My friends of over 40 years got together to celebrate Ellie's Birthday. We were so thrilled when we got to David's charming beach house. It was perfect and he is the best host. Everything we needed was in walking distance. From our Early morning breakfasts
in the backyard to sharing wine and laughs after spending a day at the beach and dinner at one of the many wonderful restaurants made this a perfect celebration. Thank you David for being the perfect host.

Quick Stay
This VRBO property and location worked out perfectly for us. My finace and I, along with 5 friends needed to be in a Sea Bright area for a surprise engagement for one of our friends. We only needed to be there for Saturday afternoon/evening. and were nervous that no one would rent to us for just one night. David was extremely accommodating the entire time, he allowed to to book for one night and when the engagement party time got moved up, he allowed us to check in early. The property was impeccably clean, spacious, there were plenty of beds, there was a bottle of wine and note left for us to enjoy out stay. He kept great communication, offered things and places to go in the area and was just a really great host.
Sea Bright was a very cute little down, the restaurants were fantastic and we would really love to come back for a longer period of time!

The home is in a perfect area--walking distance to restaurants, shops, beach, etc. The house it tucked in and served our needs extremely well. David went out of his way to ensure we had a great stay providing all info and answering questions in a timely fashion. We plan to be back.

Fantastic Beach Stay
This is a great house in the heart of Sea Bright. The house is super clean and comes with plenty of amenities, games, and fun things to do. It is also a very short walk to the grocery store, liquor store, restaurants and the beach (2 min walk). The beach passes/parking passes that the host provides are really helpful. Would definitely recommend staying. The host David is very easy to work with and extremely helpful.

If you want to have access to the beach and downtown Seabright, this is the place.
Super organized owner. Newly renovated. It isn't the 4 seasons but it has great value. We will do it again next time we head to Jersey for some beach time.

Wedding Central for Parents of the Bride
We found this gem to be the perfect fit for a week of preparation for our daughter's wedding. Our host's genuine attentiveness to our comfort and needs was greatly appreciated. Amid the comings and goings of family and friends throughout the week we were able to enjoy clean and comfortable surroundings to rest and re-energize. The backyard patio was perfect for a pizza party and when the evening cooled we were able to extend the moment through the warmth of the chiminea. Many were able to enjoy the nearby restaurants and beach walks. All in all our memories of our daughter's wedding we be forever interwoven with our satisfying stay on Surf Street.

Steps from the beach, all you could ask for
Staying at this house was just wonderful. It's steps from the beach, restaurants, and markets. It was clean and modern. Wifi, Cable, washer & dryer, AC, new kitchen and a BBQ.
This is not a luxury home, but it's exactly what it should be for a beach house in a beach community. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Perfect Gem!
We very much enjoyed our stay in Sea Bright. The home is nicely appointed, walking distance from the beach and great restaurants. We were welcomed with a nice note and bottle of wine. I recommend this home without reservation.

Great Location
We stayed here for a long weekend, met family coming from Vermont and we flew in from Colorado. The property is half a block from all of the restaurants along the main drag. There isn't a good grocery store in town, so be sure to hit that up before you come. You can walk to the beach which is across the road and you have to enter at certain spots because you need to buy a pass to get on the beach during the summer. As for the house, we enjoyed sitting on the porches. The house is remodeled, but still has the feel of an old house. The furnishings weren't as aesthetically pleasing as they could be, but they were all functional and did the job. The TV was huge and the cable and internet worked well. There were enough beds for 8 people + a toddler. The owner of the property and I communicated by text. He was really friendly and helpful. He was always prompt with his responses.

Great house in a great location
My family and I stayed here for a wedding in Sea Bright and this house was perfectly located for a great week in town. Getting to the beach was easy, as was going right down the street to some great restaurants. Everything about it was easy -- the house included a full kitchen, washing machines, beach toys for the kiddo, and chairs for adults. Plenty of towels and linens is also a big plus! It was a great, comfortable place to stay and the owners were very helpful in providing responses and directions. We miss it already!

Fun Fall Vacation Location
We have used VRBO for many trips, but this owner was the best we have ever worked with. He was so hospitable & attentive! The house was exactly as described; clean and well located. It worked perfectly for our family of 6. Sea Bright is a beautiful beach town. The house is within easy walking distance to great restaurants and the beach. We were there primarily to visit NYC. The commute on the Seastreak was simple, with two locations nearby. We were able to enjoy several days in NYC. Great location to explore many nearby areas. We even took a short drive for a day in Philadelphia. With such a comfortable house and so much to do in the area, we wish we could have stayed another week.

Great Jersey Shore Labor Day vacation
What a wonderful weekend my 2 daughters, my son-in-law and , grandson spent in a perfect shore home a block or 2 from the ocean, great restaurants and fun paces to visit, in spite of the Hermine hurricane warnings!!! The home was very comfortable, immaculate and well equipped. During a windy afternoon, my grandson enjoyed the Xbox and game collection, the large flat screen, and excellent connectivity. The house had shore charm and all the conveniences a family would require.Sea Bright is a special town, and this home proved an incredible opportunity to experience it all. We will be back!

We had a great week in this beautifully appointed home in one of the best locations..easy access to beach, shops, restaurants, groceries. Lots of room for family and friends. Especially liked two full baths in home and A/C in rooms since warm week.
The backyard with grill and large picnic dining table a real plus!
Would return again next year.

Location, Location, Location - and great landlord!
The property is centrally located, giving you easy access to the beach and restaurants. House was spotless when we arrived and the landlord was very inviting. Called to make sure we had everything that we needed and also let us know he was available if we needed anything that weekend. It was nice to see that high a level of customer service. House was perfect for what my family needed! Thank you for a great extended weekend!

Great beach house
We loved the house. It was clean, roomy and comfortable. Just off the town center, it was convenient to everything and just a block from the beach. There is a nice patio with a BBQ grill we used a lot. Best family reunion ever. The house is low maintenance. We had 2 one year old babies and cleaning was easy. Kitchen well equipped and big enough to cook for a crowd. The landlord is very thoughtful and accommodating. Went the extra mile. Would use it again.
