Loved being on the oceanfront. We spent the majority of our time on the balcony. The kitchen area is very small and the table and chairs too large for tiny area allowed for them. For 2 people it was ok but for a larger group it would be a problem. We did not need to use the second bedroom except for storage, but it looked roomy with 2 queen beds. It was very nice to have two bathrooms.

Everything was great except wifi . We called and was told to call someone else . And called them and still no resolution . We had a guest with us needing to do school work and was very frustrated with wifi and lack of it .

The condo was nice. There were a few quirks. The GFCI for the jacuzzi tub had to be reset. The hot water was insanely hot and it was hard to get the tap cool enough to wash your hands without burning then.
The view was fantastic. Everything was clean.
Down sides. There are 3 spas on the property, only one functioned for part of our stay, the others were either cold or the jets didn’t work. The functioning one stopped working after a couple of days, but at least it stayed hot. There was a dead mouse in the Lazy River. We reported it to Oceans One but it was still there two days latter. The code we were given to get in the building was wrong. Make sure you check in before the office closes, or this could be a problem. They tell you not to turn the freezer or fridge all the way up. The setting it was on when we checked in would not keep ice cream frozen. The ice make in the freezer doesn't work but there are ice trays (of course the ice doesn’t freeze solid at the setting they recommend.
Overall we really enjoyed the stay, and though there were a few quirks we were very happy there. The beds were comfy, the jacuzzi was great, everything was very clean. I would definitely stay here again.

It was a great stay overall! I had excellent experience from the booking to check-out. I had so many questions prior to arrival and during the stay, but it was a breeze using the APP to get all the answers I needed! The unit is spacious for 7 of us! The ocean view from the balcony is stunning! The location is so convenient with easy access to the beach, the pool and other activities in the neighborhood. Unfortunately, with the hurricane, we had to leave 1 day early, but we will definitely come back again! Thank you for everything!

The condo was clean upon arrival. The views were great along with the patios. All the linen was cleaned and wrapped in plastic bags. Would have preferred not to make the three beds when arriving. There was no toaster, no paper towels, no extra toilet paper, no soap. The condo was equipped with the bare minimum. It was hard to vacuum as the cord was wrapped with electrical tape which was a little concerning. Check in was simple, communication was good and overall a decent location.

Arrived an hour after check in for our 7 day vacation to the dirtiest room ever from ocean breeze beach vacations. I contacted them immediately before they closed & no one cleaned immediately like their contract says. We booked this 3 months in advance paying them over 3k. The pictures of proof I have are disgusting. They avoided me all 7 days & only called me once. The manager Melissa is a liar & they have their staff Lisa in the middle relaying messages they don’t follow through on. We haven’t heard from anyone in management since the day of arrival & that was only via email because she says the lines just so happen to be down after my complaint & we were there for 7 days and even Lisa was surprised Melissa still hasn’t called me and only contacted me in response via email. The cleaning guy that came the next day told us there was a sex party there prior to our arrival. This was the nastiest room. I have plenty of pics and will never ever bring my family including our very young children to such a nasty place that takes your funds and expects you to abide by the contract but the cleaner plainly told us he rushed to finish & there was a sex party. He also stated to us “you know how conniving the people that own these places are”. There was nasty hair everywhere, rusted blow dryer, dangerous dusty furnace, items left all in the master closet and Lisa told us they didn’t own it at all and it shouldn’t be there. Clothes in the washer & crumbs & blood stains in the beds.

The property was in a good location. Parking was convenient. Units a bit older. Clean and comfortable. Construction on one hot tub, which caused the outside shower to be unavailable. Only mention this as I tried to clean as much sand off feet as possible, even using construction water hose, before entering unit. I would stay again.

My husband and I were here for a Anniversary get away. Is was a perfect time of year not to crowded. Condo could use some love maybe a new vanity in the master, the washer could stand a tune up it makes loud noises while washing, the only other issue was the property itself not the condo needs some new lounge chairs and some work on the pools and hot tubs. Overall most of these things we just looked past but they do need looking into. The condo was very clean there was debris around the property I think it may have been because they were doing work on the exterior fence.Cant rate management never saw them.

Loved this place. Kitchen and living area were smaller then we are used to, but we made it work. Beach was right there, so potty breaks were easily accessible for the family. Area was awesome. Every morning my daughter and i walked to the doughnut place.

We’ve always wanted to stay at oceans one so we made it happen. I would give it an overall 3/5 stars. It’s in a great location. For the price we paid it could have been a little nicer. The carpet was old and worn, mold around the vents and blotchy touch up paint everywhere. Some new carpet and paint and clean the mold around the vents and this place would be perfect.

Property wasn’t on boardwalk like advertised, elevators smelled very bad and king bed had a huge stain in middle of bed. Also wish there was late checkout. But other than that it was a great location and nice and close to the beach.

Oceans One Has Gone Down Hill
Condo was smaller than pictured. Staff was unresponsive. Very rough clientele, and the area in Myrtle Beach seemed to be less than desirable for a family. We could not enjoy the pool area because other guests were either playing loud music that was not appropriate for kids to listen to. Numerous curse words, and demeaning to my children, using the N-word in the lyrics. People openly smoking pot in and around the building. Staff at the office were unconcerned with the issues when reported, and no property supervision in the common area. Mostly a free-for-all in the pool area, with people doing what they want. I would not recommend this property again.

The room itself was amazing and easily accessed as it is directly across from the elevators. The room entry is recessed down a short hallway, so there is no noise from the elevator traffic. The room had a kitchenette, laundry and multiple bedrooms, which is exactly what we were looking for. The living room also featured a pullout couch. The room had 2 bathrooms which was of great benefit to get the family up and onto the beach quickly. The master bedroom had its own balcony overlooking the ocean and there was a second balcony off of the living room. Both balconies were large and spacious. The facility itself was clean for the most part. There was a lot of trash on the grounds of the facility. The pools were clean and near the beach, so migrating back and forth was easy. If I had a complaint, it would be that there was a strict check in policy of 4:00 p.m. We had arrived early in the morning after driving for 12 hours and had called around 2:30 or 3 in the afternoon, to see if we could at least drop our bags in the room. but the policy is 4. No exceptions. This one complaint is significantly outweighed by the luxurious accommodations and would not deter us from rebooking. Overall, our family loved our vacation and that is owed impart to where we stayed.

We had a great time in Myrtle Beach. The condo was as advertised and was a close walk to lots of shopping and entertainment. We really like the linen package concept as you knew without a doubt that the sheets were clean before sleeping on them. The only recommendation to the owner is to purchase a few larger pots and pans. The small ones in the unit would make it difficult to cook meals for a large family/group. Other than this everything was great. Thank you for letting us use your condo for our Spring Break vacation.

Great space and layout for people to separate if needed…. (When kids need to go play in different areas!) The pool area is also great when you have kids of all ages as well. The view and being able to sit on that balcony was probably the best part!
