SUNSET VISTAS TREASURE ISLAND VACATION RENTAL 311N ~ AMAZING SUNSETS and the SOUND OF THE SURF are waiting for you at Sunset Vistas on Treasure Island Beach!!This 2 bedroom/2 bath North view gulf front condo captures the beauty of the white sandy beach, blue waters, and world-renowned sunsets. The condo is fully-equipped for a comfortable stay with a KING BED in the master bedroom and a queen in the guest room. Each room offers flat screen television and ceiling fans. Property is self-catering, we do provide starter soaps, toilet paper & paper towels. We are not a hotel so these items are not replaced during stays.Just bring your swimsuit/beach towel, sunglasses and lotion and be prepared to relax and let your cares drift away. It is a spectacular place to spend time for the whole family. Two pools- one kiddy pool and jacuzzi area and a large family-friendly pool with a jacuzzi too! Lounge at the beach, search for shells and sanddollars or unwind at the Tiki Bar for a cold tropical beverage (with the umbrellas). We were extremely pleased with our stay at Cinnamon beach! From the cleanliness of the whole complex to the spacious unit, beautiful sunset etc. it was a great vacation! The kids loved the pools, club house and air hockey also. We will be back!

My friends and I have stayed at this building several times and I believe even in this unit. We feel the pool size and set up is one of the best in the area and the room has a great gulf view over the pool. It has easy access to the beach and chairs and an umbrella and toys for kids. Comfortable and clean. We would look to stay here again without question.

The whole family enjoyed our stay. Everything was nice and clean and quiet. The view is incredible and the Sunsets were Marvelous! The location is very convenient to everything you need.

My wife, two daughters, and I stayed in the condo for 4 nights. We had a great stay. We all loved the ease to get to the beautiful, clean beach. The kids really enjoyed the clean pool as well. We liked that there are a couple bins full of beach toys that could be borrowed/used.
We all liked the condo. It was perfect for a family of four. A few easy fixes for the owner or management company to address are: the refrigerator handle was busted and hanging, some basic items would be nice like: salt and pepper, coffee filters, laundry detergent, soap dishes in the bathrooms, and a good dusting. The ceiling fans are coated in dust and dirt.
Also, when you turn the TV on in the living room it also turns the TV on in the bedroom.
The washing machine is loud so I recommend not using it at night.
All in all we had a great time. We recommend Fort DeSoto Park which is a short 30-40 minutes drive south. $5 admission fee.
My family and I would stay at this condo again. Thank you. We also had good communication with the property management company as well.

Another negative, the grills were in a bad location but we made it work. All in all, a great vacation.

This is a great location and Condo
The condo was clean, with easy access to the pool and beach. We were happy it was easy to social distance and when indoors everyone wore masks! The only suggestion I would have is to bring your own cleaning wipes and hand soap. We were glad we did.

Spring Break Early March
Great communication with the property manager. The unit was clean and fully equipped to live like you are at home for the week. Beach towels, toys, shovels, buckets, boogie boards, beach chairs and umbrellas were in the closet. There is also an area by the beach with random beach items. The pool is one of the larger ones on the beach. John’s Pass is about 1/2 mile walk to tons of shops and restaurants. If you use Shipt, they deliver to your door. Super convenient to enjoy meals from your condo. We would definitely go back. One of the nicer properties on the beach for a family with kids. Thanks for letting us use your property.

Great Thanksgiving
We had a wonderful stay for our Thanksgiving Holiday. We stayed in 311-North, we had a great time, had beautiful weather, beach, food, cocktails and sunsets! There are a couple things that would have made it perfect. The parking was a problem, at least where our assigned space was. They allowed I guess visitors to park along the curb perpendicular to our spot. We have a rather large vehicle and getting in and out of our spot was a hassle every time we were coming or going. The second thing we would recommend for this particular unit is to invest in some new/better mattresses, they were horrible, extremely uncomfortable in both bedrooms. None of us slept well and our backs were hurting because of the beds. Other than those two issues, it is a great place, not our first time there and we will definitely be back again.
