Absolutely beautiful property in an amazing location. Close to fabulous restaurants and the beach! Tim was a pleasure work with and was always available with any questions we had. We were especially impressed with the cleanliness of the property as well as the house being fully stocked with all of your essentials. Our family will absolutely be staying here again!

First let me say, Tim is great. He’s responsive, communicative, and made us feel welcome in his home. We had 6 adults and 4 children, and everyone felt comfortable. The pool is about 150 steps from the house and the beach is about a 5 minute drive. Really enjoyed our stay!

Everything about this vacation was the best(except the weather for several days: no one’s fault for that). Tim was easy to reach, & helped with anything we asked quickly. The house was very clean, extremely well stocked (best of any places we’ve stayed), & close to beaches, stores, restaurants, etc. our family decided this is where we’ll be vacationing every time we go to the beach, usually every 2 years. LOVED BEING ON THE CANAL & being able to kayak. We had 14 people & there was plenty of spaces for all. Thanks Tim!!

We had an amazing time at this place. It was the cleanest place we have ever stayed in. It was well stocked with appliances, utensils, etc. in the kitchen. We enjoyed the porch and the patio! The communication with the owners was very easy and they answered right away. We will be reserving this house again!

This property was clean and the location was close to DE beaches - Bethany, Rehoboth, and Dewey and Ocean City, MD. It was comfortable and the hosts provided basic household needs.

My family and I had an enjoyable stay in this beautiful home. It is right on the canal, swimming pool is steps away and beach is a 2 mile drive. The house is furnished beautifully with all the kitchen accessories needed to have large family dinners on the screened in porch! I particularly liked all of the decorations around the house which made it homey, yet beachy! I highly recommend this hose to everyone!

House was beautiful, well maintained. Development has a large pool, and boat ramp, close to the beach and right on the bay. Perfect set up for three couples. House had a screened in porch and two decks as well as a nice set up in the back. Community is very friendly. Ocean City is about two miles away.

This home is exquisite! Attention to detail in every room makes you feel right at home. Kitchen appliances/utensils/coffee makers/toasters/etc were all of great quality. The owners supplied everything we needed, and it was a wonderful touch. We were extremely impressed with the cleanliness of the house. The owners were fantastic- very accommodating and kind. The views were amazing in the morning and afternoon. We loved spending time outside in the evenings, enjoying the nice breeze and the quiet. We would highly recommend this home to any family. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

First and foremost, the owner is wonderful to work with. The home is absolutely beautiful, very well stocked, and clean. My grandchildren loved fishing everyday, enjoyed the playground and the pool. Community is family friendly. My family is looking forward to renting this same property next year.

The owner was a delight to work with; he was responsive to every question and communication was easy. The house is beautifully maintained and included unexpected little amenities (such as tissues, dishtowel, etc.). Rooms are well sized. The beach is just over a mile away and lovely. Great stay.

Lovely home exactly as represented on a peaceful canal. Close to everything (beach, restaurants, shops) but on a quiet, secluded waterway when you want to get away from the crowds on land or water (kayak provided). Very clean, well supplied and hosts were helpful and attentive. Our first VRBO experience -- could not have been better!

I've been renting from vrbo for many years and this was the nicest and cleanest home we've ever rented. The house was immaculate. The kitchen was large and well stocked and the furniture was comfortable. Everything was like new. We loved hanging out back and on screened porch. Loved the Kayak. Great neighborhood and location. Didn't visit any bars or restaurants but did get take out at our favorite nearby place 3 nights and ate in the kitchen. We did got to Berlin and had a wonderful Orange Crush at Atlantic Hotel which we love one afternoon and had a nice table outside. There were 8 of us and we never felt crowded. Tim and Sue were great to work with and answered my many questions in a timely manner. The pool was closed due to Covid. Would have been nice if it was available. We would definitely rent this house again and are already looking into fall. It was a perfect, well deserved get away in a great house. We were all Very Happy.

House is as advertised and so is the owner. If I have one major complaint, it would be I couldn't stay for two weeks. I was able to take both my children on a kayak ride under a beautiful sunset as well as my niece. The house has plenty of space and is very close to the beach. The amenities are great and the kitchen has more space than you need :) The pool being across the street is a big plus if you have little ones and don't want to stay at the beach all day (it's a 30-second walk away). Overall, one of the greatest places we have ever stayed at down the beach! HIGH RECOMMEND!

Wonderful property with a lot of space. Big kitchen and great screened in porch. We loved the dock outback for the kids to fish and crab throughout the vacation. The pool was also nice treat if you didn’t feel like going to the beach. Altogether a great vacation place!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation this year. The house was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The owner quickly returned our messages answering any questions we had before and during the stay. Our kids spent their week catching crabs, at the beach, mini-golfing, ice cream and popcorn. The perfect vacation spot!

AWESOME PROPERTY!

This was the first family vacation we have taken in almost 5 years and it is definitely one for the books! This was not only the consensus of the adults but the kids as well. The location of the home is ideal -- close enough to everything you need or want to do, yet far enough away from the hustle of the busy beach season. The kids loved fishing and crabbing off the boat dock which was right in front of the home so we could also take our boat. The home has everything you need and lots of space. Shout out to Tim and Sue for working with our crazy schedule and making this great vacation happen and with no hiccups! Definitely warrants a return trip!

Situated perfectly between OC and Bethany/Rehoboth, this house is beautiful. Have you ever stayed in a beach house with one frying pan, one mixing bowl and silverware for four? Well not in this house.. It is so well-appointed I promise you it has everything you have in your own home! Not to mention top end appliances, gorgeous decor and breathtaking views. Tim and Susan answered my every question and delivered on every detail shown in their listing. Highly recommend this home!!
