Located in Sea Bright, this attractive house for R 6,207 per night is a great choice for your next break. Available for the entire summer season, Memorial Day Weekend through August 31st. Perfect home for family to begin creating lifelong summer vacation memories. Located in the beautiful town of Rumson in a great neighborhood. A short walk to the beach town of Sea Bright, close to restaurants for every taste, bars, stores, surf shop and more. House has 3 bedrooms on the second floor, 2 full baths, one up and one down. Master bedroom has a queen bed. Twin bed in each of the other bedrooms with pop-up trundle in bedroom 2. First floor has large living room with flat screen TV, dining room with large table that easily seats 8. (has accommodated 12 on holidays). Den off the dining room with pocket doors if it is used for sleeping on the single daybed. Eat in kitchen with stainless appliances, washer and dryer in utility room. Lovely gardens surround the backyard patio where there are raspberry plants just waiting to be picked. Gardener comes weekly. Large picnic table and charcoal grill for those outdoor dinners.

Our family had a wonderful stay at this home, a short walk to the beach. It has a well-equipped kitchen and outdoor grill. In addition to the spacious home, the outdoor spaces (front porch & outdoor patio in garden) allowed many comfortable options to enjoy the week. Barb was a great host.

Location of this property was awesome! Short walk over the bridge to the beach and restaurants. Comfortable older home for us and our 2 dogs. Enjoyed sitting on the front porch! There are beautiful wild flowers and bushes in the yard but it’s a little overgrown! Owner is very accommodating too!

Very relaxing, no need to drive anywhere. The location was great for walking to the beach and walking to dinner. If you appreciate classic Jersey shore you will enjoy the front porch and charm of the house.

We had a great time staying at Barbara’s rental. The location was perfect and the accommodations were just what we needed. We were able to walk over to Sea Bright to send time on the beach or grab a bite to eat. We spent time on the front porch and relaxing in the garden. Would def stay there again.

This beautiful home is full of character and has absolutely everything you could need to unwind and enjoy evenings in cooking, relaxing, and catching up with friends or family. The house is minutes from Seabright beach and a short drive to many local parks and places of historic interest. The host was very generous and helpful. We would recommend

In all fairness we only slept here as we spent most of our time with family in the area. The location was perfect and the house had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed sitting on the back patio in the evenings!

The home is spacious and offers enough space for our family of 5 and family dog to be able to sleep and congregate comfortably. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and was a short walk to a beautiful beach. We appreciated the beach passes! It is also close to several restaurants. It was a relaxing stay. Thank you.

Clean, comfortable home. Quiet neighborhood. Private front porch and back yard. Short walk over bridge to public beach, restaurants and stores with more restaurants and stores a short drive away in Rumson and Fair Haven. Owner was very responsive and friendly. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay!

The property is a great value. Easy access to the beach and comfortable for up to 5 people. The grounds could have been cleared a bit better to allow for sitting outside. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay.

This is really a very charming home on a nice quiet block close to the beach. The house is very clean, very well maintained, and had everything we needed from linens to utensils etc. Great little backyard garden as well.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was in a lovely neighborhood and short distance over the bridge to Sea Bright with great restaurants and access to the beach. The house is charming and cozy. It’s an old home with a lot of character. Front porch was nice to sit out on during warm summer nights. The kitchen had everything you’d need for cooking meals for a larger group. Barbara's home was absolutely wonderful — calm, comfortable, and very much a real home. The location is fantastic; an easy jaunt to the Sea Bright public beach, very close to a grassy waterside playground, and in a quiet neighborhood. Barbara was a wonderful host and communicated easily & clearly. We loved it, and would come back in a heartbeat!

I can't say enough about how wonderful, almost magical, our stay was in Barb's home. We felt like we were staying at our grandparents bungalow. The kitchen was nicely equipped for cooking for my family. the living room was spacious and comfortable. My kids had so much fun they didn't even think to turn on the TV. The location couldn't have been better. We walked to the beach during the day. And to the ice cream parlor in the evening. Even Sandy Hook was only a 15 min bike trip away. We only had a few days, but we returned well rested with great memories. We can't wait to go back. Thank you Barb!

My family had a great time at this house. The layout is great for dinner, watching tv, hanging out and playing games, etc. The back patio is adorable, too. We loved that we could easily park all 3 of our cars in the driveway and were so close to the beach. The house is older, but in a great way- Lots of cool architecture. It has a very comfortable, welcoming feel to it. The owner was very communicative and accommodated a last minute change request I made to our reservation with no problem. She was easy to work with and I would definitely rent this house again. Thank you!

This is a small house but it slept our party of five very comfortably. Kitchen is well supplied. It is an older house with small bedrooms but that all plays into its charm. We would stay here again without hesitation.

Barb is a wonderful host and easy to coordinate with. She was even kind enough to help locate and send me some missing items I left behind! The home is as described - very close to Ocean Ave - 10 minutes walk, warm and cozy and with all of the amenities needed for a fun beach getaway! Backyard has enough seating to enjoy a evening with twinkle lighting, the charcoal grill was perfect for BBQing and enough room for 6-7 people who were mainly on the beach all week! Home is also located within 10-12 minutes driving distance to local supermarkets, coffee shops, etc. Wonderful stay and would recommend!

Spent an enjoyable 4 days at Barb's house with my family including our toddler. Great location on a quiet, tree-lined street. The house is old, but kept in good condition. Kitchen is well-furnished. We were comfortable with A/C units in all the rooms. Great porch and good charcoal grill out the side door. We easily rode our bikes across the bridge to the beach in under 10 minutes (would have been a much longer walk). Great family beach, decent restaurants in Sea Bright (good fish market). We would come back again.
