. My observations: Their main door frame and supporting walls are broken inside, so anyone can easily get into the apartment just by the little push. But as per the property management, it's not a safety constraint! Yes, they seriously said so. Kitchen light and gas stove were flickering. At least the light can be changed (still don't understand how did they miss it if they cleaned/inspected before leaving the key for me inside the apartment for checkin), but the gas stove flickering issue is highly dangerous as we were able to smell the gas leak! Kitchen appliances are age old and rusty. None of these are hazardous to the property management, as per their standards! Washbasin is also age old and not properly maintained, you could see a deep stain in it and not even public washrooms will be in this worst condition! Bathroom is even worst, as it was not properly maintained either. Stain, cockroach, rusty shower, and nasty glass door that could break even if you accidentally hit while taking the bath. And, be prepared to sense some filthy smell while entering the bathroom!!! Apart from all these, the host is super genuine to reject all the complaints and try to convince us saying that none of these are hazardous as per the standards they maintain themselves, and you can expect to get back $0 from them even if you try through Booking.com. Forget about your money and consider it as donated! Lol... that's what I did at last! P.S: I am unable to attach the video I took at this filthy apartment, so trying to freeze frame and attach the screenshots for reference. Make best use of these and stay away from them to avoid having the worst experience and ruining your vacation... Cancun is an awesome place to explore, don't waste your time and money with these people as we lost it and started our days there with bad experience!!!

The pool area was very nice and the beach was absolutely gorgeous

Although we really liked the apartment and it had everything we needed, it is pretty run down and could use a fixer upper (the terrace door wasn’t functioning properly)

Esperaba más del lugar

Me gustó la ubicación, la pileta y la salida a la playa. Paolo respuso los faltantes de forma amable pero no debieron haber faltado cosas básicas.

Los departamentos están venidos abajo. No tienen nada de mantenimiento. Son muy amplios y luminosos pero en mal estado. Los colchones y almohadas viejos. Las sábanas y toallas también. Muchos faltantes en la cocina. No había secador de pelo. Ni pilas en el control remoto de la tele. Una làstima!!! Porque el complejo estaría genial si invirtieran dinero y lo pusieran en buenas condiciones.

La localidad y la relación del precio con la habitación

La encargada no nos contacto en 5 meses y mando las indicaciones de alojamiento un día antes de la reservación. La comunicación fue casi nula y nos ofreció que para futuras ocasiones se realizara la contratación del servicio por fuera de la plataforma, para evitar los cargos de Booking. Al hacer el check out, mi familia y yo estábamos afuera del departamento y ni siquiera tuvo la educación de saludar. Todo muy bien pero la atención de esta persona fue nefasta.

Colchones y tendidos sucios y rotos. fué una mala experiencia dormir en colchones que parecian recogidos de la calle. Terriblemente sucios, las cobijas igual, cuando llegamos el apartamento tenia olor a trapero humedo y sucio.

Good location but very old appartment.

The location is perfect

The apartment is very old and needed some maintenance. The handle of the main door was broken so sometimes that you wanted to open it you ended up with the handle in your hand. The shower was terrible. Kitchen pots were dirty and not ready to use.

It was a perfect weekend getaway with the kids

The host was really friendly and the whole process was very easy and relaxed. The views from the living room were superb. The elevator was working after all, so that was a nice surprise

The shower leaked water everywhere in the bathroom even when closed.

Great location and beach, the ground floor apartment experience could be better

Fantastic location, beautiful beach with great waves for body surfing. We were permitted to enter the apt before the check in time. Bus directly out the front.

Well, i killed a couple of cockroaches in the first 20min i was there. In such a warm climate it's probably a bit difficult to control this but when informed of this the administrator response of " well, they live here too" was a bit strange. Maybe get an apt that isnt on the ground floor. Also, no bar of soap in the shower, had to use the liquid soap for washing hands. And a bath mat to step on when getting out of the shower wouldn't go astray......

Lovely pool, but there were MANY BUGS inside the apartment

We loved the pool area and that the beach was right down the steps! The outside- awesome!

There were unfortunately a lot of issues. First off, the owner didn't come to meet us for quite a while so we stood out in the boiling hot sun outside of security. Once he did come, our room wasn't ready for at least an hour so again we sat outside with our bags. He knew what time we were coming... The biggest issue was there were many bugs in the apartment. Bugs in the kitchen, in the bathroom, and on the walls. During our stay i'm sure we killed at least 20 (all different kinds too- cockroaches, tiny bugs, ants, bigger types etc). When I texted the owner about it he didn't respond. Texted again and again no response. Really didn't feel comfortable even taking a shower without the fear of bugs.

Nice private beach and good location

Very large room, private beach and swimming pool. The location is at the end of the zona hoteliera and quite close to the airport

Cleaning was not the best. Apartment also quite old. Being in the hoteliera zone the taxi are asking crazy prices to go to the airport or downtown.

Functional apartment with lovely pool and beach

Large apartment with everything you need. Lovely pool and right on the beach. Good communication from the owners throughout.

The bed was a bit old and creaky. The curtains didn’t fit well so they let in a lot of light. The apartment could do with a bit of updating in general.

Nice place at the beach

Right on the beach. Communication with the host worked good via WhatsApp. If you want to stay on the beach with out spending big $ on a resort, this is the place for you.

stay away from this disaster apartment!

absolute nothing!

that apartment was a pure disaster! It was horrible - the walls dirty, dust on the ceiling and on the walls, mold in the bathroom & an used soap with hair on it left in the shower! Kitchen was dirty - there were ants everywhere - we left our food on the kitchen desk and found it next morning full of ants! The windows were so dirty that our "sea view" was useless. Incredible smell in the bedroom - the bedsheets smelling like old rag, with holes in it, stains on the couch and pillow. the cherry on top was a huge cockroach in the bedroom which just confirmed our decision to leave the place asap! we booked another hotel immediately, but had to stay one night in this apartment. I contacted the owner and explained what happened and that we are not satisfied with the conditions and it is not acceptable to stay there - no reply at all.... I would not recommend to stay here - there we no restaurants in the near area, no shops, nothing to do.. beach was OK but nothing spectacular. We were were disappointed and lost over 200euro for the 2 unused nights - even we asked for refund, no reply&reaction to my message.

I would not recommend this apartment based on cockroaches, ripped sheets, threadbare towels and poor communication with

the sea and the pool were nice however the corner store/ cafe was not welcoming

we asked if we could meet the host at 1pm for check in and were told that was fine however upon arrival we had to wait for over an hour and a half while they cleaned the room. The bed sheets didn’t stay on mattress and had holes in them. The towels were very thin and there was mold in the bathroom. Prior to arriving we messaged host about cockroaches based on previous reviews and he said it wasn’t for our apartment. However there was a massive one in the bathroom within a couple hours of our arrival. None of the windows were cleaned so you could barely see out and the sofa bed had a bar down the middle so we couldn’t even use it. This place is not worth it even though it is inexpensive.

Easy walking to beach!

The manager will meet you at entrance based on Whatsapp communication. The pool and beach are very close. The apartment has a kitchen. Security is good.

Room needs some updating, but it is comfortable.
