Located in West Beach, this lovely condo for R 10,953 per night is a great option for your next trip. Great 7th floor west corner unit with a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico from the living room and Little Lagoon from your master bath. Caribbean #604 is located in a Gulf front, low density complex that has only 32 units. It features 9' ceilings, windows in every room being a west corner unit, and it has a reserved covered parking space right by the elevator lobby. Once you arrive you can back your car up right to the elevator and unload the family. You have a heated salt water indoor pool, fitness center, and outdoor pool in addition to the beach steps away to help you relax. Our unit has been updated completely and comes fully furnished with all the conveniences you expect in a vacation home. We stock our unit with premium sheets and towels to give that luxurious feel you deserve. This unit is pet friendly for dogs only, however no dogs are allowed on the beach in the city limits. We have a pet fee of $105 for 1 or $175 for 2 or $225 for 3. No cats allowed. We have 4 other units in this building and one beach house across from the Gulf State Park if you need additional accommodations.

Fantastic gulf front condo! Great patio with wonderful sunsets and dolphin watching. Indoor heated pool was fabulous during our January stay. The Caribbean also has a sauna, steam room and a few workout machines. The entire property is so well maintained. The other guests were very friendly. The owners are super responsive and had great communication. The condo had everything we needed. Location is great and we walked to restaurants, souvenir shops, and a small convenience store. Hope we can return for future beach vacations.

It was a great vacation in a lovely condo right on the beach where you can enjoy watching dolphins from the balcony. One of my favorite parts about it was we got to bring our fur babies. All around amazing!

The condo was super cute and clean. It looked as though it had been recently updated. It was so convenient to be able to bring our pup and to be so close to the beach. We only stayed one night but look forward to coming back for a longer stay. The only negatives to note have nothing to do with the condo but I still feel relevant, given the location: 1) Dogs are not allowed on the beach. 2) Canopies are not allowed on the beach in that area. You can bring umbrellas or rent the ones there.

We enjoyed staying here. It was so easy to just park and go right up the elevator and to the room. I recently had knee surgery, so walking was a bit difficult. I was very relieved to find that the pool and the beach access boardwalk was a very easy walk. We initially had some trouble checking in - but Lance was so helpful and solved our problem within minutes. I would love to stay here again.

My husband could use his scooter in the condo and especially the boardwalk to the beach. We were able to walk him a very short distance to the chair. Condo was clean and updated.

The condo itself was very nice. The building was a bit run down, but it is apparent that Lance and Courtney remodeled their condo recently and we loved it.

Due to issues at another company. We reached out to Lance and he was extremely accommodating to our issue of needing to move promptly. Vrbo stated it was not available until Saturday. Lance reached out and was able to get us in Friday. We have 3 dachshunds and they were accommodating and the condo was beautiful. We have recommended it on FB with our friends and we hope anyone who is looking for a beautiful place to stay would consider this condo. Hou will not be disappointed. As a business manager of two medical offices snd will stand nehind the cleanliness of this condo. 5 stars all the way!!!!

The view from our condo was Heavenly. Being a corner unit there was always a nice breeze on the balcony. The unit we stayed in was neat and clean and beautifully decorated! Beds were very comfy too! We would stay here again!
