ABOUT THE HOME This lovely chalet inspired two Bedroom upgraded condo offers one of the best ski-in/ski-out slope-side locations on Blackcomb Mountain! This unit has a king-sized master bedroom with en-suite and air conditioning, two twin beds in the second bedroom, and a queen-sized sofa bed in the living room. Shared laundry is available in the complex as well as a complimentary Ski & Snowboard storage. COMPLEX: THE ASPENS The Aspens is an updated lodge-style building, nestled slope side on Blackcomb Mountain with ski-in/ski-out convenience. Features include gorgeous mountain views from the outdoor heated pool, three hot tubs as well as a fitness center. Guests are within walking distance of both, the base of Blackcomb Mountain and Whistler Village. A highly desirable location. LOCATION Located at the base of Blackcomb Mountain, the Upper Village offers seclusion while still being just a short walk away from the hustle and bustle of Whistler Village. With a slope-side setting, these lodging options will have you on the slopes (or the first tee of the Chateau Whistler Golf Course) in minutes. The Upper Village is a great option for families offering easy ski-in/ski-out access and a free shuttle to and from the Village. In the summer enjoy quick access to Lost Lake Park as well as a weekly outdoor Farmers Market. THINGS TO KNOW - This home only has air conditioning in the Master bedroom. Portable fans are provided in all other bedrooms and the living area. - Pack 'N Play & High Chairs are available for rentals by request. - Ski-in, ski-out ability depends on the snow levels and lift operations. You can typically ski-in and out between mid - December and end of March. You can call our reservation agents a few days before your arrival to get an update on current conditions. HOUSE RULES No smoking, no pets, no parties, no bikes permitted inside units, minimum booking age of 25. Base occupancy is 4 adults and max occupancy is 6 adults. We really enjoyed staying in this condo. The gas fireplace was so cozy, the hot tub was relaxing, and we were so close to the gondola and a short walk to restaurants!

This condo was very comfortable for our family of four. The on site ski valet was incredibly convenient. The elevator has issues, so we ended up using the stairs most of the time. The only thing that would have made this place better was a little gate on the balcony to allow us direct access to the ski run and gondola just outside the unit, but still a really good location.

My daughter, her husband, 14 and 12 year old stayed at t his unit and had a good time. Unfortunately, it's an el nino year and there wasn't much snow.

Excellent location next to the ski lifts. The place had everything we needed, though I'd recommend the addition of some dish towels and locks for the bathroom doors. The beds were a little uncomfortable, but manageable for a weekend.

Our family of 5 had so much fun! The condo is in the most amazing location. You can walk out the back gate and literally be on the gondola. It was a 10 minute walk to whistler village on a beautiful pathway. Our 3 kids basically lived in the pool when we weren't out. Highly recommend.

This apartment was fantastic for our family of four and offered easy access to the Blackcomb mountain for ski on/off access and an easy walk down the snowy slope to the upper village. The Aspens has a hotel feel with group access to the pool and hot tubs but the apartment feels private with windows facing out to a small view of the slopes.

Very nice apartment, not cluttered, enough space to put your clothes etc. We really liked it. Location couldn't be better, away from the buzz but only 3 min walk to coffee, and 8 min to lots of restaurants. Ski area is amazing so yes, we'll be back!

We had a fantastic stay at this vrbo. The location was perfect for easy access to the village areas and it was very convenient to be able to ski out right onto the slope. The host was very responsive and the apartment was very clean! Perfect for what we were looking for.

Excellent location, very comfortable condo. Best ski-in/ski-out location we have ever had. Easy walk to everything in both Blackcomb and Whistler villages. On-site ski rental was a huge plus. Great communication with manager. Highly recommend this location.

Amazing location- the best! Super convenient with ski in/out and valet. Sometimes the valet queue is long/slow, so it can be good to send one family member down first to get all the gear! Wish we had in-unit laundry but otherwise very happy.

We loved how convenient this location is, although it’s not in the village it is easily walkable to the Château. It is also ski in ski out. The one complaint we had were the pillows were horrible so if you’re coming, I would bring your own pillow. They are way too big and way too firm.

Perfect location in Whistler and enjoyed the balcony facing up Blackcomb mountain. AC made it much more enjoyable during the hot weather. Condo was clean and well equipped. There were a few minor maintenance issues (burned out light bulbs, electrical outlets not working, etc.) but didn't impact our stay at all.

We had a wonderful time in Whistler. Loved the location of The Aspens. Quiet area with a short walk to the village. The unit was very clean and well equipped. The beds were very comfortable. The building was well maintained, the pool was a nice size, the pool, hot tubs and area also clean and well maintained. We would definitely stay again.

This place is truly a ski in out, and easy walk into upper village and over to the main village. the place itself was fine, definitely needs some upgrades. also, they provided 2 coffee filters for our entire stay, so definitely bring the basket type filters and coffee if you want more than 2 pots of coffee during your stay. also bring salt and pepper and oil if you are cooking. there are plenty of kitchen supplies for cooking. the staff was very helpful

Great location, as the unit was really close to the hot tubs and pool and right off the slopes. Very convenient for a family with younger kids(ours were 4 and 6). Host was very responsive as we had a couple questions leading up to our stay and they got back to us generally within an hour of us asking. Space was great for a family of 4. We used the kitchen for most meals and while some appliances show their wear, everything functions perfectly well. I would stay again for sure.

We LOVE staying at the Aspens and have stayed in 251 three times. The beds are comfy, bathrooms and kitchen are sparkling clean. The gas fireplace is great to turn on for a cozy night in or it is an easy walk down to the Upper Village for great drinks and meals. The ski-out/ski-in is fabulous and the hot tubs even better after a day on the slopes. Staff is always helpful and it is so easy to check-in and check out.
