Note: Age Requirement Very clean 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo furnished with all of the amenities to make you feel at home. This condo is conveniently located to golfing, shopping, restaurants, amusement parks, beach and much more… Wireless internet access is available in the unit for your privacy and convenience. The balcony overlooks the lake. The unit sleeps 6, with a queen bed in two bedrooms and 2 twin beds in the third bedroom. There are 4 flat screen TVs throughout the condo for your entertainment. In addition, there is a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, microwave, and garbage disposal. There is a washer and dryer in the unit as well as Cable TV and DVD. Broadway at the Beach, Barefoot Landing, Tanger Outlets, Ripley's Aquarium, and Myrtle Waves are just minutes away. The perfect place for your next family vacation. There is so much to see and do at Myrtle Beach. You will love this place! The beach is a short one and one-half mile away with public access. You must be 25 years of age or older to rent this condo. Pets and/or smoking are not permitted. A Security Deposit of $200.00 on a weekly rental is required at time of reservation, to be refunded if cancelled 30 days in advance and/or departure inspection. Monthly rentals require a $400.00 security deposit. From the Myrtle Beach International Airport follow the airport exit road, take the highway 17 Bypass North Exit, continue approximately 5 miles, turn left into the Myrtlewood Golf Club (48th Avenue North Ext.) Appropriate Identification Required You must be 25 years of age or older to rent this condo with a major credit card number in your name. The condo is in a nice neighborhood and is very clean. It has many extras, such as beach towels, pool noodles, grocery cart and step stool. The owner is very accommodating. We hope to someday return!

A staycation with plenty of space

We were in the process of relocating to the area and needed a place to stay until closing on our home. This place was a perfect fit! It is a great condo with plenty of space in a location convenient to everything. The property is maintained to a brand-new condition with a very responsive host that makes your stay low stress. It overlooks the community lake which is great for evenings relaxing on the balcony. I would recommend staying here to anyone looking to visit Myrtle Beach!

This is our second stay in Horry County Myrtle Beach but our first with this host. Ms. Ramirez was an excellent host. She gave accurate directions and instructions. The unit was clean and just as described. We felt at home away from home. Thank you Rosa.

My family and I have stayed at different Myrtlewood condos over the past several years. This one was by far the cleanest and nicest. Rosa was very friendly and communication was excellent. It’s close to everything but far enough away for some peace and quiet. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The condo was super clean and beautifully decorated. The furniture is very comfortable and there was a beautiful view from the balcony. Highly recommend renting this property. The owner, Rosa was very responsive to questions and extremely pleasant to work with. We will definitely stay here again!

Very happy with our stay ! Exceeded our expectations! Condo is immaculate , spacious, kitchen fully adapted. Beautiful views and location is close to all stores and restaurants , only few minutes ride to the beach. Manager (owner) Rosa very easy to communicate with - responds quickly to all our questions . Definitely recommend , will be coming back.
