About this house rental
Situated in Rehoboth Beach, this lovely house for R 7,720 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Perfect home for a large group or family who wants to get away in lovely Rehoboth Beach! Our home has 4 bedrooms (2 are master suites,) a loft with sofa, a pack and play and a sofa in the living room. Unfortunately, we cannot rent to parties under the age of 25 and no pets are permitted for renters per the homeowners association guidelines. *Memorial and Labor Day 3 day weekends available, all other summer rentals are Friday to Friday.* The house would be most comfortable with 8 guests although we can accommodate up to 10 people. This finely appointed townhouse is centrally located just off of Route 1 near the famous Rehoboth Beach outlets. Our home has had a recent face lift... freshly painted, new large sectional sofa, Ring door bell, and upgrades throughout! The complex has a pool (open Memorial Day to Labor Day) and tennis court and is only 1 mile to beach. Walk, bike, drive to all the beach has to offer!! All the convenience and comforts you want on your family vacation. Be assured that your family will want to return year after year to stay in this comfortable family friendly beach vacation home. This two-story twin home and provides 2200 square feet of living area. The Keys of Marsh Harbor is a community of single and twin homes that brings a sense of the Florida Keys to the Rehoboth Beach area. This innovatively designed beach community features a COMMUNITY POOL, PERFECT FOR A QUICK DIP OR ALL DAY RELAXATION, tennis court and beautifully landscaped grounds with ornamental grass, flowering trees and a pond at the entrance. It is quiet and peaceful. This community is very convenient to almost all of the local attractions. We are conveniently located off Route 1 in Rehoboth behind Jungle Jim's Water park, a wonderful attraction. We are located right off of Route One below the outlet shopping centers and just one mile to the beach/boardwalk. Getting to the beach is a very easy and quick drive or from Memorial day to Labor day there is a bus that picks up next door to our neighborhood which means you no longer have have to worry about parking. This bus can take you to the beach, movies, outlets or many other locations. Shuttles depart routinely, every 15- 20 minutes to most locations and run from early morning til late evening. With this option, your group can split up and travel when and where they please. GRILL - Important We have had multiple renters not pull the grill away from the house, the grill MUST be pulled to the edge of the yard. This has resulted in melting the siding on the house which is no longer available in the same color. There is also a gas meter and fence area that should be avoided. IT IS IMPERATIVE YOU PULL THE GRILL OUT TO THE EDGE OF THE GRASS 6 FEET AWAY FROM ANYTHING ON THE HOUSE EVERYTIME YOU USE IT. ANY DAMAGE CAUSED FROM HEAT TO THE EXTERIOR OF THE HOUSE WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE TENANT’S DEPOSIT. Please review and sign lease. Thank you!

Highly recommend! We were 6 adults and a 1 year old. Plenty of space for everyone. The house is very clean and comfortable, all the appliances, kitchen tools, etc you need. Community pool is a short walk from the house. Plenty of grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping nearby. Easy drive to the beach. Would definitely return!

Kelley & Jill's rental was perfect for a long weekend away with friends! Loved that there was a pool close by -- and the pool had entertainment there on the weekends, too -- which was a bonus! :) I would highly recommend and definitely plan to stay there again in the future!

We came to town for a lacrosse tourney and wanted to stay the week. Im so hlad we did. The place had everything we wanted or needed and then some!
From the comfortable beds to the extra utensils, pots and pans, new grill, and every tv station you can imagine, we were happy.
The communication from our host was easy and she was very quick with her responses and incredibly helpful.
Hope we can make this a regualr thing.

The pictures don’t do the property justice. It is so well kept, decorated and stocked with everything you could possibly need. Close enough to the beach and super close to the grocery store, WaWa and a great seafood restaurant. Would stay here 100% again!

The house was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with every item we needed. We brought games but didn’t even need to as they have a ton of games at the house. It’s perfect for staying in during a pandemic! The only a few minor suggestions I’d make- Add a yoga mat (it may have been there and we didn’t see it)- Replace the sofa and mattresses. The sofa is rather small for a house that sleeps that many people. We had four adults in our group and we couldn’t all sit on the couch together without being in one another’s personal space.
