Nestled in Treasure Island, this lovely condo for R 7,423 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Bedroom 1: King Bed | Bedroom 2: Queen Bed This is a gorgeous Beach! If you've been dreaming of white sandy shores and sparkling ocean waters then come visit and enjoy Treasure Island's beautiful beaches. This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is directly on the beach. With accommodations for 6, this property has more than enough room for larger families or groups of friends together. Our unit here on beautiful Treasure Island has decoration that reflects the ocean currents found just outside of its doors. Spacious living room with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the gorgeous beach. Comfortable couch converts into a pullout Queen bed. Take a break from the beach and watch something on the smart TV with cable. Cook a meal in our well appointed kitchen which also overlooks the beach so you don't miss any views. Nespresso machine and stainless steel appliances will ease your cooking experience. Master bedroom also overlooks the beach and our private balcony is accessible from the Master bedroom, kitchen, and living room. Master bathroom is en suite. Second bedroom hosts a Queen bed. Both bedrooms and the kitchen have televisions! Our unit is situated in a small condo complex with numerous amenities for you to use. These include two heated pools, two hot tubs, rooftop deck for sunset viewing, convenient beach equipment rentals (chairs, umbrellas, etc), and a semi-private beach. We regularly get guests who comment how quiet the beach can be! The complex features a small dock great for fishing and bike rentals. Treasure Island is a different kind of beach community than the high-rises and bustle of other beaches. Many locally owned business dot the walkable streets. It's a quick block and a half to Publix for all of your grocery and liquor needs. Locally owned Middlegrounds Grill serves great local seafood for lunch and dinner. Try the VIP Mexican Restaurant which has food that lives up to its name, Ricky T's for live music, or Britt's Pizza. For the ultimate Florida experience, walk down the beach for a beachside lunch or dinner service with you feet in the sand at Caddy's.

We had a wonderful vacation. The master bed was very comfortable. It's the first time in several years that my husband, who has a bad back, was able to sleep well while on vacation. This made this trip one of our best vacations! The condo was the perfect size with a beautiful balcony. The location was great too, easy access to Treasure Island, St. Pete and John's Pass. We will be back!

This was the most amazing week ever! The condo was perfect for me ,my friend and my dog- Brandon..will come back for sure. My only complaint is the water pressure in the shower off the kitchen is so low. It barely comes out. Other than that, lots of great restaurants close, st johns pass right up the road and the amazing ocean view from the condo😊

This is the best VRBO we have used. The place was nicely decorated, fresh, clean and right on the beach. Nice pool right down stairs and another pool available if you chose to use it. My husband is a runner and said the sand on the gulf is marvelous to run on. Came back with gorgeous pictures of a rainbow, blow fish, blue crab and a fossil scallop shell from a millennia’s old bank of sediment. Great restaurants near by and a grocery store within walking distance. Go for this one!! Outstanding!!

Beautiful views and easy access to the beach. The host is very responsive and helpful. Be aware that you're allowed one parking space so taking multiple cars per unit would be challenging. Don't miss the sunsets from the rooftop! Great trip!

Molly is very responsive to requests; she is a great host; almost immediate response when sent. Unit is very small but comfortable. Condo was clean but becoming a bit dated as some wear and tear can be seen with the furniture. Even though a parking spot comes with this unit, it was very, very busy ... we assume it was because we stayed over a holiday. The parking situation was the only fault with our stay. Treasure Island is a good place to vacation.

with a beautiful view of the beach. Publix and Walgreens nearby and lots of good places to eat close. We appreciated that the beach was not crowded. We also liked being able to move back and forth from beach to pool easily. Would definitely rent again.

Great property! You walk out the back door and you're on the beach. The views from our room of the ocean and sunset were breathtaking. Close to excellent food and grocery store. The beach wasn't crowded and a cabana rental was right next to the beach path from the property. Zero issues checking in and the owner was amazing to work with. Highly recommend for the perfect beach getaway!

It was clean with a nice beach that wasn't overly busy. Everything we needed and we even cooked our last breakfast and brought it to the roof to eat! Highly recommend and will stay again 🙂

This condo was exactly what I was looking for. I stayed for a little over a month and wish I could have stayed longer. The condo was very clean and comfortable and it was great having access to a kitchen staying for that length of time. I really enjoyed the balcony each night overlooking the sunset. Beautiful views of the beach. Nice access to shopping and restaurants. I would highly recommend Oceana and ujit 503. Debbie

The condo was really cute and clean. It had everything we needed. The check in process was a little unclear. It was not indicated that check in was across the street in a different condo bldg. it took a bit but we figured it out. We would definitely stay here again!

What a great property! My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our week in Treasure Island. The location can’t be beat - close to St. Pete restaurants on one end and Madeira Beach/John’s Pass on the other. The condo was clean and had everything you could need! 10 out of 10 - would recommend!

We had another place rented but Ian made us have to change our plans. I contacted the host of this gorgeous updated place and she took care of us. Everything you need and more just steps to the beach. Large balcony comfy beds and everything we needed on the beach. It was perfect!!! Hopefully we can stay here again next year.

This was our first time vacationing in this area. The location is great, good restaurants, but the water is no comparison to the panhandle’s clear beautiful water. Lots of seaweed and trash. We don’t vacation as often as we should, and one of my questions upfront was “are there lounges and umbrellas on the beach for use?” The owner assured me that there is. Not once was there anyone working there to set up an umbrella. Furthermore, when I’ve rented condos in the past, a 2-chair beach/umbrella set-up is always INCLUDED in the price. Not included here. The condo was nice, but needs some paint and some furniture replaced from wear and tear. Elevator was down 2 days, and the mgmt. didn’t seem like it was an urgent issue. (We we’re on the 5th floor 🤦🏻♀️) Pool is way too small. We won’t be back.

We loved this condo and the area! The condo is beautifully updated and super clean, and is situated within driving distance of many attractions, from Clearwater to Tampa and St. Pete, to Sarasota. The balcony provides an oceanfront view and glorious sunsets. The owner graciously provided snacks as well as beach towels and chairs. We will definitely be back!

My family and I (including a toddler, grandparents and a dog) stayed at this property from Saturday to Saturday. You cannot beat the beachfront location and we were initially having a great time. Unfortunately, in my opinion, this property and building itself is kind of run down. About halfway through the week, the only elevator broke down and was out of service for almost 3 days. This was a huge issue for us because we were on the 5th floor and had a disabled guest with us. The staff in the building informed us that the elevator breaks down on a consistent basis (about once per week). The broken elevator caused us a lot of stress and essentially ruined the majority of our weeklong stay. I requested a partial reimbursement from the property manager, but my request went unanswered.

From the convenient check-in process to the brilliant beach location this unit is a no brainer for anyone who wants a relaxing getaway. Extremely clean unit and building. It was also well equipped with everything one might need for a short or extended stay.

Beachfront location. The sunset views were breathtaking. Also a rooftop for viewing and relaxing. Great eating nearby also! Recommend macadamia encrusted grouper with mango sauce and seared tuna steak at Middle Grounds. Also, a short drive to Umami all you can eat sushi!

Treasure island has a wide beautiful beach, not crowded, very flat, not a lot of shells, white sand. View from the deck is outstanding. The Apartment was very clean upon arrival. The Apartment is on the 5 th floor, has open view up and down the beach. This is the best part of the apartment. Owner provided towels, extra bedding , only 2-3 days of paper products, then you are on your own. The soap and shampoo were a very cheap variety, we ended up buying our own. There were extra pillows but no pillow cases. This took until the next day to remediate.
Overall a very decent apartment, furniture is comfortable, kitchen was decently stocked, owner provided a few small snacks upon arrival. It would be nice if owner provided a water filter-the water does not taste great. We felt that the luxury did not match the high price we paid. It is by no means a luxury apartment or building, and Pictures do not indicate that the building is not high end. There is no indoor hallway, hall is outside like a motel. This apartment has a medium sized parallel parking spot with columns front and rear. We had a full size car, and we know how to park, so no big problem. If you have a larger vehicle or you don’t know how to parallel park you will have trouble/ will not fit in the parking.
Also there is a resort fee, usually this pays for beach chairs and kayaks and such, but here it did not. There is a tiny pool and hot tub, that is the extent of the extra amenities. For this price, again, it should be a different experience.

Great location
We really enjoyed our stay. Property is in a perfect location. Beach just a sandy walk away. Parking on site is very convenient as well. Condo was a good size and met the needs of our family with two children. The only drawback would be the check in process is cumbersome-at a different location across the street and if after hours than a short drive away. Also the shower pressure was not good. Overall we thought the place was great!
