Property manager was easy to communicate with and answered all of our questions. The cabin was nice and spacious and offered the amenities we needed. The cabin was warm garage got a bit cold even with the all the blankets but there was enough space and beds inside that we didn’t need to worry. Had a great time would highly recommend!

This property has an air conditioned garage with sleeping accommodations. Our teens loved it and all the noise from their activities stayed out of the living room area.

Great place to stay! Host was very responsive. We requested to extend our stay multiple times and the host was very accommodating and helped us update the reservation quickly each time. We would love to stay here again if we are ever in the area.

The layout of the property was very nice. It felt very open and roomy. We had some issues with one of the toilets but we were able to get in touch with Annie who worked with us to get it resolved. The grill didn't work so we had to use the grill at the cabin our son rented about 4 houses down the street. It was a bit inconvenient but luckily it was close enough to make it work. Otherwise all was good.

The owners were responsive and helpful with all my questions. The place was great and fit us all. My one recommendation or wish is that they carried a few more lake necessities such as beach towels and chairs. It was something we did not want to buy nor pack. Overall, great experience and location.

Space was decent, backyard was nice and provided privacy. Garage is used to house bunks, just gets really hot and hard to cool off so kids didn't sleep that well. Several linens and blankets in the master closet were pretty ratty, could toss and replace. Overall a good stay, plenty of space for our family.

There were 7 guys in town for a weekend of golf tournaments. All of us thought the house was more than accommodating. We only stayed one night, but everything went smooth from speaking with owner beforehand to getting access to house to the checkout. Great experience.

We had a group of 22 coming to Okoboji so we rented a couple cabins at Bridges Bay. We were pleasantly surprised with the large gathering area in the finished garage area, which we did not anticipate, to allow several of us to hang out! We had an issue with the washing machine, but the owner was quick to respond and we were able to get it resolved. We preferred the community pool to bridges bay as it was less crowded, and so close. If you are looking gif a getaway in the Bridges Bay Area of Okoboji this is great!

This was a great location for our group. We were able to get where we wanted to visit within minutes. It had some added extras such as tickets daily to the water park and the kitchen was set up with all things you would need to cook with.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was described exactly as the property was, and the finished garage was perfect for the 5 children in our group. It was nice the kids had their own space. The owner was very quick to respond to messages prior to our arrival and I’m confident she would have been just as quick should an issue happened during our stay (we had absolutely no issues!). Will definitely try to stay at this property again.

This was a fun family stay for a long weekend. Great location and beautiful weather. Easy access and very clean. Water park passes were so appreciated as our little ones loved it. Close proximity to restaurants and pools.

Anne is fabulous at communicating/responding. She always replies & gives you all the information you need. This we did appreciate a ton. The place worked fine for us to stay for one night however if you are pulling a boat it is a little difficult as the roads around bridges bay are very tight & you can’t have the boat/trailer at the home as the driveway is short. Our truck barely fit without sticking out on the street. You have to leave your boat/trailer at an overflow area thats a few blocks away. Luckily we brought a lock for our boat trailer. Anne however was wonderful. We did have a few questions/concerns during our short stay but she handled them all very professionally & quickly. The beds were not the most comfortable but bedding seemed clean. We are still awaiting our deposit which she said she has confirmed with vrbo so hopefully that will show up soon. Ours was a short one night stay so can’t really say much as we weren’t there long. But Anne is very responsive & sweet.

Very nice property and excellent location. We had everything we needed. Kids really enjoyed the free passes to the Bridges Bay indoor water park (those came really handy the few times it rained). Annie was very helpful with any questions we had. This was our first time visiting Okoboji area and are definitely planning on coming back!

Amazing rental in Okoboji

We stayed here as a group of girls for a weekend getaway. The house was beautiful and very clean! We enjoyed sitting on the patio enjoying the evening. It was also nice that it is so close to the resort as well as other attractions in Okoboji! The owner was very good at giving us all the information we needed before check-in. We have already decided to make this a yearly event ‘Moms getaway werkend’ :)

We love Okoboji

We love Okoboji

House was nice and clean. Bathtub in the main bathroom wouldn't drain. The yard was wet all the time as the sprinklers Went off 3x a day Kids were unable to Be in the yard which was a real Bummer. Neighbors on both sides of us were having the same problem as us.
