We stayed here for four nights in February and really, really enjoyed it. The views are amazing, the unit was spotless, and the location is perfect — steps to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. We highly recommend this property and would be delighted to stay here again when we’re back on Oahu!

It would be nice to have an email or phone number to communicate with the owner in an emergency. we were told that our flight might be canceled because of weather and I wanted to ask if that did happen, would it be possible to stay on rather than trying to find and move to another place. It was not a problem b/c are 9 am flight is leaving on time.

From the time we arrived things were perfect. The staff was so friendly. Having the parking was a godsend. The property mangers were easy to work with and very responsive to any questions. Property is centrally located to all sorts of activities and restaurants. I would highly recommend this property and would stay again in a heart beat. Love Love Love

What an amazing, adorable, pristine unit! Having worked in the travel industry, travelled extensively, and being admittedly picky about accommodation, I can tell you this unit is EXCELLENT. Do not let the age of the building fool you; the owners have lovingly maintained this unit and I’m willing to bet it is one of the best in the building. Small and spacious at the same time. The bathrooms were exceptionally clean right down to the floor boards (I told you I was picky!). The kitchen was spotless, well equipped and more than functional. The view stretched out to the airport and my Airplane-Nerd husband sat on the balcony for hours watching takeoffs and landings. Highly, highly, highly recommend this unit.

We were very impressed with this place. The unit was very clean and comfortable. It is equipped with everything one needs for a pleasant stay. The location was ideal for beach or pool time. Shopping of all sorts is around every corner. Restaurant choices were abundant and an added treat was having dicsounts because of an agreement with the resort. It’s the perfect Hawaiian location!!

Karl’s place was more than we could have asked for. We spent 5 nights here. It was very clean and comfortable. Had all that we needed and more for amenities. 2 bathrooms was a plus in the mornings. Nice ocean view and you can see sunsets and the Friday fireworks from your own balcony. Owners lounge was a nice plus, as well as the valet parking. Imperial staff was friendly and helpful. Karl was great to deal with, especially when we wanted to add an extra day after our booking was made. We definitely know where we are staying next time. Thanks for having us.

We just got home from a week’s stay at Karl’s condo in Waikiki. The condo was beautiful, clean and relaxing and we loved having two bathrooms. The views from the 21st floor balcony were beautiful. Everyone at the Imperial Waikiki were so welcoming and it was so nice to have a parking valet to park the rental car. We really enjoyed our stay! Thanks Karl! Ricky and Cheryl

Had a fantastic time close to beach and walking around Waikiki shops, Karl and Penny hosts where we stayed and everything was great, clean and tidy would recommend staying there. My husband and I stayed here while on our honeymoon and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The views were wonderful and the location was just perfect! We were close to the downtown shopping complex/wonderful restaurant options. Karl was super communicative as well! Can’t wait to come back. :)

We could not have asked for a more perfect condo while in Honolulu! The condo was spacious, super clean, and had all the amenities we needed, including 2 (yes, TWO) bathrooms!! Every morning we enjoyed our breakfast while watching surfers, hang gliders, peaceful rolling waves, boats, and even occasional rainbows from our 21st floor wide dining room window and balcony. The resort itself was perfectly located at the end of a popular one-way street with restaurants and shops all within walking distance. ALL the staff were very happy, helpful (esp. Arnold - AJ), and willing to accommodate all our requests. I would DEFINITELY STAY HERE AGAIN & recommend it to my friends & family!! MAHALO, Karl!! The Shaws

This condo was perfect for us--so close to anywhere we wanted to go in Waikiki. It was nice having a kitchen--although we didn't cook, we liked the full-size fridge for drinks, snacks, and leftovers. This unit is on the corner, ocean side, 21st floor, so many windows! We loved the view and felt bad for people on lower floors who didn't have ocean view because there's another shorter hotel between Imperial and the water. The ABC store, right outside the lobby, has everything you need--prepared meals, snacks, drinks, alcohol, coffee, clothing, souvenirs, etc. We were in there at least once a day! The free valet parking with this unit is fantastic. Did not have to worry about where to park our rental car, and the valets are friendly and efficient. You also get access to the owners' lounge and the penthouse bar, perfect places for watching the Friday night fireworks. The drinks at the penthouse bar were really good, and the cheapest we had anywhere! We were sad to leave and would definitely stay here again!

This was a beautiful property, and in a great part of town. There was a lot of shopping and restaurants in the vicinity as well. If I ever visited Oahu again, I would stay here.

Condo is in a tower right in the heart of Waikiki. Walk to many nice restaurants and shopping. Very clean and up to date. I would definitely stay there again.

We loved the location of this property. There is so much to do within in walking distance, but the property is still quiet and restful. The resort provides a lot of activities for guests and everyone was very pleasant. The valet parking was also a huge plus! All of the information we needed was provided to us beforehand and so helpful! Being able to wake up each morning to the beach views was amazing. We would definitely love to stay here again!

We absolutely loved Karls condo. It made us feel at home and super comfy. Everything was very clean, and the bed was a dream to sleep on. We should of booked longer. The sunsets were an absolute dream from the 21st floor, balcony was awesome during the new years fireworks. We had the perfect view of the show. The two bathrooms are great and the kitchen was perfect for our breakfast and storing foods for the next day. You will love it here, stay for fridays to watch the firework shows. thanks a mil Karl!

This rental is accurately portrayed in the VRBO website and it was a very good home base for activities in and around Honolulu. Check-in and check-out were smooth with no problem. Condo had beautiful views of the ocean. I enjoyed sitting on balcony watching ships and surfers.

It was just right for 2 people, we had everything we needed close by & the parking was included. It would have been nice to have beach chairs to use because the beach is only 100 yards or so away. We were told we could rent them from the front desk which we did, but they we’re pretty beat up. We found the property to be be overall very satisfactory and we really had a fantastic visit. I would most definately stay there again. Mahalo!

The condo is the best overall value I have seen in Honolulu. The view and amenities are fantastic. The pictures on the listing don't do it justice. No resort fee and valet parking included are a huge plus. Valet people were so friendly and helpful. Located by any restaurant or shop you could need. We would love to come back.

This was my first time renting through VRBO. It was easy and the condo we rented was outstanding. We immediately felt at home and the view was amazing. The condo was well equipped and had everything we needed. There were three elevators on the property and they were quick and efficient. Check in was easy and the staff was very accommodating.

The unit was beautiful, comfortable, and clean. The AC was great, and it was nice having 2 bathrooms - both were very clean and nice. The location was perfect, and we walked all over Waikiki. The free parking was also perfect - the valets were always speedy and friendly. Karl has great communication and provided very thorough and clear directions for getting there and checking in. We would stay here again!
