Location was central and in good vicinity. All facilities were available within the flat.

Neighbour not very friendly and would bang the wall even if the you talk in normal tone.

This apartment was great! We enjoyed our stay a lot. Location was perfect, close to park Retiro and good connections to the city center.

it wasn’t easy to get the 200 euros deposit back and i had to call several times to ask again and again for it. it took 3 weeks to get it

A very convenient, well equipped and quiet apartment, close to the Retiro Park and at the heart of the Salamanca neighborhood. It is a wonderful base for telecommuting and tourism. Cozy and functional!

The host was so kind and efficient. She was on time and explained everything about the apartment to me, including the stove. She even came back by the apartment when I was having difficult with one of the keys. Excellent customer service! The apartment is thoughtfully organised with beautiful clean new furniture, a smart kitchen, clean bathroom with seemingly endless hot water. This is a great value in a superb location!

If one is a light sleeper then you might have a tiny bit of trouble in bedroom as you can hear some noise from the neighbour. No fault of the apartment owner though.

Clean and tidy. Great location for us.
