Maravillosa

El plus de este hotel es la ubicación, la playa, las piscinas y su gente. Tiene 4 restaurantes Claraboya normal Mexicano normal Tratoria normal Mirador extraordinario Para mi el mejor para desayunar y cenar fue el restaurante Mirador. Todo súper rico. Creo q le dan mucha importancia a la cena y las reservas en los otros restaurantes y El Mirador es el mejor. Los mesoneros son extremadamente atentos, te hacen sentir más que atendidos muy consentidos. Agradecida con Omar, las Dianas, Edgar del Bar. Muchos más que nos hicieron grata la estancia. Al llegar a la habitación nos tenían dos botellas de champagne. Maravilloso

No le gusto la habitación, pagamos estancia doble premium con vista al mar y la habitación deja mucho q desear, es la habitación de un hotel de 3 estrellas, el baño normal, con la cerradura de la puerta dañada. La cama si es cómoda pero la decoración es un poco decepcionante. Otra recomendación es que el presentador del Teatro es muy ordinario. La verdad escuche muchos comentarios del público que era decepcionante. Su inglés muy malo. Su aspecto muy desagradable. Como recomendación revisaría este punto. Le quita atención al show y valor al momento.

Budget all included doesn't live up to the hype.

The staff were mostly friendly

The air-conditioning was not working in the room they gave me. I slept horribly the first night. When I went to complain the next morning, it took 2 hours to diagnose the problem and ultimately move me to a different room. As I was talking to the front desk person, I could see that they had a list with three other people who all had the same complaint. As such, I'm not sure why it took two hours to address the issue. Nor why they continue to rent out rooms they know have ac issues. I guess it's all about that money. They did upgrade my armband as compensation. The drinks are of poor quality.

Good

They had a great vibe especially by the pool area! The beach was right in front there. The staff were the best part so friendly and full of energy. They were very helpful with any questions we had.

The room was missing a second lock, ac was not working and the card swipe worked when it wanted to. But the maintenance guy was amazing! Came to fix everything the second we told the front desk and everything was good until the last day.

Beautiful views, beach, and bartenders were great!

The food wasn’t very good. We expected a much higher quality of food. This made our stay a little more expensive because we were forced to eat at other nearby restaurants.

I did not like anything at all about the property service is terrible and food is horrible

Everything is horrible to start off the food is horrible , there is no food none of their restaurants are good , omelette are Teribble , we couldn’t even eat there we would have to go outside. There was no meat or any type of food. I can’t even explain of how bad this hotel is. The same food you eat for lunch is the same food you get served at night and something the buffet is empty and there is nobody there to refill. Sometimes you wouldn’t even be able to eat in the snack bar because their is no food and you would have to wait almost an hour. Everything is horrible and super dirty.

Waiting till 4pm for a room when I booked I asked for early check-in 12-1 we were told 2 times it should just be a few more mins, food, and the reservation system to eat at restaurants

Our stay was 50/50!

clean room was nice. and staff were very helpful an accommodating.

Having to do the Buy in meeting. They didn’t want to take no for an answer. Tried to push their agenda and not enough night life at this resort.

Very good

The breakfast is abundant! Many different options. The pool and the restaurants were great, the hotel has beach front and it was dreamy.

The rooms need some renovation and the cleaning could be better. The furniture looks old and the chest drawer had a funny smell. The towels didn’t look great and you could see some fingerprints (probably with sunscreen) on the doors and walls.

Very good

The hotel is located at the Hotel Zone in cancun. You can reach the hotel with a taxi (a reservation ahead would save some money for you) or with two buses (Ado Bus to downtown and then R1 or R2 to Joya Hospital). If you decide to take the bus route you should some money at the airport. The room was very very very big and the beds were sooooooo comfortable. The employees were really nice and friendly and tried to communicate with us in English. There is a free trip to a tequila Tasting, some Mexican products and the cancun sign at the beach.

The check-In lasted like a half hour but we didn't get informations about the hotel. You just get the information if you ask about it and sometimes it is quite late. The lack of variaty in the buffet. The dishes didn't change through the day but also during the week. There are two restaurants (Mexican/Seafood) which has to be reserved at the same day. The quality of the food at the Mexican restaurant was fabulous. You're lucky if you get the information at your first day and there are still free seats at the restaurant available.

Check-in gentleman was friendly and helpful. Welcome drink (pineapple juice) was tasty and well needed while wait for check-in. Location and beach are great. Thanks.

Hotel in front of the beach where the ocean is blue and transparent. 3 swimming pools with bar that serves drink

Food is not good. Too much queues in the breakfast to get scrambled eggs and omelette. impossible to get place in the reservation restaurant

Overall Great experience.

Good location(Front beach, Mall on the the Back); food was good, the kids love the variety at the 4 restaurants. Staff was very courteous.

The construction is getting little bit older,Same as the exercise room and the machines.

The staff was amazing! The cockroaches in my room! We’re not cool.

The Staff was fantastic! I loved the staff there.

The rooms need maintenance! The refrigerator in the room were horrible! You turn off the ice machines at 11 pm. Why? Can you have the garbage picked up where the taxis park? Please! That was discussing.! Yeah, I know you don’t own that property! But is 100% a reflection on you!

Close to paradise

Amazing pools and bars. The food and restaurants were awesome. we really enjoyed all the activities and shows that they put on. the reception was very polite and helpful. great facilities such the gym. we had a great stay, even when the weather was terrible.

The toilet could use some ventilation. The sea was very loud so if you are a light sleeper bring some ear plugs. Do not take the free city tour as it is just a tour to get you to buy things. we didn’t speak Spanish so I felt like the communication was very low. it was inconvenient that we had to wake up every morning at 7.30am to book for lunch or dinner at the resort.

Overall it was good.

The hotel was amazing had lovely beach and pool also tours from the lobby.

it all inclusive and you had to pay for Mexican and Italian restaurants.
