Ideal destination for hikers because located at the foot of all circuits offered on the edge of the Esterel. Lovers of nature and the sea will be seduced. 2 rooms with beautiful luxurious decor; large washing machine and dishwasher. Entrance covered with storage suitcase and closet: ironing board and necessary linen living room with breathtaking views with widescreen TV open kitchen with large fridge freezer, romantic room with large wardrobe, bathroom and wc, walk-in shower. Eve and Christian are extremely welcoming hosts. We had a little trouble finding the property initially however Eve got in her car and came to find us. So helpful and nothing was too much trouble, checking we were ok and having a good time. The apartment has superb views and is well equipped with everything you might need. There are a lot of steps up to the apartment so I wouldn't recommend to those with mobility problems, however we were fine with that. The apartment and area are simply beautiful and I would recommend it to our friends and family. Thank you Eve and Christian for allowing us to enjoy a lovely holiday in your little part of paradise!

Delightful with some challenges
This is an absolutely beautiful place. The small apartment is quite lovely and the pool with a view is spectacular. However, there were some points that one should be aware of before staying here.
The owners have an apartment above you, and although they were very nice and careful to give you privacy at the pool, you were still aware when they were there.
The check-in time was contingent on when the owners could be available and was narrowed down to a 40-minute window of 17:00-17:40. We were travelling over 300 km that day and had to plan our travels on hitting that window.
The owners gave us a very detailed tour of the small apartment on arrival, after helping us bring up our baggage, which was very nice.
They contacted us a few days before arrival and asked if we wanted bedding and towels in the apartment. I missed the last sentence in the site description alluding to the fact that sheets and towels were extra. I had never come across that in any other VRBO but approved the extra charge. Upon arrival, they wanted the fee for the sheets and towels in cash. I always thought that everything had to go through VRBO, but she pointed out that in her contract (which we received in French and i don't speak much French) it was explained.
Amenities are minimal. The toaster oven needed a foil liner, but they didn't have any foil. They had a liquid soap dispenser but no soap. We did have toilet paper and a roll of paper towels in the kitchen. I recommend that you bring your own bedroom pillows if that is important to you.
The final surprise came when we let them know we were leaving at 7:00 am and she explained that we could not leave that early and it said in the contract that we had to leave between 8:00 am and 10:00 am. After a rather incredulous response from my wife, we convinced her that we were leaving at 7:00 am so we could make our flight.
Again, this is a very beautiful property. We were able to really enjoy the grounds, the pool, the area and its restaurants. It just seemed that maybe this is a new venture for the owners, and you should be prepared to interact with them.

Ein wirklich ausgesprochen hübsches Anwesen an der Cote d‘Azur. In der Villa sind zwei Wohnungen, oben wohnen die Vermieter, unten ist die Ferienwohnung. Den Pool hat man sozusagen ganz für sich alleine. Die Vermieter fragen, wann es passt, wenn sie den Pool selbst nutzen möchten. Ein traumhafter Blick aufs Meer, wie in den Bildern gezeigt, fast noch ein bisschen schöner. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

The gorgeous infinity pool is deep and long enough to swim laps. The guest suite is cosy, equipped with modern appliances, kitchen service and the decor is lovely. The charming owners Eve and Christian welcomed us with a bottle of chilled rose and were very thoughtful in ensuring we enjoyed private use of the pool and terrace area.
If you are first time visitors to this coastal area, following are a few notes intended to be helpful. If schedule permits, prior to check-in stop at a supermarket for provisions. The nearest full size grocery is 10 km away in Theole sur Mer and open limited hours. The house is situated in an exclusive gated community. Be sure to check with Eve for the access code to the main entrance gate. Parking is on the street and guest suite reached by quite a steep staircase/driveway not suitable for people with mobility concerns. Currently the VRBO rate posted does not include bed linens, kitchen/bath towels or cleaning fee. These items require a separate contract with owners payable in Euros.

Sehr schönes Objekt in wunderbarer Umgebung
Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in herausragender Lage mit wunderbaren Blick auf das Mittelmeer und die Bucht von Cannes.
Die Beschreibung entspricht voll der Realität, die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist sehr gut und das gesamte Objekt inkl. des Pools ist sehr sauber und gepflegt.
Da das Haus an einer Straße in einer geschlossenen Wohnanlage steht, kann man auch sein Auto dort bedenkenlos parken.
Die Vermieter Eve und Christian sind sehr gastfreundliche und nette Menschen.
Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit dort wieder eine schöne Zeit verbringen.

Sehr nette und rücksichtsvolle Gastgeber. Lage und Aussicht sind überragend. Zu Fuss 20 Minuten ans Meer. Hinauf 30 Minuten. Supermarkt 15 Minuten mit dem PW. Kleiner Laden 15 Minuten zu Fuss. Es hat eine Nespressomsschine. Kapseln mitnehmen.

Séjour à Noël une peu gâché par la météo mais compensé par la vue !
Très bonne communication et accueil (avec chocolats !) par Eve et Christian. L'appartement est confortable, joliment décoré, conforme aux photos (la vue !) et à la description. Cuisine bien équipée, tout est fonctionnel. Grand canapé et très grande télé (avec box Orange) dans la pièce à vivre. On a regretté un coin repas peu confortable et spartiate (petits tabourets hauts et petite table haute) : on sent qu'il est prévu de manger dehors, mais fin décembre la météo n'était pas au rendez-vous, et la terrasse n'est pas très ensoleillée (orientation Nord Est et soleil trop bas dès 14h). On a fini par rentrer le mobilier de terrasse dans l'appartement ! La vue nous a tout de même enchanté même sous la pluie !

Ein Paradies
Wir haben unsere Ferien in le Trayas sehr genossen.
Die Lage und Sicht der Wohnung sind fantastisch.
Die Wohnung ist genau wie beschrieben, sehr sauber und gemütlich, die Küche top ausgerüstet. Wir haben auch wirklich gut geschlafen.
Eve und Christian sind sehr aufmerksame Gastgeber. Sie sind da, wenn man sie braucht und verschwinden dann diskret. Wir konnten den Pool noch benutzen und sind mehrfach geschwommen. Das Wasser war zwar kühl (Oktober) aber die Sonne wärmt nach dem Schwimmen schnell wieder auf. Auf der Terasse zu essen oder den Apéro zu geniessen waren die Highlights unserer Ferien.

We enjoyed our stay tremendously. Everthing is as advertised, very clean, well equipped and cosy. Eve and Christian are the perfect hosts. They are there for questions/help and disapear very discretly afterwards. We used the pool often, even so the water was quite cool (October). But the sun helps to warm up afterwards. To sit on the terrace and eat or for an appetizer was the best. Real paradise.
We are already thinking of our next stay.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft mit traumhaften Ausblick
Die Vermieter sind sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich und boten immer ihre Hilfe an.
Die Unterkunft ist ausreichend groß mit direktem Zugang zum Pool und einer sehr großen Terrasse. Der Ausblick ist grandios.
Alles ist insgesamt sehr gut gepflegt.
Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Vacances parfaites
Eve et Christian nous ont réservé un accueil chaleureux. La location était nickel. Pour les amoureux du calme comme nous, c’était l’idéal. La piscine à débordement avec vue panoramique sur la mer, un spectacle vivant. Eve nous a donné beaucoup de conseils sur des endroits à visiter. Bref, c’était parfait.

suffisamment près de Théoule à l'Est, ou d'Anthéor, à l'Ouest, sans omettre la proximité de Cannes, Grasse et autres cités toutes plus connues les unes que les autres. et pour les plus flemmards, pourquoi ne pas stationner à la piscine qui offre déjà un panorama exceptionnel sur les Iles de Lérins.

Agréable surprise de trouver une petite bouteille de rosé a notre arrivée fort appréciée. Ils nous ont donné plein de bons plans pour passer le meilleur séjour possible (idée de randonnée, bonnes adresses de restaurants). region magnifique , beaucoup de callanques a proximités peu fréquentée sur la periode de septembre ce qui fut agréable et reposant. Nous reviendrons!

Une semaine merveilleuse
Magnifique appartement avec un accès direct à la piscine à débordement. Le jardin est superbe, un vieux à couper le souffle, on distingue Saint-Honorat. L’appartement est très propre et dispos du tout, un vrai plaisir de concocter des plats estivales dans la cuisine. Les hôtes, Eve et Christian, sont charmants et discrets. Pour couronner le tout, la voiture peut être garé en toute sécurité devant la maison. Nous avons adoré notre séjour.

It was a great house and we really enjoyed our stay. The view from the house was really amazing en beautiful. The pool was lovely. Eve en christian are really nice and helpful people. It felt emediatly as home. I recommend this place too everyone who likes the sun, nice views and a quiet place!

Fabuleux !
Une fois passée la surprise de devoir franchir une grille sécurisée pour accéder au quartier enclavé, nous avons passé une semaine de rêve dans cet appartement ultra propre et bien équipé. Nous avons bien profité de la piscine et de la vue splendide sur la mer. Nous avons même pu descendre à pied jusqu'à la mer et aux plages à proximité. Nous avons aussi apprécié la discrétion et la gentillesse de nos hôtes, qui vivent dans la maison principale juste au-dessus. Bref, on leur donne une note parfaite !

Les propriétaires Eve et Christian sont charmants et à l'image de leur propriété. Accueillants, élégants, l'appartement au pied de la magnifique piscine offre une vue imprenable. Tout est de bon goût et fonctionnel. Il fait bon se poser dans cet environnement chatoyant et calme. Ils mettent tout en œuvre pour rendre le séjour agréable et confortable. Un grand merci, nous ne pouvons que recommander ce petit bijou. Idéal pour découvrir la région qui offre de multiples découvertes (randonnées, baignades, visites de sites, etc.)

A piece of heaven on the Cote d'Azure
We stayed a week at Eve and Christian's home.
The apartment is totally self contained below their residence. Direct access to the pool and patio area with views to die for.
Location is perfect between St Tropez and Cannes. Many lovely towns along this route to explore. The numerous small beaches and coves along this most beautiful coastline will accommodate any preference for snorkelling, bathing or exploring the cliffs.
We were blown away by the beautiful location in a gated community so totally safe and secure. The property looks South East over the Mediterranean with views to Cannes and beyond. We could sit out and look at the boats and view all day!
The apartment is impeccably clean, modern and tidy. The kitchen well equipped for our self catering choice. The flat accommodated our daughter and us well . Beds beautifully comfortable.
Eve was very accommodating with our stay and requests and even gave us a bottle of wine on arrival. A lovely touch.
Whilst our French is not great, Eve took the trouble to help and translate on her i-pad as her English , too, was not great but a lot better than our french! Thank you for your understanding.
Both Eve and Christian left us to enjoy our stay and we seemed to have the whole pool to ourselves at all times. It is nice to see that they are very proud of their home and it shows in their attention to detail. We usually look to book high quality accommodation and this property was probably the best we have ever been fortunate to find.
Air conditioning really made the stay comfortable as the temperature was generally in the thirties.
Peaceful and tranquil location.
Will definitely look to go back.

Un petit coin de paradis
Charmant séjour dans la villa d'Eve et de Christian où nous avons été accueillis comme des personnes de la famille. la Bouteille de Rosé à notre arrivée et le pot de confitures maison à notre départ en sont la meilleure des preuves.
Quant à l'appartement situé au rez-de-chaussez de la villa des propriétaires, c'est le rêve avec sa grande terrasse, sa piscine à débordement privative, et un vue exceptionnelle sur la mer.
Les propriétaires se font très discrets mais sont très attentifs à nos moindres besoins.
Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour malgré un temps plutôt maussade cette semaine là et il est certain que nous retournerons chez Eve et Christian.

Quelle découverte! Was für eine Entdeckung!
Nous avons découvert un „petit coin de paradis sur terre“ et avons passé quinze jours formidables chez Eve et Christian. Quelle joie d’avoir pu profiter de ce bel appartement (parfaitement équipé, propre et confortable), de la piscine à débordement et de la vue exceptionnelle du matin au soir. Christian et Eve sont des propriétaires très aimables, discrets et toujours disponibles. Et quel accueil… ! Une bouteille de rosé et des confitures faites maison nous attendaient à notre arrivée ! Merci pour tout, Eve et Christian !
Wir haben das « Paradies auf Erden » entdeckt und haben vierzehn herrliche Tage bei Eve und Christian verbracht. Was für eine Freude war es, dieses schöne Appartement (perfekt ausgestattet, sauber und gemütlich), den Inifinity Pool und den ausgesprochen schönen Blick von morgens bis abends genießen zu können. Eve und Christian sind sehr aufmerksame, diskrete und stets ansprechbare Vermieter. Und was für ein Empfang…! Eine Flasche Rosé und hausgemachte Konfitüren erwarteten uns bei unserer Ankunft! Quel joie de profiter de cette vue de rêve à n'importe quelle heure de la journée.
Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l'accueil et la disponibilité d'Eve et Christian qui sont restés très discrets pour nous laisser profiter pleinement de notre séjour.
Nous avons pu profiter de la piscine à l'écart de la foule estivale tout en étant proches des restaurants et des plages.

Séjour inoubliable
Nous avons passé une semaine inoubliable dans ce bel appartement.
Dès notre arrivée, l'accueil a été parfait, Eve et Christian sont deux hôtes charmants et très discrèts. Une bouteille de blanc et deux pots de confiture maison nous ont été gentillement offert.
L'appartement est décoré avec beaucoup de goût et tout le nécessaire y est.
Que dire de l'extérieur... grande terrasse privative avec table à manger, trasats.. la piscine à débordement est magnifique, avec une vue à couper le soufle sur la mer et sur les îles lérins.
Quel bonheur de prendre son petit déjeuner sur la terrasse dans un calme absolue et face à la mer !!
Eve et Christian sont toujours disponibles pour répondre aux moindres questions et conseils sur les bonnes adresses de la région.
Nous avons hâte de pouvoir revenir !

Nous avons passé une semaine merveilleuse.
Location confortable et agréable avec piscine à débordement. Vue exceptionnelle sur la méditerranée et les îles de Lérins, le tout sous la bienveillance de nos hôtes Eve et Christian.
Point de départ idéal pour les randonnées (pic du cap roux, pic de l'ours...) dans le magnifique massif de l'Esterel aux couleurs extraordinaires . De ces pics, des panoramas à couper le souffle vous attendent (de Nice à la presqu'île de Saint Tropez).
Nous reviendrons dés que possible...

Magnifique séjour!
Tout est vraiment parfait: confort de l'appartement, vue ( quelle vue!!) de la terrasse sur la mer, beauté absolue de la région.
Et puis, y aller hors saison, quel plaisir! les sportifs y trouvent leur compte: vélo sur la corniche, escalade près de la mer et randonnées. Bon, évidemment huit jours c'est trop court mais le souvenir reste très vif et lumineux. Merci à Ève et Christian pour leur accueil, je ne parle pas des confitures...

Traumhafter Urlaub an der Cote D`Azur
Wir, ein Ehepaar Mitte 50, hatten zwei traumhafte Urlaubswochen bei Eve und Christian. Die Fotos mit den Angaben zur Wohnung und der Einrichtung im Internet entsprechen voll der Realität. Die Wohnung ist sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts.
Der Blick auf Pool, Garten und Meer war für uns immer der perfekte Start in den Tag.
Alle Dinge für die Selbstversorgung haben wir bei Geant Casino, ca. 15 Minuten Autofahrt entfernt,eingekauft. Der riesige Supermarkt lässt das Herz eines jeden Hobbykochs höher schlagen, besonders zu erwähnen ist hier die Fischabteilung. Alles frisch und in einer sehr guten Qualität.
Unsere Vermieter, Eve und Christian, die in der 1. Etage des Hauses wohnen, standen immer für Fragen und Ratschlägen zur Verfügung - aber ohne dabei aufdringlich zu sein. Für uns stellte das überhaupt kein Problem dar. Beide sind super nett und freundlich. Auch die Kommunikation im Vorfeld verlief schnell, präzise und schon auf einer sehr vertrauten Ebene. Ferienwohnung ist sehr zu empfehlen und wir werden gerne wiederkommen.
Wir möchten uns ganz herzlich bei Euch beiden bedanken. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit bei Euch und haben uns sehr gut erholt und haben mit einer Träne im Auge Euer kleines Paradies verlassen.

Notre troisième séjour !
C'est la troisième fois que nous séjournons chez Eve et Christian !
C'est avec toujours le même émerveillement que nous ouvrons le matin les porte-fenêtres de notre appartement devant cette vue superbe : "notre" piscine en premier plan et la mer à perte de vue !
L'appartement est très bien équipé et confortable.
Eve et Christian sont des hôtes très prévenants, qui savent rester discrets pour que nous nous sentions chez nous.
Un vrai coin de paradis, où nous avons hâte de revenir !
